Abstract

Minat baca siswa yang tinggi tentunya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, seperti fasilitas perpustakaan dan kinerja pustakawan yang ada di perpustakaan SMK Negeri 9 Semarang. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kurangnya fasilitas perpustakaan yang memadai, rendahnya ketrampilan pustakawan SMK Negeri 9 Semarang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Uji keberartian persamaan regresi dilihat dari uji Fhitung = 188,745 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga diperoleh hasil analisis regresi linear berganda dengan persamaan Y = 4,045 + 0,56X1 + 0,567X2. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara fasilitas perpustakaan dan kinerja pustakawan terhadap minat baca yaitu 58%. Pengaruh secara parsial variabel fasilitas perpustakaan terhadap minat baca sebesar 21,44%, sedangkan untuk variabel kinerja pustakawan adalah sebesar 26,73%. High of student interest in reading must be influenced by several factors, such as library facilities and the performance of librarians in the library Vocational High School 9 Semarang. Problems in this study is the lack of adequate library facilities, lack of skills librarians SMK 9 Semarang. Data collection method used is the method of questionnaire and observation. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis of the percentage, classical assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis. The significance of the test equation as calculated from the F test was 188.745 with probability was 0.000 < 0.05, while the results of multiple linear regression analysis with the equation Y = 4.045 + 0.56X1 + 0.567X2. The simultaneous influence of library facilities and performance of librarian toward the  student interest in reading  was 58%. The influence of partial variabel library facilities for reading of 21.44%, while for the variabel performance of the librarian was at 26.73%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Snowball Throwing pada mata diklat komunikasi siswa kelas X AP SMK Gatra Praja Pekalongan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X AP yang berjumlah 37 siswa. jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, dilakukan dalam dua siklus.  Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner,dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan minat belajar hasil dari lembar pengamatan siklus I sebesar 60,33% dengan kategori kurang berminat dan pada siklus II menjadi 75,27% dengan kategori berminat. Sedangkan hasil minat belajar dari angket/kuesioner pada siklus I 68,90% dengan kategori berminat dan pada siklus II menjadi 76,71% dengan kategori berminat. Kesimpulanya Penerapan pembelajaran menggunakan model Snowball Throwing dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas X AP pada mata diklat komunikasi SMK Gatra Praja Pekalongan, terbukti setiap siklusnya mengalami peningkatan.This study is aimed at improving students’ interest through cooperative learning model Snowball Throwing  at Communication Training Subject in Class X Office Administration of Gatra Praja Vocational High School Pekalongan. Subject of this research was the 37 students of XI AP. This type of research is classroom action research and conducted in two cycles. Data collecting technique used is observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The result of the research shows that the learning interest form of the observation sheet on the first cycle is 60.33% with less interest category and the second cycle, it turns into 75.27% to the category of interest. While the results of the learning interest from the questionnaire in the first cycle is 68.90% of the maximum percentage of the interest category and the second cycle it turns into 76.71% to the category of interest. The conclusion is the application of learning using models Snowball Throwing can increase students’ interest in the class X Office Administration on communication training subject in Gatra Praja Vocational High School Pekalongan, it is proved from the implementation of the method which improves students’ achievement on each cycle.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas minat membaca siswa di SMK Palebon Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh fasilitas perpustakaan, kinerja pustakawan, dan pengelolaan bahan pustaka terhadap minat membaca siswa kelas XI di perpustakaan SMK Palebon Semarang Tahun 2015/2016. Jumlah populasi 222 siswa dan sampel 143 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data adalah wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dan simpulan penelitian ini menemukan bahwa minat membaca siswa kelas XI di SMK Palebon Semarang Tahun 2015/2016 dipengaruhi oleh fasilitas perpustakaan, kinerja pustakawan, dan pengelolaan bahan pustaka dengan besaran pengaruh 64,80%. The purpose this study to know about reading interest students’ at Palebon Vocational High School. The result of the study showed that know aren’t influence library facility, librarian performance, and materials management students’ class XI at library of Palebon Vocational High School in 20015/2016. The sum of population is 222 students’ and sampel 143 students’. Take of sample with proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis collected by interview, kuesioner, and documentation. Data analysis method used was descriptive analysis percentage and multiple linear regression analysis. The result and concluded this studied that reading interest of student class XI at Palebon Vocational High school in 2015/2016 influenced of library facilities, librarian performance, and library materials management with influence mulberry 64,80 %.