Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya mutu terhadap proses implementasi ISO 9001: 2008 dan dampaknya terhadap komitmen organisasional. Peneliti akan menganalisis persepsi dosen dan karyawan ProgramManajemen Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta (MM UPNVY) pada pentingnya peran budaya mutu dalam proses implementasi ISO 9001:2008 dan dampaknya terhadap komitmen organisasional. Penelitian inidiharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat pada pengelola MM dan UPNVY dalam implementasi ISO 2008: 9001, sehingga bisa diambil kebijakan dan keputusan yang terbaik dalam peningkatan kinerja Prodi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus. Teknik statistik Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya mutu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan sistem manajemen mutu dan penerapan sistem manajemen mutu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada komitmen organisasional. The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of quality culture toward the implementation process of ISO 9001:2008 and its impacts on organizational commitment. The researcher analyzed the lecturers’ and staff’s perception at Management Master Program, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta (MM UPNVY) on the role importance of quality culture in the implementation process of ISO 9001:2008 and its impacts on organizational commitment. This study was expected to give benefits for MM and UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta in implementing ISO 2008:9001, so the best policies and decision can be taken to improve the performance of MM UPNVY. The population of thisstudy was lecturers and staff at MM, UPNVY. The samples were taken by census. Then, the data were analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical technique. The result showed that (1) quality culture gave positive and significant influence toward the implementation of quality management system, (2) the implementation of quality management system gave positive and significant influence toward organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of the need to redesign the position of Gapoktan’s management towards job satisfaction. This research is a survey research using qualitative approach. The data were collected using interviews, photos, and notes in the field. Populations in this research are stakeholders (Gapoktan committee, farmers, government) who also become a key participant in Hargobinangun, Kaliurang Sleman Daerah istimewa Yogyakarta. The Gapoktan committee’s participant is 5 person, the government is 3 person, and farmers group is 4 person. The result conclude that a position can be redesigned if the job in that position was used to improve the work method, minimize failure and mistakes, eliminate the work load handling that is unnecessary and work duplication, reduce the fatigue, improve the responsibility, and eventually can increase job satisfaction of the management. All of that can be analyzed by job description and job specification which attached to of each management so that eventually the job satisfaction of the management can be improved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji peran green human resource management dalam memediasi pengaruh green intellectual capital terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada seluruh pemilik UKM batik di Paguyuban Batik Tulis Kebon Indah sebanyak 169 UKM. Dengan metode purposive sampling, sampel akhir yang memenuhi kriteria pengujian sejumlah 136 responden. Pengujian hipotesis yang diajukan dilakukan dengan analisis regresi Partial Least Square dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa green human resource management berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh green intellectual capital terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada UKM Batik warna alam di Paguyuban Kebon Indah

Abstract

Menjalankan peran sebagai guru Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) untuk mendidik Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) dengan keterbatasan fisik, perilaku, dan emosi di SLB menjadi tantangan tersendiri karena diperlukan penanganan yang berbeda-beda disesuaikan dengan keterbatasan dari masing-masing anak didik. Tuntutan kerja dan tanggung jawab guru pada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) memiliki potensi guru melakukan turnover. Turnover merupakan keputusan akhir seseorang untuk meninggalkan pekerjaannya yang didahului oleh intention to leave. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh makna kerja dan resiliensi terhadap intention to leave dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan objek penelitian Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri yang ada di Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada 49 guru berstatus kepegawaian honorer di 4 SLB Negeri di Yogyakarta. Analisis data PLS_SEM dilakukan dengan software SmartPLS 3.0 dan diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Makna Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. (2) Resiliensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. (3) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Intention to leave. (4) Makna Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Intention to leave. (5) Resiliensi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Intention to leave. (6) Kepuasan Kerja terbukti memediasi hubungan Makna Kerja terhadap Intention to leave. (7) Kepuasan Kerja terbukti memediasi hubungan Resiliensi terhadap Intention to leave.

