Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher creativity and parent attention contributions to learning motivation of students, teacher creativity on the learning motivation, and the effect of parent attention to the learning motivation. This research is a descriptive quantitative with the pupulation is student from SMKN in Sukoharjo regency, with number of sample was 343 student. The results of this study obtained that the F-count is higher than the F-table (67.068 > 3.00), so that the two independent variables have a simultaneous effect. The results of the T-count variables for teacher instructional creativity and parental attention were 3.802 and 8.434, respectively. Both are above the T-table (1.966). So that the two independent variables have a partial effect on students' learning motivationTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, mengetahui pengaruh perhatian orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, mengetahui pengaruh perhatian orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, dan mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas mengajar guru dan perhatian orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasinya adalah siswa SMK Negeri se kabupaten Sukoharjo. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 343 siswa. Pengumpulan datanya adalah menggunakan kuisioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan kreativitas mengajar guru dan perhatian orang tua berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan yang ditunjukkan dari nilai F hitung (67,068) lebih besar dari F tabel (3,00). Signifikan diperoleh dari uji hipotesis dengan uji F yang bernilai 0,00 yang mana lebih kecil dari pada 0,05. Analisis koefisien determinasi vaiabel kreativitas mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa diperoleh hasil sebesar 6,97%, perhatian orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar siswa diperoleh hasil sebesar 21,28% dan sebesar 77,3% dipengaruhi variabel di luar penelitian.

Abstract

Abstrak Penerapan reformasi birokrasi merupakan salah satu cara preventif yang efektif untuk menekan perilaku korupsi di Indonesia. Reformasi adalah proses untuk mengubah proses, prosedur birokrasi publik dan sikap serta perilaku birokrat untuk mencapai efektivitas birokrasi dan tujuan pembangunan nasional. Reformasi kegiatan sebagai padanan lain dari perubahan, perbaikan dan modernisasi. Ruang lingkup reformasi tidak hanya terbatas pada proses dan prosedur, tetapi juga mengaitkan perubahan pada tingkat struktural dan sikap terhadap perilaku dan budaya sehingga arah reformasi yaitu pencapaian pelayanan publik dapat dicapai secara efektif dan efisien. Studi komprehensif telah dilakukan yang dapat menghasilkan model penilaian yang sesuai dengan arah dan tujuan reformasi tersebut. Kombinasi pendekatan balanced scorecard (BSC) dan analitik hierarki proses (AHP) diyakini dapat mengidentifikasi, mengukur, dan menghilangkan perbedaan persepsi yang dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja organisasi. Lebih dalam lagi, model tersebut diterapkan di semua organisasi pelaksana reformasi birokrasi. Studi ini menemukan bahwa empat perspektif Balanced Scorecard yang digunakan memiliki perbedaan bobot dan prioritas karena banyaknya perbedaan tingkat subkategorinya. Padahal tidak ada penilaian yang sempurna. BSC yang dikombinasikan dengan AHP saat ini, dapat digunakan untuk membuat metode penilaian terbaik yang mudah digunakan untuk menilai kinerja organisasi. Kata kunci: balanced scorecard, proses hierarki analitik, reformasi birokrasi.

Abstract

The flipped classroom is a type of blended learning that has been widely applied at various levels of education, from elementary to higher, but there have been few studies on its use in Economics education. The purpose of this article is to provide a brief overview of the impact and effectiveness of the flipped classroom on Economics learning. The research methodology used is a literature study with analysis of several articles about the flipped classroom, which concludes with the research objectives. The study results show that the effects of the flipped classroom can enhance students’ self-reliant and active learning, increase collaboration, and improve learning outcomes. The article provides advice for educators, especially in the field of Economics education, on use of the flipped classroom to maximise student learning. The study conclusion, which compares the flipped classroom learning model in general, shows that the flipped classroom learning model is effective for use in the learning process because students have studied the material before going to class, meaning the teacher no longer dominates the classroom situation and teacher- student interactions become better and more enjoyable.

