Abstract

Komunikasi memegang peranan penting untuk kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Pelaksanaan strategi komunikasi yang baik akan mempermudah perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui strategi corporate communication yang diterapkan PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Juanda Surabaya melalui Instagram. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas dilakukan dengan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi corporate communication yang diterapkan di PT Angkasa PuraI (Persero) Juanda Surabaya melalui Instagram didasarkan pada kerangka kerja yang mencakup perusahaan, pesan-pesan, konstituen, dan respon konstituen.

Abstract

The access toward education is not in line with the targeted job access. In the field, most of job vacancies were contradicted to the job seekers’ education background (Kompas, 15-6-2019, Pg 6). This Society Partnership Program was intended to boost trainees’ confidence to apply their targeted job. Based on the data revealed by Statistic Centre, per February 2019, 6.82 million out of 136,18 million people were jobless (Kompas, 27-7-2019). This situation led to abundant responses on one single job advertisement. From this, we can see that finding a targeted job was not easy at all. This situation, indeed, is challenging for fresh graduates who have less job experience but possess high expectation. Responding to this situation, the writers intended to equip the candidate of job seekers with special training. The subjects of the training were the sixth semester students of Business and Administration Department and English Department at State Polytechnic of Madiun. The training gave the trainees some skills. Those skills cover How to Write a Professional Application Letter, How to Write an-Online Application Letter, How to Face Psychological Test, and How to Behave and Answer Question during Job Interview. The writers hoped that the provided literacy could enhance the trainees’ motivation to find their targeted job and stay optimistic when they apply their desired job.

Abstract

Students as an intellectual group should be able to be pattern for the younger generation, for example to behave honestly and responsibly. In the making of writing products, students must have an honest attitude in making writing products. To create student's honest behavior cannot be separated from the role of the institution to form a culture of honest behavior by not doing plagiarism against the work of others. This is the reason of the author to make a study with the title Students Awareness on the Regulation of Intelectual Patent Rights on Their Writting Products (A Case Study on the Students of State Polytechnic of Madiun)Based on the principal issues stated above, the purpose of this legal research are:To know whether or not the students of State Polytechnic of Madiun have an awareness on the regulation of Intelectual Patent Rights On Scientific WritingTo determine what factors influence the level of regulation awareness of students State Polytechnic of Madiun to Copyright on Scientific WritingResearch method used in this research is empirical sociological approach method that have intention to observe how is the reaction and interaction happened when system norm (law) work in the society that is to know whether the students of State Polytechnic of Madiun already have an awareness of law to  the Intellectual Patent Right of Scientific Writing and to know what factors may give influence to their level of law awareness of copyright on Scientific WritingBased on the above discussion about students 'legal awareness of intellectual property rights of copyrights on paper case study of Polytechnic State student of Madiun, it can be concluded that the students' legal awareness of copyright rights of writing is still low, indicated by the number of students who know about knowledge IPR / Copyright is still small. The copyright infringement is still committed, i.e., taking photocopies of ordinary and reasonable regardless of the sanctions or rules, then in the case of quoting other people's scientific papers or books, the awareness to include the source of the quotation is still low.Regarding the factors behind the level of law awareness of the students of State Polytechnic of Madiun on the copyright of the paper, the first factor of knowledge and understanding of law, as a whole the students have a low level of knowledge and legal understanding, can be seen from the two aspects contained in it that is about knowledge rules or laws governing and their aims and objectives. Many respondents who only know one of them, know the rules governing, but do not know the purpose of the rule, vice versa. The second concerning legal attitude and legal behavior, most of the students' legal attitude is good, but still many are not good, due to cultural habit factor in the environment and influenced by friends around.

Abstract

MICE Management consists of event research, event design, event planning, event coordination, and event evaluation, it makes us possible to organize the MICE event. MICE tourism (meeting, incentive, convention, exhibition) or better known as convention tourism has a very large multiplier effect because it can increase economic income and drive other industrial sectors related to the MICE tourism. Industries that will be directly affected by the MICE industry include the hotel industry, the hall supply industry, the restaurant industry and the sound system rental industry. The SUN Hotel and Aston Hotel are among the hotels that provide MICE facilities in the city of Madiun. The hotel has three and four star qualifications with a number of meetingrooms and ballrooms equipped with the necessary equipment and human resources. How and what is the function of the meeting room and ballroom and HR configuration of these two hotels in Madiun City. The conclusions of this study are; The implementation of MICE management at SUN Hotel Madiun based on the results of the analysis of observations, interviews and questionnaires has been done 'well' from all respondents totaling 14 people, over 70% answered agree and strongly agree. Likewise at Aston Hotel Madiun, over 84% answered agreed and strongly agreed.

