Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of ethical climate and job satisfaction on turnover intention mediated by organizational commitment at DN Production, Yogyakarta. The population in this study was 35 people with the sampling technique using the census method. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to employees. The analytical test tool used is Smarts v.3.0 with SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) analysis method. The results of data analysis in this study indicate that ethical climate has a negative effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, the ethical climate has a positive effect on organizational commitment. , job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a negative effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment indirectly mediates ethical climate on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a mediating role on job satisfaction on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of proactive personality and core self-assessment on employee performance in work mediation at startups in BLOCK71 Yogyakarta. The population in this study was 97respondents, which is then chosen usinga purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 78 respondents who were startup employees at Block71 Yogyakarta. This research uses quantitative methods with a questionnaire. The analytical test tool used in this study is SmartPLS v.3.0 with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method.The results of data analysis in this study indicate that:(1) proactive personality has a positive effect on work engagement (2) Core self-evaluation has a positive effect on work engagement (3) Job involvement does not affect employee performance (4) Core self -evaluation has a positive effect on employee performance (5) Proactive personality has a positive effect on employee performance (6) Proactive personality has a positive effect on employee performance mediated by work engagement (7) Core self-evaluation has a positive effect on employee performance mediated by work engagement. Of the seven existing hypotheses, the third hypothesis is rejected and the other hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji peran green human resource management dalam memediasi pengaruh green intellectual capital terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada seluruh pemilik UKM batik di Paguyuban Batik Tulis Kebon Indah sebanyak 169 UKM. Dengan metode purposive sampling, sampel akhir yang memenuhi kriteria pengujian sejumlah 136 responden. Pengujian hipotesis yang diajukan dilakukan dengan analisis regresi Partial Least Square dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa green human resource management berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh green intellectual capital terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada UKM Batik warna alam di Paguyuban Kebon Indah

Abstract

Pembelajaran Al-Qur’an mempunyai metode yang bermacam-macam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi metode wafa dalam Pembelajaran Al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan aplikasi Murotal berbasis android. Peneliti memilih Guru Ngaji di Desa Demung Kec Besuki Kab. Situbondo. Adapun objek penelitian adalah Implementasi Metode Wafa dalam Pembelajaran Juz 30 berbasis Android, sedangkan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru Ngaji di Desa Demung Kec. Besuki. Cara yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data adalah dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Abstract

Rural banking (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat BPR) had realized that self managementpract ices would give important cont ribut ion to the work sat isfact ion. This research invest igatedthe role of self management pract ices inf luencing work sat isfact ion for employees inrural banking (BPR). It was a survey research by survey research type. The respondents werethe employees in rural banking organizat ions in Magelang regency, Cent ral Java. The techniqueof sampling ut ilized purposive sampling. The number of sample, which required thecriteria to be examined, was 111 respondents. The technique of stat ist ics applied in thisresearch was part ial regression. The result of hypothesis examining explained that ; there wasplanning and goal set t ing inf luence to work sat isfact ion; there was access management influence to work sat isfact ion; there was catch up activit ies inf luence to work sat isfact ion; andthere was emot ion management inf luence to work sat isfact ion.

Abstract

This research used 194 HR managers from rural banks in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta and Central Java,Indonesia as the samples and used purposive sampling technique. The examining of the configuration andcontingency approach included regression euclidience distance. The result of the configuration and contingencyapproach explained that there was misalignment between HR strategy and contingency variable such asexternal environmental. However, if it was analyzed deeply, this condition also emerged the traditionalstrategy and innovative strategy. In other contingency variables such as training model, there was an alignmentof HR strategy, either traditional HR strategy or innovative HR strategy.

Abstract

Background - PT. Long Bagun Prima Sawit is a company that runs in the oil palm plantation industry often gets a public spotlight. News with a viewpoint that is not profitable for PT. Long Bagun Prima Palm This is certainly indirectly can affect the behavior and performance of its employees. Likewise, the opposite, news or the company's positive image will also make proud employees with a high level of organizational identification. Aim - This study tested and analyzed the influence of job insecurity against Islamic OCB and employee performance mediated by organizational identification. Design / Methodology / Approach - The research approach used in this study was a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population studied in this study were employees of PT. LNG Bagun Prima Sawit totaling 78 people. The data analysis method used in this study is Structural Equation Model (SEM) using the Partial Least Square (pls). Results and Discussion - The results of this study indicate that the job insecurity has a negative effect on organizational identification. This shows that the higher the level of job insecurity felt by employees, the level of self-identification of employees of the company will decline so even the opposite. While organizational identification has a positive effect on Islamic OCB and employee performance. When employees identify themselves with the company, the Islamic OCB behavior and employee performance will be maximal. In addition, organizational identification also proved to mediate job insecurity with Islamic OCB and employee performance. High self-identification of the company will weaken the negative influence of job insecurity and increase the Islamic OCB behavior and employee performance. Conclusion - Organizational Identification is proven to have a positive effect on Islamic OCB. Organizational identification is proven to have a positive effect on employee performance, but job insecurity is proven to have a negative effect on organizational identification. While organizational identification is proven to mediate the influence of job insecurity against Islamic OCB and employee performance. Research Implication - The implications of this study provide an overview of companies to further emphasize organizational identification because it is proven to provide good influence both Islamic OCB and employee performance. In order to grow organizational identification in the company, the employee job insecurity must be minimized.

Abstract

Development of chrysanthemum plants in the medium plains is still facing obstacles due tounfavorable climate. Until today, the availability of tolerant chrysanthemum seeds grown in the mediumplains is not maximized so that the necessary effort in order to increase the genetic diversity as thematerial selection to obtain tolerant chrysanthemums grown in medium plain. This research is beingconducted in order to follow up the problems of availability of tolerant chrysanthemums seeds grown inthe medium plains at several stages. Stage one is the induction of callus after gamma ray irradiation invitro. This research has been conducted in tissue culture laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture UPN"Veteran" Yogyakarta from February to June 2015. Tested regeneration media is ½ MS with the additionof IAA 0.1 mg/l; 0.2 mg/l; 0.3 mg/l; 0.4 mg/l and 0.5 mg/l. The results showed that ½MS regenerationmedia with the addition of IAA 0.3 mg/l spur sprouts emerge percentage (100%); while growing sprouts(8.67 days), height are about sprouts (3:10 cm) and number of sprout (7:00). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi spiritual terhadap kinerja religius karyawan di kawasan industri Rungkut Surabaya (SIER). Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah (a) motivasi akidah, motivasi ibadah, motivasi muamalat berpengaruh secara serempak terhadap kinerja religius, (b) motivasi muamalat memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja religius, (c) ada perbedaan kinerja karyawan operasional dan non operasional di Kawasan Industri Rungkut Surabaya (SIER). Subjek (sampel) dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Kawasan Industri Rungkut Surabaya (SIER) berjumlah 110 orang (sampel). Metode penarikan sampel secara non probabilitis dengan purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui data primer dengan cara membagikan pertanyaan untuk ditanggapi dan melalui wawancara. Data sekunder yakni melalui catatan dan profil perusahaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan uji beda independent sample t test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) motivasi spiritual: motivasi akidah, motivasi ibadah dan motivasi muamalat secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja religius, (b) motivasi muamalat memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja religius, dan (c) tidak ada perbedaan kinerja religius antara karyawan operasional dan non operasional di Kawasan Industri Rungkut Surabaya (SIER)Kata kunci: motivasi spiritual, kinerja religius.
