Abstract

This research was conducted at Islamic banking in Indonesia, from January 2011 to December 2015 with a month-use data. This study used the design verification to see bank-specific variables and market share effects on the growth of the total assets of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The results showed that the variables of specific banks and the market share represented by finance deposit ratio, capital adequacy ratio, the ratio of operating expenses to total assets, the ratio of income of non-financing with total assets, non-performing financing and market share jointly significant effect on growth the value of assets of Islamic banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

We believe company financial statements can be used as a tool to analyze and also as an indicator to know the financial performance. The financial statements contain information for various financial ratios, which are an important tool for assessing the company’s financial performance in the future. The purpose of this research is to know the role of the current ratio, operating cash flow, and the inflation rate in predicting financial distress of consumer goods industry sector listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011–2015. Financial distress prediction models need to be developed to assist managers in overseeing company performance and help identify important trends. To analyze the current ratio, operating cash flow, and the inflation rate has a probability of occurring financial distress for the company, used logistic regression. From this study resulted in the finding that the probability of a company exposed by financial distress is caused by operating cash flow, while the current ratio and the inflation rate have a smaller probability of the company of consumer goods to be exposed by financial distress.

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis manajemen kesehatan bank, yang terdiri dari capital adequacy ratio, finance to deposit ratio dan biaya operasional pendapatan operational, yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan, dengan proksi return on assets Bank Syariah Mandiri. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis pengaruh faktor eksternal, yang terdiri dari Produk Domestik Bruto dan tingkat inflasi, yang mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan Bank Syariah Mandiri. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa capital adequacy ratio, finance to deposit ratio dan biaya operasional pendapatan operasional berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap return on assets Bank Syariah Mandiri, Produk Domestik Bruto berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return on assets Bank Syariah Mandiri, sedangkan tingkat inflasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap return on assets Bank Syariah Mandiri.Kata Kunci : manajemen kesehatan bank, capital adequacy ratio, finance to deposit ratio, biaya operasional pendapatan operasional, Bank Syariah Mandiri  ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to analyze bank sound management, consisting of capital adequacy ratio, finance to deposit ratio and operational cost of operational income, which can influence financial performance, with proxy of return on assets of Bank Syariah Mandiri. This study also analyzed the influence of external factors, which consist of Gross Domestic Product and inflation rate, which affect the financial performance of Bank Syariah Mandiri. The results of this study found that the capital adequacy ratio, finance to deposit ratio and operational cost of operating income have a significant negative effect on the return on assets of Bank Syariah Mandiri, Gross Domestic Product has a significant positive effect on the return on assets of Bank Syariah Mandiri, while the inflation rate significantly negatively Return on assets of Bank Syariah Mandiri.Keywords: bank sound management, capital adequacy ratio, finance to deposit ratio, operational income operational cost, Bank Syariah Mandiri.

Abstract

Koperasi memiliki peran penting bagi Indonesia, salah satunya untuk membangun perekonomian. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi koperasi di Indonesai adalah sulitnya berkembang dan dalam kondisi yang kurang sehat. Kategori koperasi yang tidak sehat antara lain aktif namun tidak pernah melaporkan kondisi keuangan dan tidak melaksanakan Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT). Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, perlu diadakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada pengurus koperasi tentang pengelolaan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah sebanyak 2 (dua) kali pertemuan dengan narasumber yang berbeda. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, pada pertemuan pertama disampaikan materi tentang pencatatan transaksi keuangan syariah. Pertemuan kedua, materinya tentang pembuatan laporan keuangan berbasis syariah. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, terlihat pengurus belum begitu memahami hakikat akad syariah dan laporan keuangan berbasis syariah. Setelah dilakukannya pelatihan ini, diharapkan koperasi dapat aktif dan berkembang, karena sudah memahami dengan baik bagaimana pengelolaan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang benar.

Abstract

The crucial objective of this research is to measure the impact of consumptive behavior, self-efficacy and financial literacy on people's financial management. This research technique is qualitative research. The population of this research is young workers in Bandung with purposive sampling technique with the acquisition of 32 questionnaire data samples. The benchmark used is male or female, aged 17-35 years, already working, and domiciled in Bandung. The results of the study show that consumptive behavior has no positive effect on financial management. Self-efficacy has a positive effect on financial management and self-efficacy on financial management with financial literacy as an intervening variable has a positive influence on young workers in Bandung.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze financial developments to find out how companies measure the level of achievement of Economic Value Added (EVA) and the amount of economic rentability in PT Bumi Resources Tbk salama period 2018-2021. The type of data collected is in the form of quantitative data in the form of data on figures such as financial statements (balance sheets & income statements). The data source used is secondary data to explain the results of the calculation of Economic Value Adedd (EVA) and economic rentability. The results of this study explained that the EVA level and the resulting economic rentability rate were not able to reach the standard so that in 2018 to 2021 the performance of PT Bumi Resources Tbk was not good.

Abstract

Intellectual capital has been identified as the fundamental source of wealth creation and firm sustainability. This is accomplished through the application of what individuals currently know as well as the invention of new information, which is a source of organizational competitive advantage. The accumulation of new information is the means by which this goal can be achieved. In this piece of work, an attempt is made to study the role of intellectual capital as a source of competitive advantage by conducting a theoretical-conceptual evaluation of a significant amount of vocabulary. This evaluation is carried out in order to study the role of intellectual capital as a source of competitive advantage. The key insights that have been gleaned from the research that has been conducted up to this point and that has been published point to the significance of intangible assets in the process of cultivating a sustainable competitive advantage for a company. An investigation of the components that contribute to intellectual capital as a possible source of competitive advantage is the primary contribution that this study makes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the determinants of capital structure in industries on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and listed on LQ 45. This research uses a quantitative approach using panel data. The sampling method is purposive sampling. This research uses secondary data originating from industrial financial reports published for the 2017-2019 period. The results show that the asset structure proxied by the Fixed Asset Ratio has a positive and significant impact on capital as proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio, sales developments are proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio. Sales growth and company size as proxied by Ln Total Assets have a positive and insignificant effect on capital structure.

Abstract

The realization of effective management, accountable financial management, and genuine added value is the key to success for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) while competing in worldwide marketplaces. This is especially true in light of the period of globalization. Literacy in financial matters is absolutely required for actors in MSME businesses in order to manage their companies' finances. This study aims to inquire into and evaluate the effect that financial literacy has on the management of MSME's (small and medium-sized companies) finances in the Tanjungsari District. Both quantitative and descriptive methods were used to achieve the study's goals. The research showed that MSME in the Tanjungsari Sumedang District benefited from increased financial literacy, and that this benefit amounted to 18.2% better financial management overall.
