Abstract

 ABSTRAK 1 Issues that are examined in this study is the influence of marketing mix on customer satisfaction cost d restaurant Andalas Padang plaza. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of marketing mix on customer satisfaction cost d restaurant plaza andalas Padang . The methodology used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires , such as statements regarding the marketing mix consists of product , price , distribution and location of the restaurant customer satisfaction d costs Andalas Padang plaza. Collected through documentation related to the restaurant. First results showed that : The product does not affect the customer satisfaction restaurants Plaza Andalas Padang DCost indicated by the coefficient value of -0167 with a significant value of 0.213 > α = 0.05 . Second : The price does not affect the customer satisfaction restaurants Plaza Andalas Padang DCost indicated by a coefficient of 0.224 with significant value of 0.155 > α = 0.05. Third : The price does not affect the customer satisfaction restaurants Plaza Andalas Padang DCost indicated by the coefficient value of -0048 with a significant value of 0.793 > α = 0.05 . Fourth : Promotion of positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction restaurants Plaza Andalas Padang DCost indicated by a coefficient of 0.863 with significant value of 0.000 < α = 0.05. Fifth : Product , Price , Distribution and Location jointly influence on customer satisfaction indicated by the F - statistic of 18.873 , with a significant value of 0.000 < α = 5 % , and the R - squared value of 0.627 , which means by 62 , 7 % customer satisfaction is affected by the variable product , price , distribution and location while the rest is explained by other variables. From this study the authors concluded that the product , price , and distribution does not affect the customers satisfaction , whereas the effect on customer satisfaction Promotion restaurant Plaza Andalas Padang DCost , for it suggested to the Restaurant DCost for more attention to the promotion of applied management to can improve customer satisfaction restaurants Plaza Andalas Padang DCost .

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari komitmen organisasi yang terdiri dari 3 komponen yaitu Komitmen Afetktif, Komitmen Berkelanjutan, dan Komitmen Normatif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan di hotel Sheraton Surabaya dengan teknik pengambilan sampel regresi linier bergand pada karyawan di hotel Sheraton. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah Komitmen Afektif, Komitmen Berkelanjutan, Komitmen Normatif berpengaruh terhadap OCB, tetapi untuk Komitmen Berkelanjutan mendapatkan mendapatkan hasil akhir signifikan negative terhadap OCB.Kata kunci : Komitmen Afektif, Komitmen Berkelanjutan, Komitmen Normatif,                       Organizatonal Citizenship Behavior Abstract The purpose of this research is to know the influence of organization commitment which has 3 components consists of Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment, and Normative Commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Sheraton Hotel Surabaya using multiple linear regression technique towards the employees. The result of this research is Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment, and Normative Commitment have effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, while specially for Continuance Commitment has a negative significant result towards OCB.Keywords : Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment, Normative                                 Commitment, OCB

Abstract

This research is expected to understanding how the Judge considerates the sanctions to criminals who counterfeit money. As well as the ways to prevent the crimes in counterfeiting money. The normative empirical method is used in this research, which is a research method that collects the data based on the regulations and written laws, the literature of study and supported by the interview’s results as the supporting data. The data then will be analyzed, arranged and be explained descriptively for gaining the conclusions from that data analysis result. The conclusion of this research is that the Judge will use three theories to give judgment for counterfeit money criminal. The theories such as Absolute Theory, Relative Theory, and Mix Theory. This kind of case can use the Preemptive, Preventive, and Repressive efforts to prevent the counterfeit money act.
