Abstract

This research on health service employees who are in Jakarta wants to observe the work stress experienced and how the risks will arise from organizational commitment and employee performance. The design of this research is to use a survey method with cross-section data collection using a questionnaire. A total of 82 employees of the Private Hospital consisting of Doctors, Nurses and Staff as respondents in this study, were determined by utilizing the simple random sampling method. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a design in analyzing data analysis on testing research hypotheses. The results of the study present the results that work stress has a negative and significant impact on organizational commitment, then work stress that has a negative and significant impact on employee performance, then high organizational commitment can actually cause a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the compensation, job satisfaction and the employees performance of Rumah Sakit Swasta in Jakarta. Apart from that, the objective is also to analyse the effect of the compensation, on the job satisfaction and its implication to the employees performance of Rumah Sakit Swasta in Jakarta. The research is using the quantitative research.. The sample for data collection was taken from 82 employees of Rumah Sakit Swasta in Jakarta through questionnaires. From the research done, it is demonstrated that the compensation has positive effect toward the job satisfaction and employee’s performance, and job satisfaction do have a positive implication on the employee’s performance of Rumah Sakit Swasta in Jakarta.

Abstract

This investigation point is to appraise the work environment, job satisfaction and the employees performance of Rumah Sakit Swasta in Jakarta. The point is also to appraise the phenomenon of the work environment, on the job satisfaction and its involvement to the employees performance of Rumah Sakit Swasta in Jakarta. The investigation is using the quantitative investigation.. The sample for data collection was taken from 82 employees of Rumah Sakit Swasta in Jakarta through questionnaires. From the investigation done, it is demonstrated that the work environment has positive effect toward the job satisfaction and employee’s performance, and job satisfaction do have a positive involvement on the employee’s performance of Rumah Sakit Swasta in Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of Organizational Culture towards Employee Performance through the mediating role of job satisfaction at Private hospital in West Jakarta. This research using quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques used in this research is using AMOS 20 software and mediation analysis is conducted with Sobel’s test. The results showed that organizational culture has possitif affect and significant on job satisfaction,  job satisfaction has possitif affect and significant on employee performance, organizational culture doesn’t affect and hasn’t significant on employee performance,  and job satisfaction has possitif affect and significant mediates the effect of organizational culture to employee performance.
