Abstract

Mount earnings of fisherman as family head of generally relative lower, others sum up responsibility of big family asa result the requirement live one day the cannot be fullfiled better, this condition push member of family of fisherman to follow to work aseffort add domestic earnings. Type of Workwhich familier done in informal sector that is exploit marine product to be processed further more,therefore research of about role of informal sector in absorb of labour and improvement earnings of done important domestic.Target of this research is to : (1) knowing type and character of laboured informal sector;(2)knowing influence factor of cause of decision work [in] informal sector to labour absorbtion;(3)knowing the level of contribution of informal sector to domestic earnings. This research is conducted in region of white sands of Situbondo. Determination of Responder of research with method of proporsional random sampling. Sum upsampel from member of family of fisherman of equal to 59 Responder from population a number of 144. To reply target of used byfirst research of descriptive analysis, target of research of second use equation of doubled linear regresi and target of third third research--use-analysis prosentase. The result of research show type of effort elaborated by member of family of fisherman is make diligence from cookle ; making fishing nets;labouring pemindangan fish;and labour fish draining. There is influence which significant from decision cause factor work in informal sector(sumupfamily responsibility,mount fisherman earnings, mount education, and old age) to labour absorption ofeither through simultan and also byparsial. Level of informal sector contribution mean to domestic earningsis 54,3 procent to make diligence cockle; 50,4 procent for pemindangan fish ;21,8 procentfor the making net fish,and 37,6 procent for the fish draining. From various the effurt type of making of diligence of cockle give biggest contribution to domestic earning sand lowest is making net fish. Pursuantto result of research is hence recommended in order to various type of informal sector laboured by member of family of fisherman given by construction by on duty Industry and Commerce of Situbondo is and also given ready of cheap credit by related/relevantinstitute in frame improve level live fisherman society, with consideration of various type of the effort can improve economic growth namely : (1)to the number of opportunity work by family of fisherman with appearance of is effort domnestic and (2) can improve addedvalue so that give contribution to domestic earnings.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh etika bisnis UD. Sumber Jaya terhadap kepuasan konsumen di pasar Mimbaan Kecamatan Panji Kabupaten Situbondo. Metode penentuan lokasi penelitian menggunakan metode purposive area yaitu UD. Sumber Jaya di pasar Mimbaan Kecamatan Panji Kabupaten Situbondo. Sedangkan penentuan responden menggunakan populasi sebesar 210 dan diambil sampel sebanyak 68 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika bisnis UD. Sumber Jaya mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di pasar Mimbaan Kecamatan Panji Kabupaten Situbondo. Hal tersebut diperkuat oleh hasil analisis yang menunjukkan bahwa etika bisnis berpengaruh sebesar 68% terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kepuasan konsumen yang diukur dengan melakukan pembelian ulang dan rekomendasi dari mulut kemulut.

