Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher creativity and parent attention contributions to learning motivation of students, teacher creativity on the learning motivation, and the effect of parent attention to the learning motivation. This research is a descriptive quantitative with the pupulation is student from SMKN in Sukoharjo regency, with number of sample was 343 student. The results of this study obtained that the F-count is higher than the F-table (67.068 > 3.00), so that the two independent variables have a simultaneous effect. The results of the T-count variables for teacher instructional creativity and parental attention were 3.802 and 8.434, respectively. Both are above the T-table (1.966). So that the two independent variables have a partial effect on students' learning motivationTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, mengetahui pengaruh perhatian orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, mengetahui pengaruh perhatian orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, dan mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas mengajar guru dan perhatian orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasinya adalah siswa SMK Negeri se kabupaten Sukoharjo. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 343 siswa. Pengumpulan datanya adalah menggunakan kuisioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan kreativitas mengajar guru dan perhatian orang tua berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan yang ditunjukkan dari nilai F hitung (67,068) lebih besar dari F tabel (3,00). Signifikan diperoleh dari uji hipotesis dengan uji F yang bernilai 0,00 yang mana lebih kecil dari pada 0,05. Analisis koefisien determinasi vaiabel kreativitas mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa diperoleh hasil sebesar 6,97%, perhatian orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar siswa diperoleh hasil sebesar 21,28% dan sebesar 77,3% dipengaruhi variabel di luar penelitian.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to know the existence of (1) positive and significant influence between the Field Experience Program (FEP) and the role of Mentor Teacher on the readiness in becoming a teacher of the Economic Education students in the year of 2013; (2) positive and significant influence of the Field Experience Program (FEP) on the readiness in becoming a teacher of the Economic Education students in the year of 2013; (3) positive and significant influence of the role of Mentor Teacher on the readiness in becoming a teacher of the Economic Education students in the year of 2013. This research uses quantitative descriptive with correlational method.The populations of this research are all of Economic Education students in the year of 2013 which have finished the Field Experience Program 2016 as many as 180 students consisting of 3 BKK. The sample in this research amounted to 65 students are taken by using proportional random sampling technique. The method used to collect the data is questionnaire and documentation. Those data are analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis.The result of this research shows that (1) F test value obtained Fcount > Ftable (18.765 > 3,15) with p value < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), so that Ho rejected and Ha accepted. It means that there is a positive and significant influence between the Field Experience Program (FEP) and the role of Mentor Teacher on the readiness in becoming a teacher of the Economic Education students in the year of 2013; (2) t test value of the Field Experience Program variable is tcount > ttable (3,957 > 1,999) with p value < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), so that Ho rejected and Ha accepted. It means that there is a positive and significant influence between the Field Experience Program on the readiness in becoming a teacher of the Economic Education students in the year of 2013; (3) t test value of the role of Mentor Teacher variable is tcount > ttable (2,049 > 1,999) with p value < 0,05 (0,045 < 0,05), so that Ho rejected and Ha accepted. It means that there is a positive and significant influence between the role of Mentor Teacher on the readiness in becoming a teacher of the Economic Education students in the year of 2013; (4) the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0,377. It means that 37,7% readiness in becoming a teacher of the student are influenced by the Field Experience Program  and the Mentor Teacher’s role. Meanwhile the remaining (62,3%) are influenced by other factors outside in this research. The relative contribution of the Field Experience Program and the role of Mentor Teacher on the readiness in becoming a teacher is 70,47% and 29,53%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of teacher creativity on the learning motivation. This research is a descriptive quantitative with the pupulation is student from SMKN in Sukoharjo regency. The number of sample was 343 student. Sampling technique this research collected the data questionnaire, the data analyzed simple linier regression analysis. The results revealed that teacher creativity has a positive and significant impact which shown from the T value (7,229) is greater than the T table (2,251). The result of R square show that teacher creativity affects 13,3% of student learning motivation, while the rest is affected by others factors.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar melalui penerapan media pembelajaran audio visual. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI IIS 2 SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2016//2017 yang berjumlah 27 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari guru dan peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes dan non tes. Validitas data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi, validitas isi dan review informan kunci. Analisis data yang  digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif komparatif, analisis data kuantitatif, dan analisis data kualitatif. Prosedur penelitian meliputi tahap (a) perencanaan, (b) tindakan, (c) observasi, (d) refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penerapan media pembelajaran audio visual melalui langkah persiapan, penggunaan media, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa. Hal ini terbukti pada nilai rata-rata siswa pada pra siklus 77,78 dengan presentase ketuntasan sebesar 70,37%, siklus I nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 79,26 dengan presentase ketuntasan 85,19%, dan siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 81,32 dengan presentase ketuntasan 88,89%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan media pembelajaran audio visual  dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IIS 2 SMAN Negeri 5 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2016/2017.