Abstract

Industri layanan medis saat ini semakin kompetitif. Hal ini mendorong rumah sakit rumah sakit untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya. Tak terkecuali Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Metro. Salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini ada untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Metro. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel karyawan sebanyak 93 dengan populasi 170 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equestions Modeling ). Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa total pengaruh variabel eksogen (X) terhadap variabel endogen (Y) d iatas menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y1) dan kinerja karyawan (Y2), karena adanya intervening (mediasi) variabel kepuasan kerja (Y1) memiliki nilai pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan variabel yang tidak dimediasi oleh variabel lain.Kata kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

The medical services industry is now increasingly competitive. This encourages hospital hospitals to further improve their performance. The Muhammadiyah Metro Hospital is no exception. One effort that can be done is to improve employee performance by increasing job satisfaction. The problem in this study is to find out whether the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on job satisfaction to improve employee performance at Muhammadiyah Metro Hospital. This study aims to determine whether the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on job satisfaction to improve employee performance at Muhammadiyah Metro Hospital. This study used a sample of 93 employees from a population of 170 employees. This study uses the SEM (Structural Equestion Modeling) method. From the results of the tests that have been made it is known that (1). organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, (2). leadership style does not have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3). Job satisfaction does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords — Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the effect of family work conflict, work family conflict and job stress in influencing the nurse job performance in hospital, as well as to determine whether family work conflict, work family conflict variables can be influenced by job stress in nurse performance in hospital. The results of this study are expected to be used as a consideration for the hospital in evaluating the level of service to patients. This research is a quantitative causal research that allows to know the relationship that is influential between two or more variables by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The population in this research is all female nurse who work at hospital in Metro (Muhammadiyah Hospital, Ahmad Yani Hospital, Mardiwaluyo Hospital, Islamic Hospital), while the study sample was 120 respondents with a non probability sampling purposive sampling method as a sampling method. Based on the results of the study that family work conflict has no positive effect on job stress. And also work family conflict has positive effect on job. Job stress has positive effect on job performance. In this study also shows that family work conflict has a negative effect on job performance. Work family conflict are also has postive effect on job performance. The implication of this research is that conflict of commitment and responsibility towards family is a key value in work family conflict. Recommendations in this reseacrh is for the hospitals to hold employee recreation activities with their families, it means that hospital get to know the families of the employees in order to tight the bonds between employees and their families

Abstract

Stock is one of the investment instruments that many investors choose, both short and long term. Meanwhile, the stock price index is an essential indicator for investors deciding whether to buy, sell, or hold the stock. This study aims to determine what methods are suitable for predicting the Stock Price Index of Construction Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. By selecting a model that matches the existing time series data, to evaluate the results of the forecasting, the researcher uses a measure of accuracy with Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), and Mean Squared Deviation (MSD). This type of research is a quantitative study with a research population of 16 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Only four samples were used that fit the specified criteria, and only five years of research were conducted, namely in 2015 to 2019. data can be seen from historical data or actual data and tested using Minitab software version 19. The results showed that Double Exponential Smoothing (Holt's) and Double Moving Average Method could be used to forecast the Construction Company Stock Price Index. Obtaining the smallest error value of the four construction companies, namely WSKT company with MAPE = 7.3, MAD = 148.8, and MSD = 40506.0 for the Holt'sand MAPE method = 5.3, MAD = 110.1, and MSD = 22006.9 for the Double Moving Average method.

Abstract

In general, the purpose of conducting mergers and acquisitions is to obtain synergy or added value. However, mergers and acquisitions by companies do not always produce added value for the company, often failure or deteriorating company performance occurs after the company makes mergers and acquisitions. The purpose of this study is to differ the financial performance of companies before and after mergers and acquisitions based on financial ratio assessments.The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. This type of research is quantitative research with the object of research is the financial performance before and after mergers and acquisitions in companies in Indonesia which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. Data collection techniques using documentation. The analytical tool used is to use an analysis of the company's financial statements.The results showed that based on financial ratios, namely CR (Current Ratio), DER (Debt to Equity Ratio), ROE (Return on Equity), ROA (Return on Assets), NPM (Net Profit Margin), and Earning Per Share (EPS ) it can be seen that the actions of mergers and acquisitions have no effect on the company's financial performance within 1 year after the merger and acquisition.Keywords: CR (Current Ratio), DER (Debt to Equity Ratio), ROE (Return on Equity), ROA (Return on Assets), NPM (Net Profit Margin), and Earning Per Share (EPS)

Abstract

In an effort to create regional independence, Regional Original Revenue is a very important factor, where PAD is the source of funds from the region itself. Government financing in carrying out government and development tasks always requires a reliable source of revenue. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of market service retribution in Metro City in 2019. To determine the contribution of market service retribution to Metro City's local revenue.This type of research is carried out using quantitative methods. Research is carried out at the Metro City Government or Metro City Revenue Service. The data obtained from the research results were then analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis.Based on the results of research and data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that: Revenue from market service retribution is effective in increasing Metro City PAD from 2019-2020. The market service levy has a large contribution to Metro City's Original Regional Revenue (PAD) from 2019 to 2020.

Abstract

Progam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas atau keterampilan yang bernilai ekonomi bagi masyarakat khususnya para ibu rumah tangga di wilayah RT. 06, Tejo Agung, Metro Timur, Kota Metro melalui pelatihan pembuatan dompet rajut. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan yaitu berupa demonstrasi pembuatan dompet rajut dan dilanjutkan dengan praktik langsung yang melibatkan mahasiswa Program Studi D3 Perbankan dan Keuangan, Fakutas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro dalam proses pelatihan. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya keterampilan para ibu untuk dapat membuat dompet rajut yang bernilai ekonomi sehingga dapat menjadi potensi wirausaha.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan; Dompet Rajut; Masyarakat; Tejo Agung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Original Revenue, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds and Economic Growth on Unemployment in the Metro City Government Period 2013-2018. This type of research is quantitative in the form of secondary data. Secondary data was conducted at the Statistics Central Agency (BPS), the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD), the Social Service (DINSOS), the Manpower and Transmigration Office and the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency (BPPRD) in the Metro City Government. The data analysis model used in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Original Income, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund and Economic Growth have no effect on unemployment. So that in budgeting the allocation and has not been maximized to manage and optimize sectors related to Economic Growth and reduce the unemployment rate.Keywords: Local Revenue, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, Economic Growth and Unemployment

Abstract

Customers’ decision to save their money is a final effect of a purchase, which is defined as an attitude and an intention to behave in the future and expressed through things such as, a commitment to buy a product from a company if they need other products, a commitment to provide recommendations to others, intention to increase the amount of savings, intention or desire to give positive things to the company. In the decision making process of customers in choosing Ekasave saving product, it is affected by several variables, namely promotions and product attribute.This study aims to analyze the effects of promotion and product attribute on customer decision in choosing Ekasave saving at Bank Eka of Metro Head Office. The research method used in this study was quantitative. The research samples were Ekasave saving customer data in 2015, Bank Eka, Metro Head Office.The analytical method used was F test (simultaneous), T test (partial), determination coefficient analysis (R2), and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis for promotion variable had positive value with t count by 8.226 and product attribute had positive value with t count by 4.631. Therefore, promotion and product attribute simultaneously provide positive effects on customer decision with F count by 54.275.Keywords: Promotion, Product Attribute, and Customer Decision
