Abstract

This study aimed to obtain a design of the process of preparing the consolidated financial statements associated with shariah values in Islam, especially the value of  fairness and honesty. The consolidated financial statements are designed to present the result of operations and financial position of the company and its subsidiaries. In the process, it will be clearly seen an effort to avoid injustice and dishonesty, because things are suspected as potentially able to cheat its readers in a way the ellimination of the effect through adjusting entries and elimination. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to: (i) test the hypothesis of whether there is the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio,Return on Equity, and Earning Per Share on the stock price of pharmaceutical companies listed inIndonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2017, both partially and simultaneously, and (ii)analyze the implications of the research results about Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, andEarning Per Share on pharmaceutical companies stock price for companies and investors. Theresearch sample consisted of 6 pharmaceutical companies which were determined based onpurposive sampling technique. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS 23 for windows wasused to analyze data and test the hypotheses. The results of this research show that the variable ofDebt to Equity Ratio and Earning Per Share partially have a significant effect on the stock price,while the Return on Equity variable has no significant effect on the stock price. Simultaneously, thevariable of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, and Earning Per Share have a significant effecton the stock price. Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, and Earning Per Share variables couldexplain the stock price of pharmaceutical companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for theperiod 2012-2017 by 67.3%, while the rest of 32.7% could be explained by other variables outsidethe model of this research.  Keywords: Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Earning Per Share, Stock Price ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (i) menguji hipotesis apakah terdapat pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio,Return on Equity, dan Earning Per Share terhadap harga saham perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftardi Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2017 baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dan (ii)menganalisis implikasi hasil penelitian mengenai Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, danEarning Per Share terhadap harga saham perusahaan farmasi bagi perusahaan dan investor.Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 6 perusahaan farmasi yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik purposivesampling. Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan SPSS 23 for windows digunakan untukmenganalisis data dan menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Debt toEquity Ratio dan Earning Per Share secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham,sementara variabel Return on Equity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secarasimultan variabel Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, dan Earning Per Share berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap harga saham. Variabel Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, dan Earning PerShare mampu menjelaskan harga saham perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesiaperiode 2012-2017 sebesar 67,3%, sementara sisanya sebesar 32,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel laindi luar penelitian.  Kata kunci: Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Earning Per Share,  Harga Saham

PERAN PUBLIC RELATIONS, KEPERCAYAAN, DAN PERSEPSI KEMUDAHAN DALAM MENDORONG MINAT BERTRANSAKSI MENGGUNAKAN MOBILE BANKING(Studi Kasus Pengguna Mobile Banking BNI Syariah di Kota Depok) Fitrianisacacafianisa@gmail.comSylvia Rozzasylvia_rozza@yahoo.comAli Masjonoali.masjonomuchtar@akuntansi.pnj.ac.id Program Studi Keuangan dan Perbankan Syariah Politeknik Negeri Jakarta ABSTRACTThe PR program that has been held by BNI Syariah has not shown a maximum result inincreasing mobile banking users. In addition, trust and perceived ease of use are also the important factors to encourage customers interest. This research aims to analyze the effect of public relations,trust, and perceived ease of use of customers interest in using BNI Syariah?s mobile banking. The data analysis method was multiple linear regression to obtain a linear estimation model, used a questionnaire as an instrument for taking a sample 100 respondents, who are BNI Syariah?s mobile banking users in Depok. The results concluded that partially and simultaneously, public relations, trust, and perceived ease of use have a significant positive effects to customers interest in using mobile banking. The implication of this research that BNI Syariah should choosing the other media promotion such as advertising, brochure distribution, and social media to strengthen the PR program and give a training for PR practitioners. BNI Syariah should improve the mobile banking technology system and socialize how to use mobile banking to encourage customers to use mobile banking as a financial transaction Keywords: Public Relations, Trust, Ease of Use, Customer Interest in Mobile Banking. ABSTRAKProgram PR yang selama ini diselenggarakan oleh BNI Syariah belum menunjukkan hasilyang maksimal dalam meningkatkan jumlah pengguna mobile banking. Disamping itu, kepercayaandan persepsi kemudahan juga  menjadi faktor penting untuk mendorong minat nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh public relations, kepercayaan, dan persepsi kemudahan terhadap minat bertransaksi menggunakan mobile banking. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda untuk mendapatkan model estimasi linier, dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen untuk mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden, yang merupakan pengguna mobile banking BNI Syariah di Kota Depok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  secara parsial dan simultan, public relations, kepercayaan, dan persepsi kemudahan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan dalam mempengaruhi minat bertransaksi menggunakan mobile banking. Adapun implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah sebaiknya BNI Syariah menggunakan media promosi lain seperti iklan, penyebaran brosur, dan sosial media untuk memperkuat program PR dan melakukan pelatihan bagi praktisi PR. BNI Syariah sebaiknya juga meningkatkan sistem teknologi mobile banking dan mensosialisasikan cara penggunaan mobile banking agar mendorong minat nasabah untuk menggunakannya sebagai transaksi keuangan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Public Relations, Kepercayaan, Persepsi Kemudahan, Minat Nasabah BertransaksiMobile Banking.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  The changing from human services to electronic services affects the millennialgeneration activities. Electronic banking services give the rise customer value, and electronicbanking provided by a reputation bank increase the pride of using the services.  Banksservices without human?s interaction can increase customer value or benefits.  Theseconclusion raise from the survey of 216 millennial respondents, age between 20 to 35 yearsold who use gadget for daily activities and interaction with the bank.Keywords: Electronic Banking, Customer Value, Cost of Service, and Technology                     Advancement, Pride ABSTRAK  Perubahan bentuk layanan perbankan dari berbasis kepada layanan yang dilakukanoleh manusia kepada layanan berbasis mesin, telah memberikan dampak kepada generasimilenial. Abstract