Abstract

Tegalsari Village is one of the villages is in southern district Banyuwangi.The Village is quite far from the city center and the education level of community lower to question is how villagers Tegalsari participate in the workplace . This study aims to determine how much the labor force participation rate (LFPR) Village community Tegalsari, Tegalsari District of Banyuwangi in 2015, to determine the dominant economy sectors of society and describe how labor force participation rate in the village Tegalsari. Determining where the research using purposive area. For determine respondents in this research uses a method of the population purporsive that is working age in village Tegalsari in the informal sector which includes primary sector (agriculture,farm), secondary sector (home industry, trade) and tertiary sector (services). Data collection methods used consisiting of the: observation, survey, interview and documents. The results of the analysis of data obtained by the labor force participation rate in the village Tegalsari in 2015 higher by 70%, which includes 67% LFPR in the informal sector and 3% in the formal sector. Of the 67% LFPR in the informal sector, 60% of the LFPR in the primary sector, 6% LFPR in the secondary sector and 1% in the tertiary sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan antara upah (upah pokok, sistem upah, kebijakan pemberian upah dan upah total) terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan (semangat kerja dan gairah kerja) UD. Pakem Sari, Desa Sumberpakem, Kecamatan Sumberjambe, Kabupaten Jember. Adapun penentuan lokasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive area dan menjadikan semua populasi sebagai responden karena jumlah populasi relatif sedikit yaitu sebanyak 35 karyawan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis inferensial menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan UD. Pakem Sari, Sumberjambe, Jember. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi linier sederhana menghasilkan persamaan Y = 2,211 + 0,205X dengan nilai RSquare sebesar 0,564, nilai Fhitung sebesar 42,631, Ftabel sebesar 4,14 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dengan kriteria pengujian yaitu jika Fhitung > Ftabel maka Ho ditolak. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa upah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan UD. Pakem Sari, Sumberjambe, Jember dengan besaran pengaruh sebesar 56,4%, sedangkan sisanya 43,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Saran yang dapat diberikan oleh peneliti kepada manajemen UD. Pakem Sari, Sumberjambe Jember, yaitu diharapkan untuk selalu adil dan benar dalam memberikan upah kepada karyawannya serta meningkatkan strategi dalam pemberian upah agar motivasi kerja karyawan juga meningkat.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the significant effect of learning interest and emotional intelligence on students achievement of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Prajekan Bondowoso in the 2016/2017academic year and to know the dominant variable between learning interest and emotional intelligence to students achievement class XI IPS SMAN 1 Prajekan Bondowoso in the 2016/2017academic year. The method of determining the location of research using the method of purposive area that is in SMAN 1 Prajekan Bondowoso. Determination of the number of respondents in this study using population method that is as many as 77 respondents. Data collection methods used consisted of methods: questionnaires, documents, and interviews. Data analysis used inferential / statistic is by using multiple regression analysis, regression line variance analysis, F test, regression line effectiveness, t test, and Standard Error Of Estimate. The results showed that there is a significant effect of learning interest and emotional intelligence on student achievement of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Prajekan Bondowoso District in the 2016/2017academic year which can be seen from the magnitude of F count = 184,364> F table = 3.12 with the level Significance F = 0,000 <a = 0.05. The amount of learning interest and emotional intelligence on students achievement class of 83.3%, the dominant variables affect student achievement is learning interest with a large percentage of 47.57% and emotional intelligence contributes 35.65%, while the remaining 16 , 7% are influenced by other independent variables that are not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the economic impact of the implementation program community based forest management (CBFM). This program collaboration between Institute Perhutani and local institutions (Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan (LMDH) Petani Hutan Lestari which become as a partner. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in income that is felt by the villagers Grajagan incorporated in Sustainable Forest Farmers LMDH. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The place of the research is determined by using purposive area method and result Grajagan village as the location. Data collection of the research used interview, observation, and documents method. The results showed that the CBFM program Perhutani economic impact by increasing the income of rural communities in Grajagan. It is obtained from tumpangsari system, the additional work in forestry so that people get an additional wage and also any profit sharing that can increase the income of rural communities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku kreatif dan inovatif petani belimbing dalam membudidayakan buah belimbing di Kelurahan Karangsari Kecamatan Sukorejo Kota Blitar. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan wawancara langsung kepada 3 informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada berbagai macam perilaku kreatif dan inovatif yang dilakukan petani belimbing di Kelurahan Karangsari Kota Blitar. Bapak Imam sebagai informan pertama memiliki perilaku kreatif berinisiatif untuk membuat olahan belimbing. Sikap yang terbuka menjadikan beliau tanggap terhadap kritik dan saran dari para pelanggannya. Perilaku inovatif yang beliau lakukan dengan membuat olahan belimbing. Beliau menerapkan inovasi ukuran produk olahan belimbing dari kecil , sedang, besar dan inovasi berbasis pengurangan upaya. Selanjutnya, Bapak Kawit sebagai informan kedua memiliki perilaku kreatif dengan memiliki ide untuk membuat produk olahan makanan dan minuman baru dari belimbing. Sedangkan perilaku inovatifnya. Beliau juga membuat inovasi kemasan dan inovasi ukuran produk serta inovasi pengurangan upaya. Informan ketiga yaitu Ibu Kholipah memiliki perilaku kreatif untuk memilih mengolah belimbing menjadi produk olahan makanan dan minuman, dibandingkan dengan menjadi tenaga kerja luar negeri seperti yang pernah beliau lakukan. Sedangkan perilaku inovatif yang dilakukan beliau yaitu dengan menerapkan ide kreatif membuah olahan belimbing berupa dodol belimbing, sirup belimbing sari buah belimbing dan manisan belimbing. Beliau juga membuat inovasi ukuran dan inovasi pengurangan buaya. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa terdapat perilaku kreatif dan inovatif petani belimbing di Kelurahan Karangsari Kecamatan Sukorejo Kota Blitar.
