Abstract

This study aims to examine more deeply about the use of the internet for entrepreneurial purposes or livelihoods among rural youth. The method used is observation and in-depth interviews with 20 business informants in this internet sector. The results of the study illustrate that: (a) viewed from the aspect of knowledge, business people understand correctly that the internet is the main media used to find information and sources of livelihood information; (b) viewed from the aspect of motivation, they are encouraged to use the internet for entrepreneurship because it is very easy to learn; (c) judging from the aspects of behavior and experience, business people in this sector feel very disturbed when there are a network disorder.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengadaan koleksi digital untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi permustaka pada era kenormalan baru melalui aplikasi i-Tangkab yang merupakan aplikasi perpustakaan elektronik milik pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah metode penelitian atau pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sementara itu, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik gabungan atau triangulasi, yaitu memadukan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam atau in depth interview dan teknik pengumpulan data observasi partisipatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koleksi digital pada aplikasi bernama iTangKab tersedia sebanyak 1300 judul koleksi dengan beragam subjek. Proses pengadaan koleksi dilakukan dengan digitalisasi atau alih media bahan pustaka cetak yang sudah ada dan juga e-book yang merupakan hasil kolaborasi atau kerja sama antara Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Tangerang dengan Aksaramaya.Kata Kunci: Pengadaan Koleksi Digital, Perpustakaan Digital, Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Tangerang AbstractThis research aims to know the process of procuring digital collections to meet library information needs in the new normal era through the i-Tangkab application, which is an electronic library application owned by the Tangerang Regency government. The method used in writing this article is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Meanwhile, the data collection technique used is a combined technique or triangulation, which combines in-depth interview data collection techniques or in-depth interviews and participatory observation data collection techniques. The results showed that digital collections onan application called iTangKab is available as many as 1300 collection titles with various subjects. The collection procurement process is carried out by digitizing or transferring existing printed library materials and ebooks which are the result of collaboration between Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Tangerang and Aksaramaya.Keywords: Procurement of Digital Collection, Digital Library, Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Tangerang.

Abstract

Era perkembangan teknologi dan informasi sudah merambah ke berbagai macam aspek kehidupan salah satunya lembaga kearsipan seperti Depo Arsip Provinsi Banten. Banyak terobosan baru serta penambahan peran teknologi ke dalam dunia kearsipan yang membuat para arsiparis Depo Arsip Provinsi Banten harus dengan segala macam usaha untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya agar dapat beradaptasi dengan keadaan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara serta literature review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai macam kegiatan kearsipan serta fasilitas di Depo Arsip Provinsi Banten sudah banyak melibatkan peran teknologi di dalamnya dan para arsiparis pun dibekali untuk selalu mengembangkan kompetensinya dalam menghadapi perubahan ini dengan berbagai macam pendidikan dan pelatihanThe era of technology and information development has penetrated into various aspects of life, one of which is archival institutions such as Depo Arsip Provinsi Banten. There are many new breakthroughs and the addition of the role of technology into the world of archives, which makes the archivists Depo Arsip Provinsi Banten with all kinds of efforts to improve their competence in order to adapt to this situation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews and literature review. The results of the study show that various archival activities and facilities at Depo Arsip Provinsi Banten have involved the role of technology in it and archivists are also equipped to always develop their competence in dealing with these changes with various kinds of education and training.

Abstract

The development of services in the library can be implemented through certain programs that are related to the objectives to be achieved in the library, one of which is information services related to regional characteristics contained in the Satu Kecamatan Satu Buku (Sake Sabuk) Program. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the Sake Sabuk Program as an effort to develop services at the Sumedang District Public Library. The research method used is qualitative. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The research results obtained that the efforts made by the Sumedang District Public Library by implementing the Sake Sabuk Program had a good impact on service development activities in the library. The community becomes aware of the uniqueness of the Sumedang Regency area. In its implementation, this program received various support from both internal and external parties. In addition, the implementation of the program is inseparable from obstacles, namely the lack of direct and indirect socialization and promotion activities in the community. Many people, especially in Sumedang Regency, are still not aware of this program.

Abstract

Archives have an important role in supporting the smooth running of the main tasks and functions of an institution, including sub-district level government agencies such as Cileunyi District. Along with technological developments, the archives being managed are now not only in printed form but also available in electronic form. the existence of electronic archives certainly requires a management that is different from the management of printed archives. Through the use of technology, archive management at the Cileunyi District Office in the process becomes more effective and efficient. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of electronic dynamic archives at the Cileunyi District Office in facilitating archive retrieval activities that focus on several processes such as creation and storage, distribution and use, maintenance and disposition. This study uses a qualitative method. The results showed that electronic-based dynamic archive management at the Cileunyi District Office had been carried out by adjusting to existing capabilities and resources, but various deficiencies were found which became obstacles that could hinder the electronic archive management process including: (a) lack of human resources as archive manager, (b) there is no filing department, (c) there is no scanner machine and electronic record management system, and (d) no depreciation activities are carried out which have an impact on increasingly limited storage space.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya peralihan sistem pengelolaan kearsipan pada awal tahun 2023 dari SIK-KLHK (Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Kementerian LHK) menjadi SRIKANDI (Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis Teringrasi) sehingga terdapat perubahan yang harus diadaptasi oleh Unit Pusat Kearsipan Kementerian LHK. Selain itu, terdapat kebijakan dan peraturan mengenai kearsipan Kementerian LHK yang digunakan untuk mengelola arsip dinamis aktif. Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahu bagaimana pengelolaan arsip dinamis aktif di pusat kearsipan kementerian lhk dimulai dari proses penciptaan atau penerimaan, distribusi, penggunaan, pemeliharaan, dan penyusutan sehingga pengelolaan tersebut dapat menunjang kegiatan layanan administrasi.. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses pengelolaan arsip dari tahapan penciptaan sampai penyusutan dengan menggunakan SRIKANDI ini sudah dapat diadaptasikan oleh Unit Pusat Kearsipan Kementerian LHK serta pengelolan arsip dinamis aktif untuk menunjang kegiatan layanan administrasi dan kebijakan peraturannya memiliki kesamaan dengang lembaga kearsipan lainnya sehingga pengelolaan tersebut sudah memiliki standar pengelolaan arsip dinamis aktif yang baik agar dapat membantu kegiatan layanan administrasi di Pusat Kearsipan Kementerian LHK.
