AbstractBathymetry is a measure of high and low seabed where bathymetry maps provide information about the seabed.This research was conducted in November 2018 - January 2019,in the waters of the Sasak coast of West Pasaman district. This study aims to determine the depth and shape of the seabed morphology as well as the type of sediment,The research method used is a survey method, then the sampling point is determined by purposive sampling,the fixing fixation point consists of 100 points and 9 sediment sampling points.Then sediment analysis and bathymetry data processing are performed. The results showed the depth of water in the study area between 4 to 14.5 meters and has a type of seabed morphology that is classified as gentle.The distribution of basic sediments in the study area consists of three (3) types of sediment fractions, namely gravel, sand and mud,The type of sediment at each sampling point is based on the proportion of gravel particle content,sand and mud are classified according to Shepard's triangle, weight percentage fraction and sediment type at each station point.Keywords :Bathymetry, Sediment.

Abstract-- In the current era of globalization, the role of knowledge and information technology is critical, it is to be supported with skilled human resources to support the performance of a company. Acceptance of employees at large companies such as PT Pancaprima Ekabrothers need supported by systems and good management. This is to meet the information needs of various segments of society. Therefore, there was made a website to make it easier for applicants who wish to enroll, it is also expected to help the productivity of companies in recruiting skilled workers and competent in accordance with the needs of the company.Intisariâ€” Seiring perkembangan zaman ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (iptek) berkembang dengan pesat disemua bidang kehidupan, tidak terkecuali dalam sektor industri. Kebutuhan akan adanya informasi yang cepat dan akurat sangat besar. Berbagai cara dilakukan oleh pelaku bisnis ini untuk lebih memajukan perusahaan mereka, selain cara lama seperti iklan, spanduk, brosur dan sebagainya media internetpun dijadikan salah satu cara untuk mempromosikan produk mereka untuk meningkatkan produktivitas pelayanan perusahaan. Internet banyak dipilih sebagai media informasi karena lebih efektif dan efisien.PT. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasikerja guru terhadap kinerja guru di MI Ma’arif Bulurejo. Teknikpengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahmenggunakan teknik kuesioner. Dimana analisis data menggunakananalisis statistik regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakanbantuan program SPSS for windows release versi 21.0. Berdasarkanhasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, hasilpenelitian ini menujukkan bahwa koefisien regresi motivasi kerjaadalah 0.722 dengan taraf signifikan 0.000 lebih kecil dari 0.05 yangberarti adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengaruh motivasikerja guru terhadap kinerja guru di MI Ma’arif Bulurejo.

Abdul Ghopur, Master's Degree Student at Muhammadiyyah University Magelang(UNIMMA) Central Java. This study aims to describe the learning management of theMutawasithoh Tahfidzul Qur'an (Mutiq) Program at the Islamic Islamic Boarding SchoolNurul Huda Purbalingga, starting from lesson planning, learning implementation, andevaluation of learning implementation. This research method uses a qualitativedescriptive approach. The object of this research is the learning management of theMutawasithoh Tahfidzul Qur'an (Mutiq) Islamic Boarding School Nurul HudaPurbalingga. The method of data collection using interviews.The results of research on the learning management of the Mutiq Program at the IslamicBoarding School Nurul Huda Purbalingga show that;First; The lesson plan has been completed with a complete syllabus and LearningImplementation Plan and is well documented in the form of document/book one anddocument/book two, containing the syllabus, lesson plans, annual program and semesterprogram.The Mutiq program for the Islamic Islamic Boarding School Nurul Huda Purbalingga is atype of religious education organized through the wustha/junior high school equivalentlevel education, so that the syllabus and lesson plans refer to equivalence education, plusa local curriculum content typical of pesantren, as well as extracurricular andintracurricular development programs for students. The learning plan is prepared by thePrincipal by involving elements of the foundation, teaching staff, managers, and hasundergone many changes, following the dynamics of government policies and stakeholderrequests.Second; The implementation of the teaching and learning process is carried out onSaturday - Thursday, starting at 07.00 - 13.00 WIB. The learning activity begins with anopening or greeting, the ustadz delivers the subject matter using learning media such asLCD, white board, and markers. The method of delivering material uses the lecturemethod, demonstration, and ends with a question and answer session. Ustadz closed theteaching and learning process by praying together and saying closing greetings.Third; Learning evaluation uses formative evaluation, which is an assessment in the formof a test that is carried out after a subject has been studied by students and summativeevaluation, which is an assessment in the form of a test that is carried out after theteaching and learning process is completed within a certain period of time, namely onesemester and than result for this research is good and effective.