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi Bisnis melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournaments Affifah N. A., Soetarno Joyoatmojo, Jonet Ariyanto N. BISE: Jurnal Pendidikan Bisnis dan Ekonomi Vol.5 No. 1 (TGT berbantu media Teka-Teki Silang (TTS). Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu: (1) perencanaan tindakan; (2) pelaksanaan tindakan; (3) Pengamatan atau Observasi; dan (4) Refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X Pemasaran 1 SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta dengan jumlah 33 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kegiatan: (a) wawancara, (b) observasi dan (c) dokumentasi. Validitas data dengan triangulasi sumber data, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantu media teka-teki silang (TTS) dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik dari pra siklus ke siklus I dan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Hal ini terbukti pada saat pra siklus, persentase keaktifan peserta didik sebesar 30,30%. Pada siklus I saat diterapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe teams games tournaments berbantu media teka-teki silang (TTS) keaktifan peserta didik meningkat dengan tingkat pencapaian sebesar 75,76%. Kemudian pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan ketercapaian persentase keaktifan siswa sebesar 93,94%. Kesimpulan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe teams games tournament (TGT) berbantu media teka-teki silang (TTS) dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa kelas X Pemasaran 1 SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta pada mata pelajaran ekonomi bisnis tahun pelajaran 2018/2019.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the student learning activeness of SMK Batik 1 Surakarta on Business Economics subjects through the Jigsaw cooperative learning model combined with Talking Stick. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely: (1) Action planning; (2) Implementation of Actions; (3) Observation or Observation; and (4) Reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class X OTKP 1 of SMK Batik 1 Surakarta with a total of 42 students. Data collection techniques are carried out through activities: (a) interviews; (b) observation; and (c) documentation. Data validity with source triangulation and method triangulation. Data analysis techniques with qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that through the application of the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model combined with the Talking Stick can increase student activity from pre-cycle to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II. This is evident in the pre cycle, the percentage of student activity is 28.57%. The percentage of student learning activeness increased to 73.80% in the first cycle after the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model was applied combined with Talking Stick. The percentage of student learning activeness returns increased in the second cycle to 92.86%. The conclusion of class action research by applying the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model combined with the Talking Stick can increase the learning activeness of class X OTKP 1 students of SMK Batik 1 Surakarta on The Business Economic subjects in The school year 2018/2019.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of school operational assistance funds (BOS) and school infrastructure on the quality of education at SMP Negeri 1 Jatinegara. The subjects of this study were 597 students in grades 7, 8 and 9 of SMP Negeri 1 Jatinegara for the 2022/2023 academic year, with a sample of 238 students. The research method in this study is a quantitative research method, and sampling use proportional stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study use a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The conclution on that BOS funds had no effect on the quality of education at SMP Negeri 1 Jantinegara. School infrastructure has a positive effect on the quality or quality of education at Jatinegara 1 Public Middle School, which can be seen from the t table which is smaller than the t count, namely 1.651 < 8.050. Furthermore, school operational assistance funds and school infrastructure simultaneously have a positive influence on the quality of education at SMP Negeri 1 Jatinegara as show by the F table value which is smaller than the calculate F value, namely 3.034 < 46.255.

Abstract

Lulusan perguruan tinggi turut andil besar dalam menyumbang jumlah pengangguran di Indonesia. Kehadiran dan peranan kewirausahaan menjadi kesempatan untuk mengurangi pengangguran serta menciptakan lapangan kerja. Kajian ini bermaksud untuk mengkonfirmasi pengaruh antara pendidikan kewirausahaan dan self-efficacy melalui mediasi Individual Entrepreneurial Orientation terhadap minat berwirausaha. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Sebelas Maret angkatan tahun 2019-2020 sejumlah 178 mahasiswa dengan sampel berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rumus Slovin sebanyak 124 mahasiswa diambil melaui teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan teknik analisis jalur sebagai teknik analisis data yang digunakan. Temuan dari penelitian ini yaitu pendidikan kewirausahaan melalui Individual Entrepreneurial Orientation tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha; self-efficacy melalui Individual Entrepreneurial Orientation terhadap minat berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Dengan demikian, program studi dapat mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang tidak hanya bersifat teori, namun lebih praktikal untuk melatih innovativeness, risk taking propensity, dan proactiveness agar mahasiswa memiliki kepercayaan terhadap kemampuan diri untuk berwirausaha.
