Abstract

Olahraga dapat meningkatkan imun tubuh dan mengurangi resiko infeksi terhadap penyakit. Dengan meningkatnya imun tubuh, maka efek kesehatan akibat penyakit yang menyerang dapat dikurangi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan buku saku pencegahan infeksi Covid-19 melalui olahraga. Model penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan (Research and Development) Analysis, Design, Development, Implementasi, Evaluation (ADDIE). Instrument penelitian menggunakan angket dan wawancara ahli materi (olahraga dan kesehatan) dan ahli bahasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku saku yang dikembangkan layak digunakan berdasarkan penilaian 6 orang ahli terhadap komponen materi, bahasa dan tampilan. Rata-rata ahli memberikan nilai sangat baik pada komponen isi (3,60) dan Bahasa (3,75), sedangkan pada komponen tampilan rata-rata nilainya baik (3,52). Pada respon mahasiswa didapatkan nilai persentase jawaban “Ya” sebesar 91,72% dengan kategori baik sehingga buku saku layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Secara umum, pendidikan mempunyai fungsi untuk membentuk dan mengembangkan karakter bangsa. Sehingga setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan maka siswa diharapkan dapat berperan serta untuk menjadi warga negara yang demokratis serta bertangung jawab. Salah satu dari mata pelajaran tersebut adalah pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan. Dalam aktivitas pembelajaran diperlukan adanya perkembangan gerak dasar motorik sehingga pembelajaran lebih aktif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian true experimental design, dengan rancangan pretest-posttest control group design. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Pacarkembang 4. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini yaitu tes kemampuan Motorik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa tidak adanya pengaruh penerapan permainan berburu binatang dan benteng-bentengan dalam gerak manipulatif siswa, dan gerak lokomotor terdapat pengaruh untuk penerapan permainan berburu binatang dan benteng-bentengan dalam pembelajaran PJOK.

Abstract

Psikologi olahraga diamalkan untuk membantu atlet agar dapat memperlihatkan prestasi puncak, dan bagi atlet berbakat agar bakatnya bisa dikembangkan sebaik-baiknya tanpa hambatan dari faktor-faktor yang ada dalam kepribadiannya. Penampilan atlet dalam kompetisi sehingga mencapai prestasi yang optimalmerupakan perpaduan berbagai faktor, diantaranya faktor fisik, keterampilan motorik, teknik dan latihan.Disamping itu faktor psikologis seperti kepribadian, motivasi, percaya diri (The Confidence), merupakan faktor-faktor penting yang perlu diperhatikan oleh pelatih maupun guru pendidikan jasmani. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif.Korelasional adalah suatu penelitian yang menghubungkan satu atau lebih variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat tanpa ada upaya untuk mempengaruhi variabel tersebut. (Arikunto, 2013: 121). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 10 atlet yang tergabung dalam tim bolabasket kota Surabaya yang disiapkanmengikuti kejuaraan Porprov ke IV di kota Madiun. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan angket tes kecemasan dan angket tes performa atlet. Pengambilan data tingkat kecemasan menggunakan angket tes kecemasan, sedangkan data performa atlet menggunakan tes performa atlet. Nilai tes kecemasan hasil pengolahan dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 22, maka rata-rata hasil tes kecemasan sebesar 48,3 danhasil tes performa atlet pengolahan rata-rata sebesar 164.5. Uji normalitas berdistribusi normal. sebesar 0.200 lebih besar dari 0.05. uji korelasinya sebesar -0.563 atau 32%, dengan kategori cukup. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara kecemasan dengan penampilan (performa) atlet bolabasket pada tim putra kota Surabaya. Sedangkan besarnya hubungan kecemasan dengan penampilan (performa) atlet bolabasket pada tim putra kota Surabaya sebesar 32%.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to develop a test instrument of shooting skill that is valid and reliable on junior high school soccer students (13-15 years) as many as 33 subjects. The approach of this type of research is the development, the sampling using purposive sampling method that has the criteria of Junior High School students aged 13-15 years (male) who are hobbyists and proficient in soccer. The results of the test validity test showed that the level of validity of the instrument shooting skills test on right and left foot 0.89 with perfect category, and has a reliability value of R = 0.78 (medium), left r = 0.83 (high). The conclusion of this study is that the instrument tests of shooting skill with the closest distance to the goal of 15m using the right and left limbs have a level of validity that meets the standards. Thus the instrument tests of shooting skill can be used to measure and assess the technical skills of playing kicking the ball into the football goal at the junior high school level (13-15 years).

Abstract

This research was conducted at UNESA, more specifically the Institute for Learning and Professional Development (LP3). Especially those related to the services available to related parties, namely Unesa lecturers and students. Based on Circular B/15254 /[IN38 / TU.00.021/ 2020] issued by the Chancellor of Unesa regarding the steps to prevent the spread of the coronavirus Deseas19 (COVID19) at the State University of Surabaya which stipulates that practical activities will be carried out online from March 16, 2020 until with the next decision. Therefore, this research was conducted online using a descriptive correlational approach. Specifically, the purpose of this research is to determine the following: 1) The satisfaction (recognition) of lecturers and students towards the quality of LP3 management services. 2) Quality of LP3 management performance and 3) Relationship between service quality and lecturer-student satisfaction. The method used is descriptive and consists of preparation. It starts with editing online, effective and reliable tools to measure service quality and teacher and student satisfaction, and then collects and analyzes data online using surveys in the form of Google Forms. Descriptive data analysis and correlation. The results of this survey can be used as discussion material for improving the quality of online services. In addition, you can find the barriers and obstacles experienced by lecturers and students.

Abstract

Gross motor skills involve body movements that engage all muscles and body parts or the overall body size affected by a child's level of maturity. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of throw and catch ball game on the improvement of gross motor skills in students of Perak Barat IV/04 Surabaya Elementary School. This study is a qualitative descriptive research using action research methodology. The objective of this research is to enhance gross motor skills. The research design is based on the research model by Kemmis & Mc. Taggart. Data for this study were collected through observation sheets and documentation. Based on the results of Cycle 1, 15% of the children showed significant development, 20% developed as expected, 10% showed initial progress, and 45% did not show any progress. In Cycle 2, 20% of the children showed significant development, 40% developed as expected, 20% showed initial progress, and 20% did not show any progress. Therefore, it can be concluded that the results of this research prove that the throw and catch ball game can enhance children's gross motor skills.

Abstract

The use of the SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, and threats) method is important in analyzing the factors that can cause failure. This method focuses on identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the Indonesian Futsal National Team in the quarter-finals of the 2022 Asian Cup. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative research which describes everything that happens in the video matches. Sources of information come from four licensed trainers. Data collection methods involve (1) interviews, (2) observation, (3) documentation. The research findings include, (1) strength includes: having a good attacking strategy, transitioning from offensive to defend or from defending to offensive that is compact, due to having good physical health, and also being accompanied by a competent coach when reading the character of the opponent's game and making decisions while the game is running. (2) Weaknesses include: lack of flying hours in the international arena, and also lowering the rhythm of the defend tempo to half the court after scoring the first goal so that the opposing team can dominate the match. (3) opportunity includes: the Indonesian team has a fifty-fifty chance when competing in the quarter-finals, with the mental support of the players 20% -30% will be maintained, but loses the moment in the last second which ends up losing the match. (4) threats include: threats received by the Indonesian team in terms of tactics are still losing because they still cannot escape from the opponent.
