Abstract

Abstrak Dugaan suap penanganan sengketa Pilkada Lebak dan korupsi pengadaan alat kesehatan Provinsi Banten yang mendera Gubernur Perempuan Pertama di Indonesia menjadi peristiwa yang cukup menarik. Aspek menariknya terletak pada aktor yang terlibat di dalamnya yakni Ratu Atut Chosyiah, Gubernur Provinsi Banten periode 2012 -2017. Selain dikenal sebagai pejabat pemerintah, Atut adalah seorang politisi sebuah partai politik (Partai Golkar) Bagi media massa, peristiwa politik semacam ini merupakan bahan liputan yang menarik karena bernilai berita tinggi. Dalam konteks konstruksi realitas oleh media, masing-masing media memiliki pertimbangan dan makna yang dirujukkan kepada kebijakan redaksi media besangkutan.  Pada akhirnya, satu peristiwa yang sama dimaknai secara berbeda-beda oleh media. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana metrotvnews.com dan viva.co.id mengonstruksi berita Partai Golkar dalam kasus Gubernur Perempuan Pertama di Indonesia. Untuk keperluan analisis digunakan analisis framing Pan dan Kosicki yang meliputi struktur sintaksis, skrip, tematik dan retoris dengan unit analisis berupa teks berita. Hasilnya, konstruksi berita Partai Golkar dalam  kasus Gubernur Perempuan Pertama di Indonesia oleh Metrotvnews.com cenderung bersifat negatif. Sedangkan Viva.co.id, walaupun berupaya membingkai Partai Golkar ke arah lebih netral, namun dalam beberapa hal tercium aroma keberpihakan mediaAbstract Alleged bribery in the handling of dispute over Lebak Regional Election and the corruption in the procurement of medical devices in Banten Province that had plagued the First Female Governor in Indonesia became a quite interesting event. The interesting aspect lied in the involved  actor  in the case, namely Ratu Atut Chosyiah, Governor of Banten Province for the period 2012-2017. Besides being known as a government official, Atut was a politician of a political party (Golkar Party). For mass media, this kind of political event is an interesting material for coverage because it had high news value. In the context of the reality construction presented by the media, each media turned out to have considerations and meanings referring to the editors’ policies of the media. In the end, the same event was differently interpreted by the media Using the qualitative approach with descriptive type, this study aimed to describe how metrotvnews.com and viva.co.id  had constructed the Golkar Party news in the case of the First Female Governor in Indonesia. For the purpose of analysis, the framing analysis of Pan and Kosicki was used, which included syntactic, script, thematic and rhetorical structures with analysis unit in the form of news texts. As a result, the construction of the Golkar Party's news in the case of the First Governor of Women in Indonesia by Metrotvnews.com tended to be negative. While Viva.co.id, although trying to frame the Golkar Party in a more neutral direction behind these efforts, there was a smell of media alignments

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi tahapan destination branding Malang Beach Festival 2019 dalam mempromosikan wisata pantai di Kabupaten Malang. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif tipe deskriptif informan dalam penelitian ini ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi serta studi pustaka dan dianalisis dengan cara: reduksi data, penyajian data, simpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitan berdasarkan tahapan destination branding menunjukan bahwa market investigation, analysis and strategic recommendations kebutuhan pengunjung merujuk pada trend gaya hidup, minat dan kebutuhan masyarakat, sementara analisa peluang pasar didasarkan pada faktor ekonomi dan teknologi, Analisis kesesuaikan produk dan nilai produk dengan permintaan pasar menunjukkan bahwa tingginya animo pengunjung merupakan bukti bahwa produk yang dihasilkan MBF 2019 diapresiasi masyarakat. Dalam hal brand identity development terdeskripsikan bahwa event ini telah mempunyai nama dan logo namun belum memilki tagline. Tahap brand implementation dilakukan melalui kerjasama berbagai pihak yaitu masyarakat, pemerintah, pengelola hotel, agen perjalanan namun belum dijumpai keterlibatan investor. Untuk monitoring, evaluation and review disamping menggunakan media sosial instagram Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Malang juga mengadakan kajian internal melalui survei Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the critical discourse analysis of Kompas.com and Republika.co.id in reporting on the proposed postponement of the election which was rolled out by Muhaimin Iskandar as a political ijtihad. Using a qualitative approach with the critical discourse analysis method of the Van Dijk Model, several theories in research place Image Theory, Ijtihad Theory as supporting theories for the main theory. The results of the study show how each media in March equally objectively discussed themes related to the proposed postponement of the elections initiated by Muhaimin Iskandar and several political party leaders. This conclusion is reinforced by the macro structure, super structure, and macro structure which mutually reinforce the theme. The situation was different when the phenomenon of rejection began to emerge towards the idea of postponing the elections in April 2022. Even though the discourse that was presented seemed to be the same, if observed in detail there were differences that emerged between the two media. Kompas.com at this moment still tends to be objective in discussing Muhaimin's mature attitude, which seems not to insist on continuing his idea. Republika.co.id presents different discourse concepts through macro-structure, super-structure and micro-structure which tend to be unfavorable to Muhaimin's position, one of which is because he makes joke-like quotes as headlines. In the perspective of ijtihad in the field of self-image politics, what Muhaimin Iskandar has done through the proposed postponement of the 2024 elections can be called the seriousness of the parties concerned to build their own image.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan penerapan digital marketing yang dilakukan Apple Green Hotel dalam upaya mempromosikan produknya pasca mengalami krisis penurunan penjualan secara signifikan imbas mewabahnya Covid-19. Saluran utama digital marketing yang digunakan adalah social media marketing instagram dan tiktok. Jenis penelitian termasuk penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sementara key informan diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa aspek yang dipertimbangkan dalam mendesain konten instagram dan tiktok di antaranya melalui visualiasi menarik dengan caption informatif dan persuasif. Tujuan yang diharapkan adalah agar audiens mudah memahami isi pesan yang disampaikan. Apple Green Hotel juga memperhatikan tiga elemen konsep dari digital marketing yaitu traffic, conversion, dan engagement.Abstract: The purpose of this research to describe the aplication of digital marketing by Apple Green Hotel in an effort to promote its products after experiencing a crisis in the form of a decrease in sales due to the Covid-19 outbreak. The main channel of digital marketing is used namely social media marketing instagram and tiktok. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Key Informants were obtained using purposive sampling technique. The result of the research shows that there are some aspects that need to be considered in designing Instagram and Tik Tok content. One of it is attracting visualization with informative and persuasive caption. The expected aim is the audiences understand easily the message content.