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui baik secara simultan maupun parsial apakah keterampilan mengajar guru, kompetensi kepribadian, dan kompetensi social guru berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X AP SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi. Populasi yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas X AP sebanyak 117 orang. Variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu keterampilan mengajar guru, kompetensi kepribadian guru, dan kompetensi social guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara kuisioner, tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penilitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan: Y =. 56,484 + 0,138X1 + 0,118X2 + 0,154X3. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 58,2%. Sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial keterampilan mengajar guru sebesar 22,09%, kompetensi kepribadian guru sebesar 17,05%, dan kompetensi sosial guru sebesar 7,23%. The purpose of this study is to determine either simultaneously or partially teaching skills teacher, personal competence, and social competence of techer on student achievement at tenth grade of SMK N 1 Purwodadi. The Population in this research is tenth grade AP as many as 117 students. The Variables were examined in this study are teaching skills teacher, personal competence, and social competence of teacher. Data collection is used by the writer are questionnaires, tests, observation and documentation. Data analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results of this research multiple regression analysis is Y =56,484 + 0,138X1 + 0,118X2 + 0,154X3. There is a simultaneous effect of 58,2%, while the partial effect of teaching skills teacher by 22,09%, personal competence by 17,05%, and amounted to 7,23% of social competence.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh penggunaan metode resitasi, sumber belajar dan kedisiplinan siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X AP di SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas X AP yang berjumlah 88 siswa. Peneliti mengambil teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi sebagai objek penelitian. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu metode resitasi (X1), sumber belajar (X2) dan kedisiplinan siswa (X3) serta variabel terikat yaitu hasil belajar (Y). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan: Y = 18,989 + 0,412X1+ 0,408X2+ 0,287X3. Ada pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 82,90%, sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial metode resitasi sebesar 24,60%, sumber belajar sebesar 45,43% dan kedisiplinan siswa sebesar 8,64%.. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of using recitation method, learning resources and student discipline toward the students learning outcome of X AP students in SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang either simultaneously or partially. Population in this research was class X AP consisted of 88 students. Researcher used a census techniques, which took the whole population as an object of the research. The variables in this study consisted of the independent variables are the recitation method (X1), learning resources (X2) and discipline students (X3) and the dependent variable is learning outcomes (Y). Methods of collecting the data used observations, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used percentage descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result showed that the multiple linear regression analysis obtained by the equation: Y = 18.989 + 0,412X1 + 0,408X2 + 0,287X3. There was a simultaneous effect by 82.90%, while the partial effect recitation method.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan keluarga, dan teman sebaya terhadap kedisiplinan siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran SMK N 2 Pekalongan yang berjumlah 62 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisi regresi ganda, uji hipotesis, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, lingkungan keluarga, dan teman sebaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan siswa. Motivasi, lingkungan keluarga, dan teman sebaya berpengaruh 68,7% terhadap kedisiplinan siswa secara simultan. Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 9,36%, lingkungan keluarga mempunyai mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 8,29%, dan teman sebaya mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 10,56% secara parsial. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah motivasi, lingkungan keluarga, dan teman sebaya berpengaruh terhadap kedisiplinan siswa secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Saran yang diajukan adalah siswa diharapkan dapat selalu mematuhi tata tertib yang berlaku di sekolah, dan untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat mencari variabel lain yang mempengaruhi kedisiplinan siswa. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of motivation, family environment, and peer to students discipline. The subjects were students of class X of Office Administration Department of SMK N 2 Pekalongan totalling 62 students. The data collection research method was in the form of questionnaire. The data analysis method used multiple regression analysis, hypothesis, testing, classical assumption, and descriptive analysis. The result showed motivation, family environment, and peer influence positively and significantly related to student discipline. Motivation, family environment, and peer affect 68,7% simultaneously. The motivation has an influence 9,36%, the family environment has an influence 8,29%, and peer has an influence 10,56% partially. The conclusions from this research is motivation, family environment, and peer influence the students discipline simultaneously and partially. It is suggested that the students are expected to always obey the code of school, and for the next researcher to look for other variables that affect students discipline.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan aparatur desa dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya tertib arsip di Desa Kenteng. Upaya meningkatkan keterampilan dan kesadaran aparat desa dalam mengelola arsip sesuai kaidah yang berlaku dilakukan melalui pendampingan teknis penataan arsip sesuai kaidah kearsipan di lingkungan pemerintahan. Hasil dari kegiatan masyarakat ini menunjukkan partisipasi peserta sangat tinggi dalam kegiatan webinar record management. Kegiatan webinar berkaitan dengan teknik penataan arsip. Kegiatan webinar dimaksudkan sebagai pengganti kegiatan sosialisasi secara langsung, karena masa pandemi COVID-19 mengharuskan segala bentuk kegiatan tatap muka dikurangi. Untuk itu, kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan acara webinar. Setelah diberikan webinar, dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan teknis kearsipan dengan cara simulation video di lapangan tentang penataan kembali arsip sesuai klasifikasi yang ada, dengan tujuan agar aparatur desa tertib akan arsip. Selain itu, arsip yang dibutuhkan dapat mudah ditemukan kembali. Evaluasi kegiatan webinar dan pendampingan penataan arsip ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh aparatur desa menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kemampuan dan kesadaran terhadap tertib arsip desa. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of village apparatus and raise awareness of the importance of orderly archives in Kenteng Village. Efforts to improve the skills and awareness of village officials in managing archives in accordance with applicable rules are carried out through technical assistance in the arrangement of archives in accordance with archival rules in the government environment. The results of this community activity showed very high participation of participants in record management webinar activities. Webinar activities related to archival structuring techniques. Webinar activities are intended as a substitute for direct socialization activities, as the COVID-19 pandemic requires all forms of face-to-face activities to be reduced. Therefore, devotional activities are carried out with webinar events. After being given a webinar, followed by archival technical assistance by means of simulation video in the field about the rearranging of archives according to existing classifications, with the aim of orderly village apparatus will archive. In addition, the required archives can be easily rediscovered. Evaluation of webinar activities and assistance in the arrangement of this archive shows that all village apparatus shows improvement in the ability and awareness of the orderly village archives.

Abstract

Depleting stockpile of fossil fuels and rising global temperature due to the greenhouse effect are probably the two most threatening factors to civilization sustainability. Converting biomass into a readily available energy source will help reduce dependency on fossil fuels, whilst at the same time moderating greenhouse gas emmissions due to its carbon neutrality. Palm oil industry is the largest source of biomass in Indonesia and the available quantity to be utilized is growing inline with the steady growth of the generating industry. Among various wastes from palm oil processing, palm kernel shell is an oil palm biomass with high potential to be applied as a source of energy, given its high caloric value and distinctive physical properties. This source of renewable energy can be utilized by industries with thermal conversion processes. As a prerequisite, a feasibility study on technical, environmental, and economic aspects needs to be carried out. From long term perspective, supply, demand, and regulatory situational analysis will also be required. Lastly, a review on the existing palm kernel shell supply chain will help to understand its current situation. Based on literature studies and field observations, we have identified supply and demand characteristics that will be valuable in constructing an effective, efficient, and sustainable supply chain model of palm kernel shell. Understanding these characteristics is a precursor in realizing this massive potential of renewable energy source in the industrial context.
