Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted on 8-20 May 2018 in Tangkahan PT. Putra Berombang Perkasaat Belawan Fishing Port. The purpose of this study was to determine the facilities and activities of PT. Putra Berombang Perkasa at Belawan Ocean Fishing Port. The method used in this research the survey method. Data analysis was carried out descriptively in the form in tables or image forms. Based on research that the Tangkahan facility has various facilities commonly used to support fisheries activities.Facilities available at Tangkahan PT. Putra Berombang Perkasa consists of basic facilities (land, docks, shipping lanes, plaster, port roads), functional facilities (delivery/TPI, sorting and writing tables, scales, carts, ice grinding machines, workshops, fishing gear storage areas, and places storage of lubricants/oil), and supporting or additional facilities consist of (Tangkahan administration office, guard post, canteen, and parking area). Abstract

AbstractShip treatment with regard to the quality of the ship. When coating on the surface of the ship's skin, it is predicted that an increase in the economic and technical life of the hull. The purpose of this study was to determine the modulus of elasticity of C'kets Antifouling coating on meranti mangrove wood for soaking time. The research method used was an experiment with a completely randomized design of 6 treatments and 3 replications. Analysis of modulus of elasticity using the ANOVA test. Comparison of elastic modulus between specimens coated with C'Ketz Antifouling and uncoated was 51.3% with not soaked, 118.2% with 30 days immersion and 45.1% with 60 days immersion (Fcount>Ftable = 24.378> 3.11).Key words :C’ketz Antifouling, Modulus of Elasticity, Merantiwood.

Abstract

This study was conducted in December 2016 in the village Pakningasal Bukitbatu District of Bengkalis in Riau province. The purpose of this study was to determine the conditions under which the basic amenities harbor dock and pool required by the fishermen in the village of Fish Marketing Sites Pakningasal. The method used in this study is a survey method that is by direct observation and collect information about the basic amenities and activities at The Village Fish Marketing Pakningasal. From the results of research conducted marketing place has 10 units fish-shaped pier jetty.The dock has a respective length of 3-7 m and has a height also varies between of 1 - 1.5 m from the seabed to the construction made of wood with a width of from 0.3 to 0.6 m. While the existing harbor pool area at The Village Fish Marketing Pakningasal not have enough wide and shallow. Extensive pool of currently available port is ± 800 m2 with a depth varying port basin.Keywords: Condition, Pier, Harbor Swimming
