Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the magnitude of the influence: (1) transformational leadership on teamwork, (2) organizational climate on teamwork, (3) emotional intelligence on teamwork. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. The population in this study were Human Resources for elementary school (SD) education staff in Serang City totaling 433 people. Sampling is done by random sampling method of 100 respondents. Primary data in this study comes directly from respondents. Secondary data was sourced from the Education Office and the Serang City and Banten Province Statistic Center, books, internet, and other parties related to this research. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis methods (tabulation analysis methods, descriptive, focus group discussion (FGD), and root case analysis (RCA)). In accordance with the results of this study that Transformational Leadership (X1) has a direct effect on Teamwork (Y), Organizational Climate (X2) has a positive direct effect on Teamwork (Y), Emotional Intelliegence (X3) has a positive direct effect on Teamwork (Y)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk:(1) mengidentifikasi faktor individu dan faktor eksternal dari mompreneur, (2) menganalisis pengaruh faktor individu dan faktor eksternal terhadap perilaku wirausaha mompreneur, (3) menganalisis pengaruh perilaku wirausaha terhadap kinerja usaha mompreneursebagai anggota Komunitas Bunda Online(KBO) Kota Tangerang Selatan, dan (4) menganalisis langkah strategis yang perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja usaha mompreneurdi Kota Tangerang Selatan. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode Focus Group Discussion(FGD), Root Case Analysis (RCA), Analisis Tabulasi, dan Deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: (1) faktor individu direfleksikan oleh pelatihan, dukungan suami/keluarga, keinginan berprestasi dan motivasi berwirausaha. Faktor eksternal direfleksikan oleh peran komunitas, tumbuhnya usaha pendukung, dan tumbuhnya e-commerce. Perilaku wirausaha mompreneurdirefleksikan dalam sikap mandiri, fleksibel, risk taker, inovatif, dan percaya diri. Kinerja usaha mompreneurdirefleksikan dengan pendapatan, daya tahan usaha, dan wilayah pemasaran, (2) faktor individu berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku wirausaha. Keinginan berprestasi merupakan faktor individu dari anggota KBO yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar (LF=0.914). Faktor eksternal berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku wirausaha. Tumbuhnya e-commercemenjadi variabel yang paling menggambarkan faktor eksternal dari anggota KBO (LF=0.849), (3) perilaku wirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja usaha dimana sikap fleksibel merupakan variabel yang paling menggambarkan perilaku wirausaha (LF=0.876). Wilayah pemasaran paling baik dalam merefleksikan kinerja usaha mompreneur(LF=0.901), dan (4) Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mendukung peningkatan kinerja usaha mompreneur

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. This study uses quantitative and descriptive approaches, with a approach to causality. The object of this research is PT. Cemindo Gemilang Cilegon - Banten, using a sample of 100 respondents. Questionnaire answers are measured on an interval scale of 1-10. Data were analyzed using the help of SmartPLS Software version 3.0. The results of this study state that: 1) Transformational Leadership Style does not significantly influence employee performance. 2) Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. 3) Transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 4) Organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction fully mediates between transformational leadership and employee performance, while job satisfaction can mediate partially between organizational culture and employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the ability to manage work stress on employee performance, the effect of ability to manage work stress on job satisfaction, the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, the effect of ability to manage work stress on job satisfaction, the effect in kpknl djkn banten. The population in this study is government employees at kpknl djkn banten. And the number that will be as a sample of the entire population is 102. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of ability to manage work stress on employee performance, there is a significant effect of ability to manage work stress on job satisfaction, there is a significant effect of leadership style on job satisfaction, there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with causality approach. The object of this research is the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Banten Province using a sample of 119 respondents. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 – 10. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3.29 software. The results of this study stated that: 1). Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3). Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 4). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 5). Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate between transformational leadership and organizational culture in partial mediation.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan kunci sukses dari keberhasilan perusahaan, maka dari itu karyawan dituntut profesional, integritas serta produktif dalam pencapaian kerjanya. Agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai secara efisien dan efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi. Keterbaharuan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum diketemukan penelitian sebelumnya yang membahas mengenai upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi pada perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi di Serang. Batasan dalam penelitian ini hanya untuk melakukan analisis besarnya pengaruh upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat bantuan kuesioner dengan skala Likert 10 poin dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 40 buah untuk menguji tiga (5) hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Model Structural Equation Modeling dipergunakan untuk menguji signifikansi statistik koefisien jalur. Temuan hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa motivasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi temuan membuktikan bahwa kedisiplinan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara tidak langsung pengaruhnya melalui motivasi