Abstract

The determination of elective courses for students is one of many things that require some complex considerations. This complexity is motivated by psychological and non-psychological factors of human beings such as: learning motivation, lecturer and previous learning experience. Many students found difficulties if they have to decide in a complex options in which has the identical option. Thus, they made their decisions based on just one perceived factors alone without taking into account other factors which have great importance as well. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is one method that can be used as an appropriate decision supporting tool to reduce the complexity of decision making process. AHP provides analysis in the form of selected course recommendations that have a weight of rankings to the level of importance of each preferred alternative. This study was a preliminary study subjected to construct the real consideration from students’ point of view. In which very important to create a hierarchical perspective order for decision making process in both sides, student and education provider which was on Accounting Education Department, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of teacher creativity on the learning motivation. This research is a descriptive quantitative with the pupulation is student from SMKN in Sukoharjo regency. The number of sample was 343 student. Sampling technique this research collected the data questionnaire, the data analyzed simple linier regression analysis. The results revealed that teacher creativity has a positive and significant impact which shown from the T value (7,229) is greater than the T table (2,251). The result of R square show that teacher creativity affects 13,3% of student learning motivation, while the rest is affected by others factors.

Abstract

2018 Global Competitiveness Index 4.0 ranking - a comprehensive report released by the World Economic Forum (WEF) shown that Indonesia's competitiveness ranking was increase from 47 to 45 from the other 140 countries. This condition explained that Indonesian economy was getting better, but it was not enough to compete against other countries, as Indonesian economy was relatively far below the trend line. Furthermore, Indonesian should be more selective in choosing offered products or services especially on banking and finance related sector in which becoming vigilant in investing. One of the intelligence that must be possessed by every individual was financial intelligence in which should be needed by their personal financial assets. This study aimed to explore the determinants of financial literacy in higher degree students by using Analytic Hierarchy Process as an analytical tool. As individual finance’s approved by knowledge, decisions and implementation in making decisions in personal financial assets are called financial literacy. Financial literacy has grown rapidly over the past few years. There are five domains of financial literacy, namely (1) knowledge of financial concepts; (2) communication ability on financial sector; (3) the personal ability to financial management; (4) ability to make financial decisions; and (5) commitment to make future financial planning. Taking Accounting Education Department student as focus of study, the comparison of assessment from identified factors in different classes could be used as a basis for improving the learning process through the development of higher education’s curriculum policies. Result of this study shown that there were insignificant differences between classes. While personal ability to financial management factor considers as the most important factor, followed by the knowledge of financial concept. Both factors are compulsory to be taken as part of financial majors in the department

Abstract

Changes in education due to covid-19 are forcing teachers to use technology in learning. Teachers as facilitators must be able to use technology in innovative learning models so that they can increase learning independence. The purpose of this study is to find out how flipped classroom can increase students' learning independence. The research method used is literature study. Flipped classroom is a model that utilizes technology by reversing traditional teaching methods, where the teacher first provides learning material in the form of videos before going to class, so that classroom activities are used for active learning activities. The results show flipped classroom make teacher-student interactions better, improve learning outcomes, students can study learning materials anywhere and anytime and help students to understand learning before entering class so that students can learn independently without depending on the teacher according to their speed which in turn will increase student learning independence.

