Abstract

This study examines if partner characteristics will affect the relationship capital and using data from the Indonesiaan state-owned company that has recently been merged with other stated owned companies. This study devises a multifaceted model based on three constructs of partner characteristics, namely interdependence, cultural compatibility and relative influence, and tests their effects on relationship capital, including reciprocal commitment. Empirical results indicate that partner characteristics have positive affect to relationship capital (reciprocal commitment).

Abstract

This study examines if organizational change readiness will affect the organizational learning and using data from the Indonesiaan state-owned company that has recently been merged with other stated owned companies. This study devises a multifaceted model based on three constructs of organizational change readiness, namely aggressive attitude toward change, passive attitude toward change and the readiness attitude in coordination with change, and tests their effects on organizational learning, including knowledge creation and expantion. Empirical results indicate that organizational change readiness have positive affect to organizational learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of the need to redesign the position of Gapoktan’s management towards job satisfaction. This research is a survey research using qualitative approach. The data were collected using interviews, photos, and notes in the field. Populations in this research are stakeholders (Gapoktan committee, farmers, government) who also become a key participant in Hargobinangun, Kaliurang Sleman Daerah istimewa Yogyakarta. The Gapoktan committee’s participant is 5 person, the government is 3 person, and farmers group is 4 person. The result conclude that a position can be redesigned if the job in that position was used to improve the work method, minimize failure and mistakes, eliminate the work load handling that is unnecessary and work duplication, reduce the fatigue, improve the responsibility, and eventually can increase job satisfaction of the management. All of that can be analyzed by job description and job specification which attached to of each management so that eventually the job satisfaction of the management can be improved.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya mutu terhadap proses implementasi ISO 9001: 2008 dan dampaknya terhadap komitmen organisasional. Peneliti akan menganalisis persepsi dosen dan karyawan ProgramManajemen Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta (MM UPNVY) pada pentingnya peran budaya mutu dalam proses implementasi ISO 9001:2008 dan dampaknya terhadap komitmen organisasional. Penelitian inidiharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat pada pengelola MM dan UPNVY dalam implementasi ISO 2008: 9001, sehingga bisa diambil kebijakan dan keputusan yang terbaik dalam peningkatan kinerja Prodi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus. Teknik statistik Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya mutu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan sistem manajemen mutu dan penerapan sistem manajemen mutu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada komitmen organisasional. The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of quality culture toward the implementation process of ISO 9001:2008 and its impacts on organizational commitment. Abstract

The researcher analyzed the lecturers and staffs perception at Management Master Program, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta (MM UPNVY) on the role importance of quality culture in the implementation process of ISO 9001:2008 and its impacts on organizational commitment. This study was expected to give benefits for MM and UPN Veteran Yogyakarta in implementing ISO 2008:9001, so the best policies and decision can be taken to improve the performance of MM UPNVY. The population of this study was lecturers and staff at MM, UPNVY. The samples were taken by census. Then, the data were analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical technique. Abstract

Abstract. Tourism is one of the important tools for development. In order to survive, credible resources and place attachment are keys for today's competition in the tourism sector. The objective of this study is to assess the relationships among source credibility, place attachment, and visitors' satisfaction. The study surveyed visitors in the World Heritage Site (WHS) Borobudur. Borobudur as a premium destination in Indonesia should be well managed so that it will strongly create attachment among visitors. A valid 132 questionnaires were analyzed using Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling. All the proposed relationships were supported meaning that the important role of both credible resources and place attachments to visitors' satisfaction was confirmed. The findings offer important implications where Government and tourism agency should take priority on the importance of source credibility and engaging marketing approaches for building place attachment. For academic, this study enriches and provides empirical evidence on the relationships proposed to the tourism and marketing literature.Keywords: Source credibility, Place attachment, Satisfaction, WHS Borobudur.Abstrak. Pariwisata adalah salah satu senjata penting untuk pembangunan. Untuk bisa bertahan dalam persaingan pariwisata, kemampuan menawarkan sumber daya/informasi yang credible dan mendapatkan rasa keterikatan dari wisatawan sangat penting. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan antara sumber daya yang kredible, rasa keterikatan terhadap tempat, dan kepuasan wisatawan. Responden adalah pengunjung di kompleks Candi Borobudur. Survey dalam studi ini mengolah 132 data yang valid. Metode Structural Equation Modeling dengan Partial Least Squares dipilih untuk menganalisis data kuantitatif dan membuktikan hipotesa yang dikembangkan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan keempat hipotesis dapat diterima. Hal ini membuktikan pentingnya peran sumber daya kredibel dan rasa keterikatan destinasi terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Implikasi terhadap pengelola pariwisata Borobudur dan pemerintah adalah untuk menekankan pentingnya mendapatkan kepercayaan dan respon positif wisatawan lewat penawaran wisata dan informasi yang kredibel serta penggunaan pendekatan pemasaran yang efektif. Secara teori menyumbangkan kekayaan literature di bidang pariwisata dan pemasaran terkait peran kredibilitas informasi dan rasa keterikatan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan.Kata kunci: Borobudur, Rasa keterikatan tempat, Kredibilitas sumber daya, Kepuasan wisatawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji peran green human resource management dalam memediasi pengaruh green intellectual capital terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada seluruh pemilik UKM batik di Paguyuban Batik Tulis Kebon Indah sebanyak 169 UKM. Dengan metode purposive sampling, sampel akhir yang memenuhi kriteria pengujian sejumlah 136 responden. Pengujian hipotesis yang diajukan dilakukan dengan analisis regresi Partial Least Square dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa green human resource management berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh green intellectual capital terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada UKM Batik warna alam di Paguyuban Kebon Indah

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis kepribadian proaktif, kinerja kerja, dan promosi diri terhadap kesuksesan karir pada Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa Stikes Surya Global Yogyakarta. Data yang diambil dari penelitian ini didapatkan dari wawancara kepada 3 responden serta melalui kuesioner yang berdasarkan skala Likert 5 poin, penyebarannya menggunakan 120 sampel karyawan yang berstatus sebagai karyawan tetap di Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa Stikes Surya Global disebut dengan penelitian sensus, kuesioner yang kembali hanya sebesar 109 kuesioner. Alat bantu analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS v. 3. 0. Dengan metode analisis SEM (Structure Equation Modeling). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kepribadian proaktif tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kesuksesan karir secara langsung namun memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja yang mana kinerja kerja ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kesuksesan karir, selain itu promosi diri juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kesuksesan karir.

Abstract

Menjalankan peran sebagai guru Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) untuk mendidik Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) dengan keterbatasan fisik, perilaku, dan emosi di SLB menjadi tantangan tersendiri karena diperlukan penanganan yang berbeda-beda disesuaikan dengan keterbatasan dari masing-masing anak didik. Tuntutan kerja dan tanggung jawab guru pada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) memiliki potensi guru melakukan turnover. Turnover merupakan keputusan akhir seseorang untuk meninggalkan pekerjaannya yang didahului oleh intention to leave. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh makna kerja dan resiliensi terhadap intention to leave dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan objek penelitian Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri yang ada di Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada 49 guru berstatus kepegawaian honorer di 4 SLB Negeri di Yogyakarta. Analisis data PLS_SEM dilakukan dengan software SmartPLS 3.0 dan diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Makna Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. (2) Resiliensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. (3) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Intention to leave. (4) Makna Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Intention to leave. (5) Resiliensi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Intention to leave. (6) Kepuasan Kerja terbukti memediasi hubungan Makna Kerja terhadap Intention to leave. (7) Kepuasan Kerja terbukti memediasi hubungan Resiliensi terhadap Intention to leave.
