Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan online project based learning dan berpikir kreatif terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa kelas IV di SD Nasional 1 Kota Bekasi. Jenis penelitian eksperimen (quasi experimental design) dengan desain treatment by level 2x2. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis varians (ANAVA) dua jalan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat perbedaan hasil keterampilan proses sains kelompok siswa yang menggunakan online project based learning dengan hasil keterampilan proses sains kelompok siswa menggunakan penugasan konvensional 2) Terdapat perbedaan keterampilan proses sains yang menggunakan pembelajaran online project based learning dan penugasan konvensional pada kelompok siswa berpikir kreatif tinggi 3) Terdapat perbedaan keterampilan proses sains yang menggunakan pembelajaran online project based learning dan penugasan konvensional pada kelompok siswa berpikir kreatif rendah 4) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara pembelajaran melalui online project based learning dan berpikir kreatif terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa sekolah dasar. Hasil pengujian anava diperoleh nilai Fhitung = 5,63 dan nilai kritik Ftabel= 3,98 dengan dk (1,68) pada taraf á = 0,05 dengan demikian, kedua faktor tersebut tidak dapat diabaikan karena saling berinteraksi satu dengan yang lainnya.

Abstract

The flipped classroom model, which is often heard in recent years, is known as a new pedagogical approach in which traditional instruction is reversed. The study aims to determine the effect of the flipped classroom model and creative thinking on the scientific literacy of grade VI students of SDN Guntur 01, South Jakarta. This research uses a 2x2 factorial design. The research sample was divided into two treatment groups, namely the experimental class and the control class. The experimental class was given treatment by carrying out the learning model of the flipped classroom , while the control class was given treatment by carrying out the expository model learning. The results showed: (1) there was a difference in scientific literacy between the experimental class and the control class, with scientific literacy higher than the control class.  (2) there is a difference in scientific literacy between groups of students with high levels of creative thinking in the experimental class [A 1 B 1 ] and the control class [A 2 B 1 ]. (3) there is a difference in scientific literacy between groups of students with low creative thinking levels in the experimental class [A 1 B 2 ] and the control class [A 2 B 2 ].  (4) there is an effect of interaction between learning models and creative thinking on scientific literacy. Purpose of the flipped classroom model is to use face to face time more effectively in the learning process. There are many definitions related to flipped classroom is a student-centred learning method consisting of two parts with interactive learning activities during lesson and individual teaching based on computer out of lesson.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims at describing the effect of Creative Problem Solving (CPS) and Problem Posing method and the ability to think critically regarding science literacy. This research employed experimental treatment by the level of 2 x 2 design. The data of this research was analyzed using two paths the analysis of variance (ANOVA). The result of this research indicated four things, namely; (1) the ability of science literacy among groups of students who are taught using the CPS is higher than group of students taught using methods problem posing; (2) there is an interaction effect between the learning method and the critical thinking skills to the ability of science literacy; (3) the ability of scientific literacy among students with critical thinking skills CPS method is higher than students who treated using problem posing method; (4) the ability of scientific literacy among students with low critical thinking skills using CPS is lower than students using problem posing method. Metode yang digunakan eksperimen dengan desain treatment by level 2 x 2. Teknik analsis varians dua jalur (ANAVA). Hasil dari penelitian ini terdiri dari empat hal yakni; (1) kemampuan literasi sains antar kelompok siswa yang diajar menggunakan metode CPS lebih tinggi dari kelompok siswayang diajar menggunakan metode problem posing; (2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap kemampuan literasi sains; (3) kemampuan literasi sains antar siswa dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi yang diberikan metode CPS lebih tinggi dari siswa yang diperlakukan metode problem posing; (4) kemampuan literasi sains antar siswa dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis rendah yang diberikan CPS lebih rendah dari siswa yang diberikan perlakuan metode problem posing.Kata kunci: Metode CPS, Problem Posing,berpikir kritis, literasi sains, SD.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of applying the flipped classroom model to students’ learning outcomes in oxidation-reduction reactions. It was conducted in SMAN 47 Jakarta. Research method is quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 72 students were taken with purposive sampling. Independent variables are the flipped classroom model and direct instructional. Chemistry learning outcome became a dependent variable. The flipped classroom model is invers of the traditional learning model. Students learn the instructional material at home through videos and discussions in class. Analysis of the requirement’s test showed that the data were normally distributed and had homogeneous variances. Hypothesis testing showed different results in a significant level of 0.05. The differences of average value between pretest and posttest of the experimental group is 12.50. While the differences in the control group was 7.17. It can be concluded that the difference of average value between pretest and posttest of the experimental group is higher than the control group. The flipped classroom model can improve students’ learning outcomes in the oxidation-reduction reaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran Realistic Matematics Education (RME) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif tentang konsep pecahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan model classroom action research (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD N Negeri Rawajati Pagitahun pelajaran 2017/2018 yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus dilaksanakan dalam 2 pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan post tes. Teknik post tes yaitu dengan evaluasi dan observasi. Evaluasi digunakan untuk menjaring data tentang kemampuan berpikir kreatif konsep pecahan. Sementara observasi digunakan untuk menjaring data tentang penggunaan pendekatan Realistic Matematics Education.Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata siswa yang telah mencapai KKM hanya 57,14%. Sedangkan hasil penelitian pada siklus II menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata dari jumlah seluruh siswa mencapai KKM 89,29%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran konsep pecahan dengan penerapan pendekatan Realistic Matematics Education dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif materi pecahan pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Rawajati 06 Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.

