Abstract

Scientific creativity and responsibility are believed to be key factors for overcoming increasingly complex real-life problems faced by students; but both competencies are not trained in school. Therefore, this research aims to describe the effectiveness of creative responsibility based learning (CRBL) to increase student?s responsibility and scientific creativity on physics learning in senior high school. This research used one group pretest-posttest design involving 66 students of two senior high schools in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia. The data collection was conducted by using responsibility observation emphasizing on participatory, cooperation, delivering an opinion, and leadership. Additionally, data were gained through scientific creativity test emphasizing on problem finding, product improvement, scientific imagination, scientific problem solving, and creative product design. The data analysis was done through qualitative descriptive, n-gain, and paired t-test. The results showed      (1) student?s responsibility for each meeting is in good criteria, and (2) there is a significant increase on students? scientific creativity at ? = 5 %, with n-gain constitutes moderate category. Thus, the CRBL is believed to be effective to increase student?s responsibility and scientific creativity in physics learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan modul bermuatan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an pada materi fluida statis menggunakan model pembelajaran generatif, ditinjau dari aspek validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Subjek uji coba penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 10 Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 31 siswa. Data didapatkan dari lembar validasi, lembar keterlaksanaan RPP, dan tes hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu 1) validitas modul berdasarkan lembar validitas dari aspek tampilan dan penyusunan diperoleh validitas dengan kategori baik, validitas RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran) berkategori baik, dan validitas tes hasil belajar berkategori sangat baik, 2) kepraktisan modul berdasarkan lembar keterlaksanaan RPP diperoleh kategori baik, dan 3) efektivitas modul berdasarkan tes hasil belajar siswa diperoleh kategori sedang. Diperoleh simpulan bahwa modul bermuatan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an pada materi fluida statis melalui model pembelajaran generatif layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.This study aims to describe the feasibility of modules containing verses from the Qur'an in static fluid material using generative learning models, in terms of aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness.This research is research and development using ADDIE development model (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The subjects of the research trial were students of class XI IPA 1 of SMA Negeri 10 Banjarmasin, totaling 31 students. Data were obtained from validation sheets, RPP implementation sheets, and student learning outcomes tests. The results obtained are 1) the validity of the module based on the validity sheet from the aspect of appearance and preparation obtained validity with good categories, the validity of the RPP is in good category, and the validity of the learning outcomes test is very good, 2) the practicality of the module based on the RPP implementation sheet was obtained in the good category, and 3) the effectiveness of the module based on the test of student learning outcomes is obtained in the medium category. It was concluded that the module containing Al-Qur'an verses on static fluid material through generative learning models is suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

Soal IPA yang digunakan oleh guru dalam evaluasi pembelajaran masih ada yang belum berkategori high order thinking skills (HOTS). Oleh karena itu dilakukan pelatihan pembuatan soal IPA berbasis HOTS di lingkungan lahan basah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang pembuatan soal IPA berbasis HOTS. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui respon peserta terhadap pelatihan yang diberikan. Sasaran kegiatan ini ialah 44 guru Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) IPA Kabupaten Batola. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui metode ceramah, diskusi, dan praktik. Di akhir kegiatan pelatihan, para peserta diberikan angket untuk mengetahui respon peserta terhadap pelatihan. Diperoleh hasil bahwa para peserta memamai dengan baik materi yang disampaikan selama pelatihan berlangsung. Hal ini menunjukkan penyelenggaraan pelatihan pembuatan soal IPA berbasis HOTS di lingkungan lahan basah berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Abstrak – Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas perangkat pembelajaran fisika bermuatan lingkungan lahan basah untuk melatihkan karakter waja sampai kaputing. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian research and development dengan model ADDIE, namun pada artikel ini hanya memuat dua tahap yaitu tahap implementation dan evaluation. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa Rencana Proses Pembelajran (RPP), Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS), Tes Hasil Belajar (THB) dan materi ajar pada materi fluida statis. Subjek penelitian ini berupa 25 orang siswa di salah satu SMAN di kota Banjarmasin. Data diperoleh melalui lembar pengamatan ketercapaian karakter dengan cara mengamati setiap siswa terhadap karakter yang dilatihkan. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik skor rata-rata dan dibandingkan dengan tabel efektivitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas perangkat pembelajaran berkategori sangat tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan efektif dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas pada materi fluida statis.Kata Kunci: Perangkat pembelajaran, lingkungan lahan basah, karakter waja sampai kaputing

Abstract

This research is aimed to develop student’s worksheet using guided inquiry learning model to train senior high school students’ scientific attitude on the dynamic electricity subject. The specific purposes of this research are to (1) describe the validity of student worksheet, (2) describe the practicality of student worksheet based on questionnaire responses, (3) describe the effectiveness of student worksheet based on students’ cognitive result, and (4) describe the achievement of students’ scientific attitude ability. This research uses research and development methods with ADDIE design. The research shows that: (1) the student worksheet validity is categorized as very valid, (2) the practicality of the student worksheet based on questionnaire responses is categorized as practical, (3) the effectiveness of student worksheet is categorized as effective, and (4) the achievement of students’ scientific attitude ability is moderate. In conclusion, student worksheet using guided inquiry learning model to train students’ scientific attitude for senior high school on the dynamic electricity subject is eligible to be used in the learning process.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mendeskripsikan validitas modul praktikum fisika dasar 1 untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan model 4D termodifikasi (hanya pada tahap define, design, develop). Validitas modul dinilai oleh 2 orang ahli/akademisi menggunakan lembar validasi modul praktikum. Hasil analisis menujukkan bahwa validitas modul praktikum fisika dasar I memiliki kategori valid. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa modul praktikum fisika dasar I dapat digunakan untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains mahasiswa. Selain itu dapat dilanjutkan pada uji berikutnya seperti uji kepraktisan dan efektivitas modul praktikum fisika dasar I.

Abstract

Scientific creativity and responsibility are among the main competencies in the society 5.0, but they are not trained in school. Therefore, this study wants to produce a valid Creative Responsibility Based Learning (CRBL) to prepare students for society 5.0. This research is part of the educational research design using the Tessmer model, but data collection is still at the stage of self-evaluation and expert validation. CRBL's instructional goals are science process skills, responsibility, and scientific creativity; and other impact is the competence of society 5.0. The design of CRBL phase includes: generating creative responsibility, organizing creative learning needs, guiding group investigations, actualizing creative responsibilities, evaluating and reflecting. Students can explore creative and imaginative ideas, design creative products, and create technology products. In addition, the three validators agreed that CRBL was valid to prepare them for society 5.0.

Abstract

The research has been carried out at the Islamic junior high school of East Lampung to determine the effectiveness of the Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending (CORE) learning model on students’ creative thinking skills on sound waves topic. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Data on creative thinking skill were collected using essay test instrument. This research was conducted on the eighth-grade students of an Islamic senior high school in East Lampung with a sample of 60 students taken by using purposive sampling technique. Based on the Effect Size test, the effectiveness value of the CORE model on students’ creative thinking skills are 0.48 which is in the medium category. These results prove that the CORE learning model is effective in enhancing students’ creative thinking skills on sound wave material. This study also provides a storyboard on how to apply an effective CORE model to improve students’ creative thinking abilities.