Abstract

Abstrak:Revolusi digital  dan  era disrupsi  teknologi  adalah istilah lain dari industri  4.0.  Disebut  revolusi  digital  karena  terjadinya  proliferasi komputer  dan  otomatisasi  pencatatan  di  semua  bidang.  Kemajuan  teknologi  memungkinkan  terjadinya  otomatisasi hampir  di  semua  bidang.  Teknologi  dan  pendekatan  baru  yang menggabungkan dunia fisik, digital, dan biologi secara fundamental akan mengubah pola hidup dan interaksi manusia. Oleh  karena  itu manusia  harus  dibekali soft skill dan hard skill yang baik agar dapat mengelola tantangan di era digital ini menjadi sebuah peluang. Tantangan terbesar yang harus dihadapi oleh masyarakat Indonesia saat ini adalah masalah pengangguran. Berdasarkan data  BPS  2018 menunjukkan bahwa  jumlah  pengangguran  yang berasal  dari Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) menduduki peringkat teratas yaitu  sebesar   8,92%. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan berperan penting dalam mengurangi angka pengangguran di Indonesia, salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan cara membekali soft skill dan hard skill kepada siswanya melalui pendidikan kewirausahaan sehingga akan melahirkan generasi entrepreneurship yang mampu bersaing di era digital. Gagasan ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan dari berbagai sumber. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menganalisis tantangan dan peluang pendidikan kewirausahaan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, agar mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas sehingga siap menghadapi persaingan di era digital.   Kata Kunci: SMK, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Era Digital

Abstract

Anti-Corruption Schools (SAK) are an effort to foster an anti-corruption attitude in the context of realizing a country that has high integrity. The SAK program has been successfully implemented in the student environment as an effort to tackle corruption through students as agents of chance. This service aims to provide provisions and insights regarding anti-corruption attitudes. The objects of concern are junior high school (SMP) and senior high school (SMA) students. SAK service is carried out scientifically and descriptively by placing school members from teachers to students as the goal of the sustainability of the benefits that will be received. SAK provides counseling to teachers and students in order to improve attitudes with integrity. From the teacher's point of view, teachers are expected to continue to monitor the development of their students' attitudes at school so that an attitude that prioritizes integrity can continue to be embedded and grow in the daily attitudes of their students, so that a corruption-free Indonesia can be realized in the future. Sekolah Anti Korupsi (SAK) merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya menumbuhkan sikap anti korupsi dalam rangka mewujudkan Negara yang memiliki integritas tinggi. Program SAK telah sukses dijalankan dalam lingkungan mahasiswa sebagai upaya penanggulangan korupsi melalui mahasiswa sebagai agent of chance. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bekal dan wawasan mengenai sikap anti korupsi. Objek yang menjadi perhatian adalah siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) dan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Pengabdian SAK dilakukan secara ilmiah dan deskriptif dengan menempatkan warga sekolah mulai dari guru hingga siswa sebagai tujuan dari keberlangsungan manfaat yang akan diterima. SAK memberikan penyuluhan kepada guru dan siswa dalam rangka meningkatkan sikap yang berintegritas. Dari sudut pandang guru, guru diharapkan untuk terus memantau perkembangan sikap siswanya di sekolah sehingga sikap yang mengedepankan integritas dapat terus tertanam dan tumbuh dalam sikap sehari-hari para siswanya, agar terwujud negara Indonesia yang bebas korupsi di masa depan.

Abstract

A teacher's ability to adapt to technology is tested when there is a significant change from face-to-face to distance learning. The most important thing is the teacher's effort to direct the attitudes and skills of students during online learning. The Technology, Pedagogy, Content Knowledge (TPACK) approach can be a solution to provide opportunities for educators to synergize anti-corruption education in learning practices. In this activity, anti-corruption education in sociology subjects was carried out using the TPACK framework approach. The service's target is the lecturers of sociology subjects in Surakarta. The method of implementing this service consists of several activities, including focus group discussion (FGD) offline to observe community needs. Then proceed with an online meeting through a zoom meeting to deliver general anti-corruption education materials and training asynchronously through the google classroom platform for 32 lessons for the benefit of training in anti-corruption education content analysis and anti-corruption learning model innovation. The preparation of anti-corruption education-based learning videos is carried out. The results of the activities were an increase in the ability of teachers to design anti-corruption learning innovations in sociology subjects and an increase in the ability of teachers to compile sociology learning videos by strengthening content knowledge of anti-corruption education insertions.