Abstract

The study aimed to develop web-based learning media on colloidal system topic using wordpress CMS. It comes from challenges to make an attractive  learning system for students. The research method ADDIE model developed by Dick and Carrey. The research instrument was questionaires. This learning media had been validated by media experts, material experts, chemistry educators and field trials. The result showed that the learning media is valid and feasible to be used in teaching and learning activities on system colloid lessons. It is proven based on the average score which is converted in to good and very good categories according to the ideal assessment criteria. While the result of small group trial showed the average scores of 19 and 19.4 for aspects of learning material and 35.5 and 38.1 for aspects of appearance and operation are both categorized as a good category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media mobile learning dan kemampuan metakognitif terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa pada materi asam basa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 48 Jakarta dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 siswa yang terdiri dari 20 siswa yang memiliki kemampuan metakognitif tinggi dan 20 siswa yang memiliki kemampuan metakognitif rendah yang dipilih dengan teknik multi stage random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain treatment by level 2x2 dan data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan anova dua jalur. Hasil pengujian diperoleh fhitung > ftabel (58,93 > 4,10) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara penggunaan media mobile learning dan kemampuan metakognitif; fhitung > ftabel (10,94 > 4,10) menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan keterampilan proses sains pada kelompok siswa yang menggunakan mobile learning dan pembelajaran tradisional; qhitung > qtabel (10,98 > 4,33) menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan keterampilan proses sains siswa yang menggunakan media mobile learning dengan siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran tradisional pada kelompok siswa yang memiliki kemampuan metakognitif tinggi dan qhitung > qtabel (4,37 > 4,33) menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan keterampilan proses sains siswa yang menggunakan media mobile learning dan siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran tradisional pada kelompok siswa yang memiliki kemampuan metakognitif rendah.

Abstract

This research aims to develop mobile learning integrated with LMS and test its effectiveness motivation learning on the topic of buffer solutions. The research was conducted at SMA AL-HASRA from November 2020 to June 2021. The research and development method by Borg and Gall was used by modifying five stages, needs analysis; product development; validation; product testing; and implementation. Testing used quantitative method with post-test only control group design and analysis using independent sample t-test. The resulting mobile learning medium is called "LarutanPenyangga.apk" which is compatible with Android devices which provides summaries, video animations, kimi, quiz, and application buffer solutions in daily life. The feasibility test for topic and language resulted 82.25% with a reliability 0.975. The feasibility test for media 75.05% with a reliability 0.960. Trial test have very good criteria. The effectiveness test of motivation learning percentage is 68.4% and has a good category. Based on the t-test, obtained ttable < tcount. It can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is a significant positive effect from the use of integrated mobile learning with LMS to increase students' learning motivation on buffer solutions topic.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of mobile learning and learning style on students’ scientific literacy in the salt hydrolysis concept. This research was conducted at Senior High School 42 Jakarta with a sample of 56 students consisting of 28 students with visual learning style and 28 students with auditory learning style. The sample in the study was randomly selected. The research method used was experimental with 2x2 design level treatment and analyzed by Two-Way ANOVA. The results showed that there were differences in scientific literacy between groups of students who used mobile and traditional learning (without considering learning styles) and groups of students who used a combination of consideration of learning styles and mobile learning. The use of mobile learning has a positive effect on scientific literacy outcomes when applied to group visual learning styles. Whereas, in the audio learning style group, the use of mobile learning media provided lower scientific literacy results compared to traditional learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to analysis developing of students' learning motivation in the learning process of chemical reaction rate by using mobile game base learning media (mobile game base learning). The research was conducted at Senior High School 77 Jakarta in 2016. The method used in this research is qualitative research method. Data analysis techniques were performed with data reduction, data display, conclusions and verification. The quality standard used is trustworthiness with the criteria of credibility through prolonged engagement, persistent observation, progressive subjectivity and member checking.The results concluded that the mobile game base learning media can develop students' motivation in the aspects of relevance, attention, confidence, and satisfaction. The aspect of relevance shows a good motivation in terms of relevance of chemistry. In the attention aspect, it generates good enthusiasm and attention along becomes more interested in chemistry learning. The aspect of confidence produces good confidence for students in studying Chemistry. For the aspect of satisfaction, it produces a good sense of satisfaction. Students are also satisfied with the learning process as well as they do not feel disappointed with the learning of chemistry.