Abstract

Provinsi Jawa Timur terdiri dari 29 Kabupaten dan 9 Kota, setiap Kota atau Kabupaten memiliki potensi wisata dan budaya yang beraneka ragam. Wisata dan budaya setiap daerah tersebut mempunyai karakteristik dan keunikan sendiri yang perlu dikembangkan dan dilestarikan. Salah satu potensi budaya dan pariwisata yang ada di Jawa Timur adalah di Kabupaten Probolinggo. Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Probolinggo merupakan suatu instansi yang bertanggung jawab dalam mempublikasikan Pariwisata yang ada pada  Probolinggo. Sejauh ini Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Probolinggo dalam mempublikasikan tempat – tempat umum yang ada di Probolinggo masih menggunakan media online berbasis website, selain itu informasi yang kurang lengkap mengenai tempat – tempat umum yang ada di Probolinggo membuat wisatawan kesulitan dalam mendapatkan suatu informasi yang ingin mengadakan perjalanan wisata yang ada di Probolinggo. Sehingga dengan adanya suatu aplikasi yang memanfaatkan teknologi android ini dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahanpermasalahan pada bidang pariwisata. Sedangkan penelitian ini menggunakan metode WATERFALL dalam pengembangan sistemnya dengan urutan langkah-langkah di mulai rekayasa kebutuhan, desain, pengkodean atau implementasi, pengujian dan tahap pemeliharaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan sebuah program berbasis web dan android yang dirancang untuk mengelola aplikasi go visit probolinggo secara online.Hasil dari perancangan Aplikasi Go Visit Probolinggo ini dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi petugas dalam mempublikasikan wisata yang ada di Probolinggo dan bagi wisatawan dalam mendapatkan informasi tentang tempat wisata.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis kepribadian proaktif, kinerja kerja, dan promosi diri terhadap kesuksesan karir pada Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa Stikes Surya Global Yogyakarta. Data yang diambil dari penelitian ini didapatkan dari wawancara kepada 3 responden serta melalui kuesioner yang berdasarkan skala Likert 5 poin, penyebarannya menggunakan 120 sampel karyawan yang berstatus sebagai karyawan tetap di Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa Stikes Surya Global disebut dengan penelitian sensus, kuesioner yang kembali hanya sebesar 109 kuesioner. Alat bantu analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS v. 3. 0. Dengan metode analisis SEM (Structure Equation Modeling). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kepribadian proaktif tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kesuksesan karir secara langsung namun memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja yang mana kinerja kerja ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kesuksesan karir, selain itu promosi diri juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kesuksesan karir.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of proactive personality and core self-assessment on employee performance in work mediation at startups in BLOCK71 Yogyakarta. The population in this study was 97respondents, which is then chosen usinga purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 78 respondents who were startup employees at Block71 Yogyakarta. This research uses quantitative methods with a questionnaire. The analytical test tool used in this study is SmartPLS v.3.0 with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method.The results of data analysis in this study indicate that:(1) proactive personality has a positive effect on work engagement (2) Core self-evaluation has a positive effect on work engagement (3) Job involvement does not affect employee performance (4) Core self -evaluation has a positive effect on employee performance (5) Proactive personality has a positive effect on employee performance (6) Proactive personality has a positive effect on employee performance mediated by work engagement (7) Core self-evaluation has a positive effect on employee performance mediated by work engagement. Of the seven existing hypotheses, the third hypothesis is rejected and the other hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of ethical climate and job satisfaction on turnover intention mediated by organizational commitment at DN Production, Yogyakarta. The population in this study was 35 people with the sampling technique using the census method. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to employees. The analytical test tool used is Smarts v.3.0 with SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) analysis method. The results of data analysis in this study indicate that ethical climate has a negative effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, the ethical climate has a positive effect on organizational commitment. , job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a negative effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment indirectly mediates ethical climate on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a mediating role on job satisfaction on turnover intention.
