Abstract

FIF Syariah is a non-bank Sharia-based unit running a financing business. The fact thatit follows Sharia precepts and that the majority of Indonesian citizens are Muslims make it pro-spective to be an alternative in distributing funds to people in Indonesia. In middle term, there isa big chance that FIF Syariah will have a speedy growth since the number of company that openSharia financing units is still relatively small. It is important that every stakeholder pay attentionsto these Sharia financing units so they can grow and stay in the right track (complying withIslamic law). The commitment of the government will certainly support the development ofSharia financing in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract: Islamic concept is fundamentally different from the welfare state, the Islamic system aims tomaterial and spiritual well-being as well. while the concept of the welfare state is limited to achieving thegoal of material. This paper discusses the concept of the welfare state as a tempting offer for socialwelfare and how Muslims react. Conclusions concept of the welfare state, many experienced failuresand facing crises, a data indicate that many classical economic problems, such as poverty, unequal distri-bution of income, fiscal deficit, unemployment, and others. While the concept of Islam that empha-sizes the moral consciousness of wealth for the society.

Abstract

This paper outlines Islamic macro economic policy on the issue of foreign debts andoffers solutions to resolve the crisis of foreign loans in a humane and socially just manner. Eco-nomic recovery can be done by the combination of reforming the morality of business actors andstate apparatuses, changing the economic structure to a more efficient one, emphasising a maxi-mum use of economic resources, and minimising the distribution gap in society by decentralisingwealth and completely removing injustice. Improvidence and consumptive tendencies of societyand state apparatuses must be pressed and accompanied by corruption elimination. Good gover-nance and peoples confidence are two high valued assets to run the development and to create ajust and properous society.

Abstract

Dalam suatu perusahaan, manusia mempunyai peran penting dan utama dalam proses produksi atau dengan kata lain manusia merupakan sumber daya utama dalam suatu kegiatan usaha. Ada suatu kecenderungan semakin berkembangnya suatu perusahaan, maka semakin besar pula kebutuhan akan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. dengan demikian perusahaan akan berusaha mempertahankan karyawannya yang mempunyai kinerja yang baik serta mengadakan pelatihan-pelatihan atau memberikan sesuatu yang bersifat memotivasi dengan berbagai cara terhadap karyawan yang dinilai kurang baik dalam hal bekerja, ini dilakukan semata-mata untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan.adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah a)Bagaimana pengaruh antara kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan yang ada di PT Asuransi Ramayana TBK Cabang Semarang? b)Bagaimana pengaruh antara kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan yang ada di  PT Asuransi Ramayana TBK Cabang Semarang? c) Bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada  PT Asuransi Ramayana TBK Cabang Semarang?Dalam penelitian  ini  populasinya adalah  seluruh  karyawan  yang bekerja di PT. Asuransi Ramayana TBK Cabang Semarang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian mi adalah teknik non random sampling sedangkan sampel penelitian ini diambil 20 responden sebagai sampel.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan Perusahaan Asuransi Ramayana TBK Cabang Semarang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan (thitung = 2,856) > (ttabel = 2,110) dan [pvalue (Sig.) = 0,011)] < 0,05. Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan Perusahaan Asuransi Ramayana TBK Cabang Semarang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan (thitung = 4,631) > (ttabel = 2,110) dan [pvalue (Sig.) = 0,000)] < 0,05. Secara simultan variabel Kepemimpinan dan Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan Perusahaan Asuransi Ramayana TBK Cabang Semarang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan (Fhitung = 123,471) > (Ftabel = 3,59) dan nilai [pvalue (Sig.) = 0,000)] < 0,05.  Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,928 yang menunjukkan bahwa antara variabel kepemimpinan dan kompensasi mampu menjelaskan secara bersama-sama terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan Perusahaan Asuransi Ramayana TBK Cabang Semarang sebesar 92,8% dan sisanya 7,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak disebutkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Human resource management is the responsibility of every manager and among those responsibilities also include training and workforce development to improve productivity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of manpower training and development on employee productivity partsproduction. Sample collection technique is simple random sampling. Is the primary data type. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the analysis using SPSS version 20 shows that: (1).Training has positive and significant impact on labor productivity. Abstract

