Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to find out how to create reliable leaders in order to improve the employee performance in the organization that he leads. Reliable leaders are the foundation of effective leadership in which their thinking is a based on organization’s task. The role of a leader is very significant to achieve the organization’s task and goals and to improve employee performance, which are the effective and reliable leadership is able to provide guidance to any business activity in order to achieve organizational goals. The leadership style could be a proper guideline in improving employee performance of an organization. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya revolusi mental siswa dalam menghadapi berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi, yang tidak sejalan antara tindakan dengan tujuan, terlihat dari banyaknya siswa yang kehilangan jati dirinya, mengharapkan nilai yang bagus tetapi tidak berusaha, tinggi. keinginan tapi malas bekerja. Mentalitas yang baik dan dibina akan mencerminkan perilaku yang baik, bahkan ada siswa yang memiliki jiwa labil yang artinya mudah stres, depresi dan lain-lain. Sehingga dengan ESQ diharapkan siswa dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan emosionalnya.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1). Apakah ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pelatihan ESQ dengan peningkatan kecerdasan emosional-spiritual Mahasiswa di Pekanbaru dan 2). Adakah hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap perilaku seseorang. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui angket, wawancara dan observasi, analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif.Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh di lapangan, pelatihan ESQ dapat meningkatkan mentalitas dan menghiasinya dengan karakter sebagai kunci sukses hidup. Hasil pelatihan ESQ dapat mengubah perilaku siswa agar tidak lagi membuang waktu, pergaulan siswa tidak lagi bebas sesuai keinginan, dan siswa juga sudah mulai mempersiapkan / memikirkan masa depannya. Dengan pelatihan ESQ dapat menanamkan emosi dan spiritual yang mendalam serta mampu meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya moralitas dan spiritualitas dalam hidup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan pelatihan ESQ 85% menyatakan bahwa pelatihan ESQ dapat mempengaruhi perilaku dalam berinteraksi dengan orang lain dan mampu membentuk ciri kepribadian yang dewasa dan mengagumkan serta mampu melahirkan karakter yang baik. Seseorang yang pernah mengikuti pelatihan pada umumnya sudah mampu mengartikulasikan sifat kejujuran, tanggung jawab, konsistensi, visioner yang akan mampu mengubah masa depannya sebagai orang sukses, begitu pula dengan karakter lainnya. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan ESQ, Kecerdasan Emosional, Spiritual.

Abstract

This paper discusses the issue of the pandemic vaccine and its impact on health services in both public and private hospitals. The author believes that if a pandemic hits the world, the world leaders call for a united response to the pandemic issue by being very prepared and mobilizing all their energy and policies. For this reason, we want to understand how experts think about health services in hospitals and the issue of responding to the pandemic. Our data were obtained from various literary sources such as publications of scientific journals on public service health during the pandemic and various other reading sources that actively discussed the issue in question. The review effort involved a series of methods, including coding data interpretation of data in a detailed evaluation and concluding based on the validity of the data findings. Finally, after discussing the findings, we can conclude that the issue of pandemic vaccines impacts other health services in Indonesia. This is because government policies are very intense and focused on dealing with vaccines and other services.

Abstract

Along with the demands of an increasingly modern world, productivity and efficiency services are also demanded in all circles, including those who drive the medium-sized business economy. One of the most phenomenal currently implementing all human business activities is digital payment technology in serving their business. The author believes that the effectiveness resulting from the burning of various digitals in the management of small MSMEs can lead the business to be profitable and sustainable. So to whiten and complete the discussion of this call to prayer, we have conducted a series of data testing and interpretation of the data analysis with high validity and reliability. The literature sources we found were electronic digestion of many publications, especially books, scientific articles, and relevant website information to answer the hypothesis of this study. So, based on the data analysis and discussion, we can summarize the importance of knowledge and experience in managing digital technology-based payments for those who drive the small business economy, which is now constantly competing. Confidence in the effectiveness of using payments in this way has been proven and has been recommended by experts, as we mentioned in the results and discussion sections. It is hoped that this finding will also enrich scientific knowledge, especially digital-based payments for small business drivers in the country.