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan adalah hasil kerja seseorang dalam organisasi dan merupakan hal yang penting bagi suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Beberapa hal yang dapatmempengaruhi kinerja dari seorang karyawan, diantaranya kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji efek moderasi budaya organisasi pada pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Keterbaharuandalam penelitian ini adalah belum diketemukan penelitian sebelumnya yang membahas mengenai efek moderasi budaya organisasi pada pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri manufaktur di Banten.Batasandalam penelitian ini hanya untuk melakukan analisis besarnya pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan industri manufaktur di Banten.Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat bantuan kuesioner dengan skala 1 sampai 10. sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 5 kali jumlah indikator yaitu sebanyak 110 orang respondenuntuk menguji tiga (5) hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Model Structural Equation Modeling dipergunakan untuk menguji signifikansi statistik koefisien jalur.Temuan hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa 1). kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2). disiplin kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3). budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 4). budaya organisasi bukan sebagai pemoderasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja. 5). budaya organisasi bukan sebagai pemoderasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the magnitude of the effect of employee engagement on employee performance, (2) the magnitude of the influence of employee engagement on employee job satisfaction, (3) the magnitude of the influence of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction, (4) the magnitude of the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance. , and (5) the magnitude of the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT Cogindo DayaBersama. The population in this study were employees of PT Cogindo Daya Bersama PLTU Pelabuhan Ratu Unit Operations Department with a population of 125 employees and a sample of 100 employees. The results show that employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 76.6 percent and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 65.5 percent. This direct effect shows that employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. employee performance

Abstract

Banten Province has a variety of regional specialties, including Sate Bandeng and Emping Melinjo. But now, the typical Banten food is starting to get a little bit of interest. Therefore, the PPM team created a program based on Local Food Diversification for Banten specialties. The method/approach used is participatory, starting from planning, implementation to evaluation, for example through seminars, workshops, field meetings, coaching as well as through printed information media and IT-based electronic media. The results of this PPM are in the form of a documentary on the YouTube Channel and content on social media about Emping Melinjo and Sate Bandeng, in order to participate in assisting government programs, promoting Emping Melinjo and Sate Bandeng to remain sustainable and known to foreign countries.

Abstract

During the current pandemic, the COVID-19 virus has worsened the state of the Indonesian economy. What's more, our society is required to be able to fulfill daily nutrition as a preventive measure from the Corona virus. So, in order to improve the basic nutrition of the community every day, the PPM team created a program based on Creativity Digital Marketing of Vegetarian Food with the theme of local culinary Rabeg Vegetarian and Nasi Mandhi. Before the PPM program was implemented, Rabeg from Cilegon was a culinary dish in the form of mutton stew that has a spicy taste. After the PPM program was implemented, Rabeg had a unique taste because it was made from soybeans in the form of tofu and tempeh combined with Rabeg spices. Meanwhile, Nasi Mandhi, before the PPM program was implemented, was in the form of spiced rice which was usually served with mutton or chicken. After the PPM program was implemented, Nasi Mandhi was combined with Vegetarian Rabeg as a meat substitute, as well as emping crackers and balado egg sauce as a complement. The method/approach used to manage the Vegetarian Rabeg and Nasi Mandhi is participatory, from planning to evaluation, which is carried out directly or indirectly, for example through seminars, coaching home industry owners for Vegetarian Rabeg and Nasi Mandhi. As well as information about local culinary rabeg and the process of making it through electronic media in the form of Instagram @kelclgraberian.
