Hal ini disebabkan oleh besarnya pangsa pasar wisata di area Malang dan meningkatnya perekonomian masyarakat pada umumnya. Permasalahan yang ada adalah persaingan yang sangat ketat diantara pengusaha jasa tour dan travel, yang menimbulkan persaingan tidak sehat, sehingga berimbas pada penetapan harga yang rendah dan tidak kompetitif, terutama untuk wisatawan domestik. Pada kenyataannya, jumlah wisatawan mancanegara yang berkunjung ke Malang, dan kebutuhan mereka belum cukup terwadahi dengan maksimal oleh jasa tour dan travel yang ada. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan potensi pendapatan jasa tour dan travel, maka harus dijalin komunikasi yang baik dan efisien dengan calon wisatawan mancanegara. Namun masalah yang dihadapi pengusaha tour dan travel pada umumnya adalah kendala bahasa dan tidak adanya media komunikasi yang efisien. Masalah ini juga yang dihadapi oleh mitra, yakni Manavin Tour and Travel dan MH Tour and Travel. Pendampingan pembuatan dan perawatan website berbahasa Inggris diharapkan mampu untuk membantu mitra dalam mengatasi permasalahan Mitra. Website tersebut menjadi media untuk promosi layanan dan juga media komunikasi yang efektif dengan calon wisatawan mancanegara. Hasil yang didapatkan, dengan adanya website ini mitra sudah mendapatkan klien dari mancanegara yang berhubungan dengan bidang usaha jasa tour dan travel.Kata Kunci: Website, Tour, Travel

Abstract

The essence of technology is to help human work become easier, cost effective, save time more efficiently and on target. The use of technology that is studded with innovation provides real changes in every activity, including in the world of education. Even in some countries such as Australia and Hong Kong, technology has been introduced through basic programming since the age of 3 years. In Indonesia in 2016 the Minister of Communication and Information, Rudiantara, has discussed programming so that it is included in the elementary school curriculum. The introduction of technology at the elementary school level aims to prepare young people who are ready to face technology in the industrial era 4.0. This service activity is carried out in order to improve web programming capabilities using the Laravel framework. The hope is that by providing the ability to program using the Laravel framework, it can support academic education and increase employment opportunities with more capabilities.

Abstract

Account security was determined by how well the security techniques applied by the system were used. There had been many security methods that guaranteed the security of their accounts, one of which was Keystroke Dynamic Authentication. Keystroke Dynamic Authentication was an authentication technique that utilized the typing habits of a person as a security measurement tool for the user account. From several research, the average use in the Keystroke Dynamic Authentication classification is not suitable, because a user's typing speed will change over time, maybe faster or slower depending on certain conditions. So, in this research, we proposed a combination of the Scaled Manhattan Distance method and the Mean of Horner's Rules as a classification method between the user and attacker against the Keystroke Dynamic Authentication. The reason for using Mean of Horner’s Rules can adapt to changes in values over time and based on the results can improve the accuracy of the previous method.

Abstract

The most prominent protocols for data transfer in internet of things (IoT) are message queuing telemetry transport (MQTT) and constrained application protocol (CoAP). The existing clients from both sides are unable to communicate directly because of the packet’s header structure difference in application and transport layer. In response, this paper aims to develop a bidirectional conversion server used to translate the specified messaging protocol interchangeably in the OpenFlow network and transmit the converted packet from both sides. The conversion server integrated the MQTT subscriber and CoAP POST object for converting the MQTT message into CoAP data. Similarly, the CoAP-MQTT translation was processed by CoAP GET and MQTT publisher object. The research was evaluated by analysing the round trip time (RTT) value, conversion delay, and power consumption. The RTT value for MQTT-CoAP required 0.5 s while the CoAP-MQTT was accumulated in 0.1 s for single-packet transmission. In addition, the SDN controller and the conversion server only consumed less than 1% central processing unit (CPU) usage during the experiment. The result indicated that the proposed conversion server could handle the translation even though there was an overwhelming request from the clients.

