Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the characteristics of authorship and articles in the Journal AGRISEP at University of Bengkulu in 2015-2019 by using a study of bibliometrics based on several indicators. This research uses a descriptive quantitative study. The object is articles in the AGRISEP Journal of University of bengkulu in 2015-2019 with a total of 91 articles. Data were analyzed by using frequency tabulations. The results of this research show that the characteristics of writing and articles in the Journal of University of Bengkulu AGRISEP in 2015-2019 is vary greatly. It shows that the authors were male (54.08%). Most of the authors work as Lecturers (50.43%.). University of bengkulu contributed the most articles with almost 41 articles. Article was written by 3 authors (52.75%). Most of the authors have Master educational background. Articles use Indonesian language (96.70%.). The highest author's productivity is Sriyoto. The length of articles contain in this journal was 11-15 pages (56.15%). Articles contain 3 keywords were 51.14%, and the abstract length is around 150-199 words (35.16%). The most type of literature is Journal with 373 citations (36.93%). Based on these characteristics, it can be seen that the articles have met the written guidelines and articles that have been determined as well as an overview of the development of the articles in the AGRISEP Journal of Bengkulu University in 2015-2019.

Abstract

Perpustakaan desa sebagai pengelola informasi harus berkembang dengan kemajuan teknologi yang ada. Pada dasarnya tujuan dari otomasi perpustakaan adalah untuk mencapai kegiatan pengelolaan yang efektif dan efisien. Otomasi diharapkan dapat membantu pustakawan dalam menyelesaikan kegiatan administrasi menjadi lebih mudah dalam pengelolaan sehingga dapat memberikan layanan yang cepat dan tepat bagi pemakai perpustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan  kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala perpustakaan dan petugas perpustakaan desa Kerano Kuncoro. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif melalui tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.

Abstract

ISO 14598 has a national standard in archive management so that agencies can have a more organized procedure or system for handling archival documents. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of ISO 15489: 2016-Record Management and find out the obstacles in Processing for Creating, Capturing, and Managing Records at Bank Indonesia, Bengkulu province. This research uses qualitative methods, data taken from the results of systematic observations, in-depth interviews with informants. The results of the study stated that Bank Indonesia had received a complaint of ISO 15489: 2016 but in its implementation there were still problems in filing and depreciation of archives. To respond to this problem, Bank Indonesia can check the BI-RMS application regularly so that it knows which files can be moved and destroyed, and archivists must record the files issued by each unit to avoid losing archives.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe existence of useful and accounted sources of information generally are available in the library. Teenagers should be suggested to visit the library regularly. Efforts to lead teenagers to use the village library must be taken seriously by librarians. This research aims to explain how to increase the interest in reading through the village library of Kerano Kuncoro to overcome the online game trend. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were village library officer Kerano Kuncoro and library users that also a student. The Data collection methods use interview and observant data. The data is analyzed qualitatively through the stages of data collection, data reduction, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions. The results obtained are: 1) the condition of the Kerano Kuncoro library room is quite comfortable for the library users; 2) the library collection is quite complete and diverse; 3) library officials are very cooperative with library users; 4) there is free wi-fi services; 5) teenagers are motivated to visit the village library regularly. Increased interest in reading through the village library to overcome the online game trend is vital.   Before the Covid-19 pandemic, the average number of visitors per day was between 25 and 30. An average daily visit of at least 2 hours will automatically reduce their time to play online game. Researchers suggest the need for cooperation between the village library and the village government to organize a unique and exciting program; the village library should continue to try to complement and provide up-to-date collections. ABSTRAKKeberadaan sumber-sumber informasi yang bermanfaat dan kontennya bisa dipertanggungjawabkan umumnya ada di perpustakaan. Remaja seharusnya diarahkan untuk mau berkunjung secara rutin ke perpustakaan. Upaya-upaya untuk mengarahkan remaja di desa agar mau memanfaatkan perpustakaan harus dilakukan oleh pustakawan secara serius. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan bagaimana peningkatan minat baca remaja melalui Perpustakaan Desa Kerano Kuncoro untuk mengatasi kecenderungan remaja bermain game online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah petugas Perpustakaan Desa Kerano Kuncoro dan pemustaka yang berstatus pelajar. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif melalui tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah: 1) kondisi ruangan Perpustakaan Kerano Kuncoro cukup nyaman bagi pemustaka; 2) koleksi perpustakaan cukup lengkap dan beragam; 3) petugas perpustakaan sangat kooperatif terhadap pengungjung perpustakaan; 4) adanya layanan wifi gratis; 5) remaja termotivasi untuk mengunjungi perpustakaan desa secara rutin. Peningkatan minat baca melalui perpustakaan desa untuk mengatasi kecenderungan game online sangat perlu.  Sebelum terjadinya pandemik Covid-19, jumlah rata-rata pengunjung perhari antara 25-30 orang. Dengan rata-rata kunjungan perhari minimal 2 jam otomatis akan mengurangi alokasi waktu mereka untuk bermain game online. Peneliti menyarankan perlunya kerjasama antara perpustakaan desa dan pemerintah desa agar dapat menyelenggarakan program kegiatan yang unik dan menarik dan sebaiknya perpustakaan desa terus mencoba untuk melengkapi dan menyediakan koleksi yang up to date.

Abstract

Library as a centre for information resources is the backbone of the progress of an educational institution. Imbalance between the use of information retrieval system facilities advance search and a quick search of the catalogue are very  common in a search. This study was aimed to know and to describe how the precision of information retrieval system by using title field and subject on OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) ) at Muhammaddiyah University Library of Bengkulu is effective as an information retrieval system. This study was a quantitative descriptive study using analytical methods. The technique of data collection in  this study was by using trace observation on the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC). The study was carried out by using the title of the names of study programs and the subject to study program as the study sample a mounted to 206. Sample were taken by using purposive sampling techniques. The result of the study showed that search using advanced search features by using the section title of sociology subject obtained a precision marks of 0,98 while the use of advanced search features by using biology education subject obtainrd precision mark of 0,66. The use of quick search feature by using the sociology subjects get a precision marks of 0,98 while the use of quick search feature by using biology education subject obtained a precision marks of 0,99. The testing on the four search shows that the quick search and advanced search features in the title and subject are in the average range of 0,90 so it is said that the search system of OPAC at Muhammadiyah University Library of Bengkulu is effective as an information retrieval system.