Abstract

Indonesia's economic strength basically lies on the micro, small and medium sectors (MSME). From the population of business entrepreneurs which reaches the total of 99.9%, this sector is able to absorb employment of 96.7% or 114,819,199 people and reach 60.34% of Indonesia's gross domestic product (GDP). This data shows that the MSME business has a very strategic role in Indonesia economy. Besides being a major player in economic activities in various sectors, MSMEs are also the largest providers of employment, important players in the development of local economic activities and in community empowerment, as creators of new markets and resources, and have an important role in maintaining the balance of payments through Export activities. On a small scale, the roof tile house industry in Gulun Village, Maospati District, Magetan Regency shows no less importance in the socio-economic life of the Gulun Village community. The home industry implications for the social life of the Gulun Village community which include jobs, income, and education level are very significant. The functioning of the roof tile house industry as a village financial institution so far has supported the creation of community welfare in Gulun Village. Besides absorbing a lot of labor, these entrepreneurs are able to send their children to a higher education level, some of them even reach university level.

Abstract

Employee retention that is not done well in a company will result in high turnover rates. And the company's losses can not be avoided again when the turnover rate is very high because it will also affect the additional costs of recruitment and training of new employees, the decline of certain unit performance, and also the loss of knowledge and skills capital that has been given by the company. Regarding high turnover rates in a company, the Personnel Unit is required to be able to manage human resources well which is able to reduce the turnover rate. There are five types of employee retention strategies, namely compensation, fulfillment of employee expectations, employee induction, attention to employees' families, and employee training and development.

Abstract

The strategy used by the Gandu Roast Chicken business actors in building consumer perception is done by forming positive quality perceptions through the attributes of roasted chicken products, especially in terms of quality, features, price, and service excellence. The excellence of the products and services presented has made consumers satisfied and finally shared their experiences with others. The occurrence of oral, written, and electronic communication through WOM (word of mouth) and E-WOM (electronic word-of-mouth) between communities encourages the formation of brand identity and gives rise to brand image, positive perceptions in the minds of consumers related to Chicken Roasted Gandu. Whether we realize it or not, consumers who are satisfied with the quality of products and services have promoted it, recommending it to others around them. Information about excellence that is spread through E-WOM obtained from others has a strong influence. Recommendations from other consumers are more reliable, because they are independent, non-commercial, honest, and have no relationship with business actors. Besides that, the range of its spread is also very wide, because it takes place on social networking sites of the internet and social media that have no geographical restrictions, time or social ties, so before deciding to buy a product, consumers can get many opportunities to exchange information easily and effectively. Utilization of E-WOM can increase sales significantly in a relatively fast time

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan program dengan misi menerapkan pengembangan IPTEK dari perguruan tinggi kepada masyarakat guna mendukung dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dalam program menumbuhkan jiwa entrepreneur ini, tim melakukan pelatihan terkait kewirausahaan dan menerapan digital marketing dalam menjalankan kegiatan bisnisnya. Melalui program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Dosen dari Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Politeknik Negeri Madiun, diharapkan lahir wirausaha-wirausahaan baru, serta dapat mengelola usaha dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang semakian berkembang dengan lebih baik di Remaja Karang Taruna Desa Padang Bandung Kabupaten Gresik. Kegiatan ini terbagi menjadi empat tahapan, yaini observasi/ analisis kebutuhan mitra, sosialisasi, pelatihan dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki peningkatan dalam pengetahuan serta keterampilan terkait kewirausahaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam menjalankan usahanya, selain itu terjadi peningkatan dalam keinginan serta minat untuk menjadi wirausaha.

Abstract

Di era ini sumber daya manusia berperan penting dalam kinerja terkait dengan tujuan perusahaan. Berhasil tidaknya suatu organisasi akan ditentukan oleh faktor manusia atau karyawannya. Kinerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa variabel seperti lingkungan kerja, dan komitmen kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat efektivitas dari variable yang ada terkait kinerja karyawan di bimbingan belajar Kota Madiun. Untuk menguji dan menganalisis mana variabel yang paling dominan antara variabel lingkungan kerja dan komitmen pengajar terhadap kinerja pengajar bimbingan belajar di Kota Madiun. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengukuran data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan regresi linier berganda. Dalam pengujian yang ketiga digunakan untuk mengetahui variabel bebas yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pengajar yang secara parsial menunjukkan variabel komitmen pegawai, yang mempunyai nilai koefisien standarisasi beta sebesar 0.287. Hal tersebut diketahui bahwa komitmen pegawai merupakan variable yang sangat tinggi pengaruh nya terhadap kinerja.