Abstract

Along with many various human activity to fulfill the food nutritional in take vegetable nutrition and animal nutrition must be fulfilled. Animal nutrition is a needs that aften consumed by many people and one of those is broiler chicken. Broiler chicken is a livestuck chicken that easily produce, so there are so many broiler chicken farm that we could see in many place. But there are some problem that occur in most broiler breeders such as the composition of food ingredients and high ration costs. To fulfill the right composition of ingredients with minimum cost, researchers offer a solution by using genetic algorithm in deter mining the composition of broiler food ingredients. This aplication uses 50 ingredients of broiler chicken livestock along with nutrition. This study used roulette wheel methods. The result of this study obtained optimum parameters with population size of 400, various generation of 350 and pc 0.1 and pm 0.8 combinations of 10 times test. This result is a composition of broiler food ingredients that meet the nutritional needs with minimal cost.

Abstract

Object detection based on digital image processing on vehicles is very important for establishing monitoring system or as alternative method to collect statistic data to make efficient traffic engineering decision. A vehicle counter program based on traffic video feed for specific type of vehicle using Haar Cascade Classifier was made as the output of this research. Firstly, Haar-like feature was used to present visual shape of vehicle, and AdaBoost machine learning algorithm was also employed to make a strong classifier by combining specific classifier into a cascade filter to quickly remove background regions of an image. At the testing section, the output was tested over 8 realistic video data and achieved high accuracy. The result was set 1 as the biggest value for recall and precision, 0.986 as the average value for recall and 0.978 as the average value for precision.

Abstract

This work aims to improve the speed of search by creating an indexing structure in CBIR system. We utilised an inverted index structure that usually used in text retrieval with a modification. The modified inverted index is built based on histogram data that generated using Multi Texton Histogram (MTH) and Multi Texton Co-Occurrence Descriptor (MTCD) from 10,000 images of Corel dataset. When building the inverted index, we normalised value of each feature into a real number and considered pairs of feature and value that owned by a particular number of images. Based on our investigation, on MTCD histogram of 5,000 data test, we found that by considering histogram variable values which owned by maximum 12% of images, the number of comparison for each query can be reduced by 67.47% in a rate, the precision is 82.2%, and the rate of access to disk is 32.83%. Furthermore, we named our approach as Histogram Inverted Index (HII).

Abstract

This study present a new technique for Batik cloth image retrieval using Micro-Structure Co-occurence Descriptor (MSCD). MSCD is a developed method based on Enhanced Micro Structure Descriptor (EMSD). Previously, EMSD has been improved by adding edge orientation feature. In previous study, EMSD cannot achieve an optimal precision. Therefore, MSCD is proposed to overcome the EMSD drawback using global feature approach, namely Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM). There are 300 batik cloth images which contain 50 classes used for dataset. The performance result show that MSCD can retrieve Batik cloth images more effective than EMSD.

Abstract

Batik is a symbol reflecting Indonesian culture which has been acknowledged by UNESCO since 2009. Batik has various motifs or patterns. Because most regions in Indonesia have their own characteristic of batik motifs, people find difficulties to recognize the variety of Batik. This study attempts to develop a system that can help people to classify Batik motifs using Multi Texton Histogram (MTH) for feature extraction. Meanwhile, k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm were employed for classification. The performance of those classifications is then compared to seek the best classification method for Batik classification. The performance is tested 300 images divided into 50 classes. The results show the optimum accuracy achieved using k-NN with k=5 and MTH with 6 textons is 82%; however, SVM and MTH with 6 textons denote 76%. According to the result, MTH as feature extraction, k-NN or SVM as a classifier can be applied on Batik image classification.

Abstract

This study is proposed to compare which are the better method to classify Batik image between K-Nearest neighbor and support vector machine using minimum features of GLCM. The proposed steps are started by converting image to grayscale and extracting colour feature using four features of GLCM. The features include energy, entropy, contras, correlation and 0o, 45o, 90o, and 135o. The classifier features consist of 16 features in total. In the experimental result, there exist comparison of previous works regarding the classification KNN and SVM using multi texton histogram (MTH). The experiments are carried out in the form of calculation of accuracy with data sharing and cross-validation scenario. From the test results, the average accuracy for KNN is 78.3% and 92.3% for SVM in the cross-validation scenario. The scenario for the highest accuracy of data sharing is at 70% for KNN and at 100% for SVM. Thus, it is apparent that the application of the GLCM and SVM method for extracting and classifying batik motifs has been effective and better than previous work.
