Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang sistem perdagangan dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam pada pusat Niaga Desa Belawa Baru Kec. Malangke. Fokus kajian tersebut dibahas dengan dua pokok masalah, yaitu petama, bagaimana sistem perdagangan pada pusat niaga desa Belawa Baru Kec. Malangke. Kedua, bagaimana peran pusat niaga desa Belawa Baru Kec. Malangke dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Malangke. Data yang dipaparkan melalui data riset kajian lapangan serta riset kepustakaan atau metode field research, yaitu pengumpulan data yang dilakukan secara langsung di lapangan (objek penelitian), melalui observasi (pengamatan), interview (wawancara), dokumentasi dan metode library research, yaitu pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan berbagai literatur buku yang ada kaitannya dengan pembahasan ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa sistem perdagangan dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam pada pusat Niaga Desa Belawa Baru Kec. Malangke, pada kenyataannya bahwa proses jual beli yang ada di pasar Belawa Baru telah menjalankan sistem perdagangan dengan syarat Islam dan ada juga yang belum melaksanakan sistem perdagangan dengan baik meskipun mereka sudah mengatahuinya. Dengan hadirnya pasar Belawa baru sangat membantu perekonomian masyarakat Malangke karena terdapat lapangan pekerjaan dan mengurangi angka pengangguran.

Abstract

This journal titled Purchase Feed Pigs in Islamic Law The principal issues discussed  were How the concept of buying and selling in Islam and Islamic law review on buying and selling pig feed? To parse the subject matter, the author of Shariah approach and methodological approaches. The goal is to reveal in detail the concept of buying and selling according to Islamic law. Data were collected through library research which emphasizes the study of texts on theoretical and philosophic processed. Data were analyzed by using content analysis to formulate conclusions. The results showed that the sale and purchase in Islam is said to be valid if eligible, and its pillars. Among its terms and pillars. Pillars of Purchase: 1. Seller and buyer, Requirement: Baligh or mature, intelligent, not redundant state (spender), by his own will (not forced). 2. Objects or traded goods (Ma'kud Alaih). The conditions on objects that are traded are: useful, Holy, may be submitted, the property itself. 3. Contract countent. Buying and selling sweet potato leaves as feed for pigs can be considered legitimate because it has met the requirements in the pillars and in buying and selling. On the other hand buying and selling is also forbidden or too imperfect, is due to the utilization of sweet potato leaves are not in accordance with the teachings of Islam, namely to feed the cattle were forbidden for Muslims to consume. In Islamic law, those who saddudz dzari'ah.

Abstract

The results of this study are that the Parepare Customs and Excise Enforcement conducts various strict and massive and continuous supervision including law enforcement efforts on various attempts to smuggle illegal, dangerous goods and captured goods will be destroyed and provide sanctions in the form of fines. The factors that hinder the directorate general of customs against the circulation of illegal excise, the factor of the lack of public awareness that still brings illegal excise goods into the Parepare area, the factor is still weak supervision and enforcement carried out by customs officials, there are several efforts made, namely preventive efforts, namely efforts made for prevention, repressive efforts, namely the form of activities carried out after the existence of preventive supervision, internal factors, namely the submission of additional personnel or employees, external factors, namely free and unclear area boundaries.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of the needs for calculating board media, to describe the steps for developing calculating board media, material for the calculation operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and to determine the validity of the calculating board media developed in class 3 of SDN 305 Langkidi. This research uses a type of development research using the ADDIE model. The steps taken in this research are needs analysis, design, product development and evaluation. The subjects of this research were 27 students and a class teacher. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative. The results of the calculation board media feasibility test from design experts obtained a percentage score of 71.87% in the valid category, while material experts got 84.37% which was also in the very valid category so that it could be used in learning.
