Abstract

Personal deixis of Indonesian language especially in Ambonese dialect are widely used in everyday conversation. This study aimed to explain the use of the lexeme of personal deixis of the Indonesianlanguage in ambonese dialect. This research was a qualitative descriptive research which try to study linguistic phenomena by sociopragmatic approach. The research data was the utterances which came fromthe public utterances in Ambon city. Respondents came from all vulnerable ages i.e. children, adolescents, adults, and parents. Data were collected using observation method with recording and note takingtechnique. The data have been obtained, classified and analyzed descriptively with qualitative approach. The results show that, the use of deixis forms of lexemic personality of the Indonesian language in Ambonese dialect comprised into the first single personal pronoun, the second single personal pronoun, and the sole third personal pronoun. The use of the kinite lexeme of the Indonesian dialect of Ambon has different characteristics from other languages. Such distinctiveness is a form of deixis persona that canhave various references and meanings. It is strongly influenced by the social context inherent in Ambonese society. In addition, the context of the situation also affects the selection of words personal deixis. The intended context was whose spoke the language, to whom, and what circumstances.Keywords: deiksis persona, persona pronoun, dialect indonesia Ambon.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berifat deskriptif kualitatif bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan transivitas dalam Catatan Najwa Shihab untuk Para Mahasiswa dengan menggunakan pisau analisis teori sistemik linguistic fungsional. Metode yang digunakan dala penelitian ini adalah metode simak yang ditunjang teknik catat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari 17 klausa terdapat elemen partisipan yakni manusia dan bukan manusia. Elemen partisipan manusia paling dominan ditemukan dalam penelitian ini dengan persentase 60%, sedangkan partisipan bukan manusia memiliki persentase dibawah manusia yakni 40%. Elemen proses paling dominan ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah proses verbal dengan persentase 36%. Sementara itu, sirkumtans yang ditemukan meliputi; cara, sebab, masalah. Jenis sirkumtan yang paling dominan ditemukan adalah sirkumtan cara dengan persentase kemunculan 45%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat diungkap bahwa Najwa Shihab lebih menekankan pada aktivitas atau kegiatan menyampaikan informasi kepada anak muda mahasiswa agar dapat menjadi mahasiswa yang mampu mengembangkan skill serta mampu menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan dalam negeri. Kata kunci: transivitas, catatan, Najwa ShihabThis qualitative descriptive study aims to describe the transivity in Najwa Shihab's Notes for Students by using the analytical knife of functional linguistic systemic theory. The method used in this study is the listening method which is supported by note-taking techniques. The results showed that from 17 clauses there were participant elements, namely humans and non-humans. The most dominant element of human participants was found in this study with a percentage of 60%, while non-human participants had a percentage below humans, namely 40%. The most dominant process element found in this research is verbal process with a percentage of 36%. Meanwhile, the circumtances found include; way, cause, problem. The most dominant type of circumtance found was the method of circumtance with the percentage of occurrence of 45%. Based on the results of this study, it can be revealed that Najwa Shihab places more emphasis on activities or activities to convey information to young students so that they can become students who are able to develop skills and are able to solve various domestic problems Keywords: transivity, notes, Najwa Shihab