ABSTRACT Financial Report is a tool to analyze the development of corporate financial performance. This study aims todetermine the accounting practices and constraints faced by the SMEs Stores Maulin's Brownies regarding thepreparation of financial statements based on the Financial Accounting Standards Entities Without PublicAccountability (SAK ETAP). The method used in this research using descriptive qualitative method. This studyuses primary data sources and secondary data. Primary data sources are information and data provided by theowner of SMEs through field observations and interviews, while secondary data sources come from websites,supporting documents. This research uses sampling technique based on purposive sampling method. Dataanalysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. These results indicate that theaccounting practices conducted by Toko Maulin's Brownies in the form of a simple recording of recording receiptsand disbursements, the constraints faced by SMEs that do not yet have the human resources capable of preparingfinancial statements based on GAAP ETAP. Therefore, it would be prepared financial statements based on GAAPbasis ETAP computerized system with the help of Microsoft Excel that is useful to assist and facilitate SMEs inmaking the financial statements based on GAAP ETAP.Keywords: Financial Statement, SAK ETAP, SMEs ABSTRAK Laporan Keuangan merupakan alat untuk menganalisis perkembangan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mengetahui praktik pembukuan dan kendala yang dihadapi pihak UKM Toko Maulin?sBrownies mengenai penyusunan laporan keuangan berdasarkan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas TanpaAkuntabilitas Publik (SAK ETAP). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatifdeskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data primer berupainformasi dan data yang diberikan pemilik UKM melalui observasi di lapangan dan wawancara, sedangkansumber data sekunder berasal dari website, dokumen-dokumen yang mendukung. Penelitian ini menggunakanteknik sampling yang didasarkan pada metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitureduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktikpembukuan yang dilakukan oleh Toko Maulin?s Brownies berupa pencatatan sederhana dengan mencatatpenerimaan dan pengeluaran kas, kendala yang dihadapi UKM tersebut belum memiliki sumber daya manusiayang mampu menyusun laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAK ETAP. Oleh karena itu akan disusun laporankeuangan berdasarkan SAK ETAP secara sistem komputerisasi dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel yang bergunauntuk membantu dan mempermudah UKM dalam membuat laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAK ETAP.Kata Kunci : Laporan Keuangan, SAK ETAP, UKM

Abstract

ABSTRAK Era desrupsi telah berjalan dan telah mengancam beberapa profesi, banyak profesi telah tergerus dengankemajuan teknologi. Akankah auditor tergerus dengan desrupsi ini. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah memberikanalternatip solusi agar kurikulum akuntansi merobah orientansi pengajarannya (model pembelajaran, kurikulum,pola, sumber dan methodology) kepada muatan teknologi yang berimbang antara akuntansi model lama denganakuntansi berbasis komputer agar lulusan mampu menghadapi desrupsi di dunia nyata. Penulisan artikelberdasarkan hasil observasi, pengalaman dan kajian artikel terkait dengan topik bahasan. Analisis berdasarkanhasil pembahasan dari observasi terhadap progam studi komputerisasi akuntansi yang ada di Indonesia dan hasilpengembangan kurikulum yang pernah di lakukan oleh penulis dibeberapa Perguruan Tinggi. Untuk menjawabtantangan desrupsi ini bisa diantisipasi jika pengajaran akuntansi manual dikombinasikan dengan teknologiinformasi secara penuh. Semua siklus akuntansi telah dikomputerisasikan dan sebagai konsekwensinya adalahauditnyapun harus berbasis komputer dan menggunakan komputer. Mahasiswa harus dibekali illmu akuntansidan ilmu komputer yang seimbang dengan harapan desrupsi akan bisa diantisipasi dengan baik. Alternatipkurikulum untuk mengantisipasi desrupsi dapat dilihat di artikel. Kata kunci; desrupsi, kurikulum berimbang, auditor ABSTRACT Disruption era has been running and has threatened several professions, many professions have been eroded bytechnological advances. Will the auditor be crushed with this disruption? The purpose of this article is to providean alternative solution for the accounting curriculum to change its teaching orientation (model of teaching,curicula, pattern, source and methodology) to a balanced technology load between conventional accounting andcomputer-based accounting to produce graduate with capability of dealing with disruptions in the real world.Writing articles based on the results of observation, experience and tinjauan of articles related to the topic ofdiscussion. Analysis based on the results of the discussion of the observations on computerized accounting studyprogram in Indonesia and the results of curriculum development ever done by authors in several universities. Toaddress this challenge, it can be anticipated if manual accounting teaching is combined with full informationtechnology. All accounting cycles have been computerized and consequently the audits should be computer-basedand using a computer. Students must be equipped with balanced accounting and computer science in the hopethat disruption will be well anticipated. Galery Investasi PNJ have significant roles in educate people that understand why investment in accordance sharia truth and Islamic.Program study of D4 Financial Management PNJ have competence in the field of capital market, have an obligation to do an activity education about sharia investment through the Community Social Activity to the mosque management in Depok City. Objectives of the Community Social Activity is to increase community understanding about the truth and the importance of investment in accordance with the islamic sharia so that community can be avoided from fraud investment.