Islam is a perfect religion, its Shari'a regulates the entire system of human life to achievea happy life in this world and in the hereafter. The perfection of Islamic teachings includesthe fields of aqidah, sharia, morality and muamalah, so that with that perfection throughthe holy book the Qur'an is conveyed gradually and the people accept Islamic da'wahgradually. The treasures of Islam are so deep and broad that they need to be conveyedwisely and full of example. Majelis Taklim is one of the educational institutions in thecommunity that was established from, by and for the community, to convey, teach,understand, practice Islamic teachings and provide examples. This activity is heldcontinuously, so that people who already have religion, beliefs and customs can accept andpractice the teachings of Islam. Therefore, the taklim assembly has different forms, seenfrom the participants, the time of implementation, the method, the material. By notdenying the efforts of religious leaders and administrators of the Baitul Mizan mosque,Serang Village, Kalikajar Village, Kalikajar District, Wonosobo Regency, that the taklimassembly is faced with the condition of human resources that are less able to adapt to theneeds of the target group so that the taklim assembly has not been maximized in an effortto increase faith and piety to Allah. . Judging from the readiness of human resources toaccept change, and the use of existing media (mosques) to compete in goodness.

The phenomenon that shows that there is a lot of moral decline can result in thevulnerability of religious moral values to students. This can cause several negativeimpacts, including brawls between students, anarchic demonstrations, drug use,promiscuity, deviant behavior, and many other negative impacts. For this reason, a goodmoral or character formation is needed for children through Islamic religious learning inschools. Moral or moral is one of the main teachings of Islam that must be prioritized inIslamic education to be taught or instilled in students, with the intention of formingpeople with strong and good personalities (morals).This paper is a reminder for us that religious education has an important role incharacter building in elementary schools. We also gain knowledge about the method ofimplementing the learning process of Islamic religious education in the formation of thecharacter of Abdurrahman an-Nahlawi's perspective.

The increasingly widespread spread of COVID-19 requires that learning in schools becarried out online. The problem that has arisen due to Covid-19 is the operational costs ofschools, this also occurs at RA PERWANIDA WONONOSOBO, as a private educationalinstitution. They rely on fees from their parents for school operational costs. When manyparents stop working or their income drops, it is possible that they do not pay tuition feesto school. In a situation like this, schools don't get income so they can't afford teachers'salaries, this becomes a big problem.This research is a qualitative research. Collecting data using interview, observation anddocumentation methods. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Dataanalysis used a description technique with the Miles and Huberman interaction analysismodel with the flow including data collection, data reduction, and data presentation.With that, the head of RA PERWANIDA WONOSOBO builds cooperation with severalguardians of students to meet the salaries of teachers and employees, includingcollaborating with several guardians of students who will later use the sales proceeds forcapital and part of the income for school operational costs, as well as cooperation withothers, this is done to fulfillment of school operational costs.

This study aims to find out how big the role of parents in shaping the character orpersonality of children when they study at home during this pandemic. The pandemic thathas occurred in Indonesia has been going on for more than a year. This is certainly achallenge for parents who have children at school age. Children will interact more oftenwith their families when they ask their parents for help when doing their schoolwork.When they interact, namely between parents and children, parents must be ready to facechallenges. The challenge is how they instill the morals of children towards their parents,when they interact in learning because usually children will underestimate their parentsmore than their teachers when they study. Most parents think that learning with theirparents is certainly more difficult than with the teacher, of course, in terms of characterbuilding. If with the teacher the child will tend to be more obedient, more respectful, moreappreciative, etc. The research method chosen is a qualitative method. Data collectiontechniques used in the form of observations and interviews with a number of parents whohave children at school age. The results of the study show that the attitude of childrenwhen they study with their parents is very concerning. There are still many who oftenshow disrespectful attitudes when studying with their parents. This is acknowledged bysome parents who sometimes often fight with their children when they study at home.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the influence of parents ininstilling children's character during a pandemic is very large. As a parent, you should bemore assertive when the child has done things that are not in accordance with hischaracter. In this case the cultivation of children's character should also be monitored andsupervised by the teacher.

Dongeng merupakan cerita-cerita yang digunakan untuk anak usia dini dengan kemanfaatan yaitu pertumbuhan, pemikiran, hiburan, dan pesan moral. Kini pada masa modern, anak usia dini kurang mengikuti dongeng dikarenakan terdapat teknologi gadget yang mengakibatkan kemalasan dan perkembangan buruk. Perkembangan anak usia dini merupakan tahap penting pada pertumbuhan anak-anak maka perlu perancangan yang dapat membantu atas permasalahan tersebut. Solusi atas permasalahan tersebut yaitu anak usia dini menyukai animasi yang berdasarkan dari gaya visual gambar lucu dan terdapat hiburan. Dengan dongeng dapat dijadikan hiburan dan pesan moral baik digunakan sebagai media edukasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode jenis penelitian yang berdasar pada kualitatif serta pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan 2 cara yaitu kepustakaan dan observasi demi mendukung proses penulisan dan perancangan. Tujuan penelitian ini membuat video edukasi animasi yang dapat membantu permasalahan kemalasan yang dimiliki oleh anak usia dini. Hasil penelitian yaitu menghasilkan sebuah video edukasi dongeng animasi dengan teknik animasi 2 dimensi dengan salah satu dongeng yaitu “Bunda Sejati” yang terdapat cerita baik dan pesan moral baik untuk kepada anak usia dini.