One of the challenges faced by humankind in the future is to create a more diverse organization but at the same time demand management more efficient, effective, and productive. This meant that the organizations dependence on human resource management is increasingly high quality will be greater. To realize such a situation, should increase awareness of the purpose of all human resource activities. The company or organization has a number of resources (resources), which are human resources. Because humans are a source of inspiration and driving force of the functions of the organization. Therefore, human resources should be maintained properly, because if it is not done, it will result in a reduction of resources caused by the release of potential human resources (turnover intention). The release of human resources from work can be caused by several things, such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Karyawanpun required to work more optimally, thus increasing employee productivity and company. However, in order to increase the productivity of labor, every employee should have the satisfaction in his work, so that employees have a commitment to the organization. This study aimed to examine the effect of job satisfaction commitment organisasiterhadap employee turnover intention 9feet pool & cafe in Semarang The object used is an employee 9Feet Pool & Café .. The samples in this study were all employees of 9 feet and pool, amounting to 35 respondents. Is the primary data type. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. SPSS Test results proved that the influence between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee turnover intention 9feet & poolkepuasan affect job turnover intention. value of r square of 0.608. This suggests that the ability of the variables job satisfaction and organizational commitment in influencing turnover intention is at 60.8% Key words: Job satisfaction, organizational commitment and Turnover Intention

Abstract

The purpose of this study to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation, organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Sari Husada Semarang branch. This type of research is explanatory research or research that is explaining the study population were all employees of PT. Sari Husada Semarang branch, data collection methods used by the census to the number of respondents using as many as 80 people. Based on the analysis it can be concluded that: (1) Motivation and significant positive effect on employee performance. (2) Organizational culture is positive and significant effect on employee performance.(3) Discipline of work and significant positive effect on employee performance. The test results simultaneously work motivation, organizational culture and work discipline and significant positive effect on employee performance simultaneously. The results of the coefficient of determination of 64.3% can be explained by the work motivation, organizational culture and work discipline to performance. While the remaining 35.7% is explained by other causes beyond the variables of work motivation, organizational culture and work discipline such as leadership, salaries, work environment, training and education foremployees.Key words: work motivation, organizational culture, work discipline, employee performance.

Abstract

UD.Murah Barokah dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan mempertahankan kepecayaan konsumen, maka perusahaan tersebut mempunyai sistem produksi yang baik dengan proses terkendali. Hal ini berhubungan dengan proses produksi dan kecepatan produksi. Untuk bersaing dalam pasar sekarang ini, perusahaan harus selalu berusaha meningkatkan efisiensi dan memfokuskan diri pada minimalisasi cacat serta pemborosan dari keseluruhan proses produksi. Dimana produk cacat harus diminimalkan dengan usaha yang harus dilakukan secara berkesinambungan, salah satunya dengan menerapkan metode Taguchi. dan penerapan metode 5S.Penerapan metode Taguchi dimaksudkan untuk mencari komposisi bahan baku/material terbaik yang memberikan pengaruh paling signifikan dalam pembuatan paving blok untuk mendapatkan produk yang berkualitas bagus dengan menggunakan Signal to Noise Ratiodan penarapan metode 5S.Dari hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: komposisi semen dan pasir memberi kontribusi 34% dan faktor air  memberikan kontribusi 33%, kombinasi faktor optimum dengan menggunakan komposisi semen 1 ember :12 ember pasir, faktor air 5 liter.  Penggunaan metode Taguchi dapat mengetahui proses pembuatan pada kualitas produk paving blok karena nilai thitung berada diluar dari wilayah kritis ttabel, dinyatakan bahwa eksperimen konfirmasi lebih baik dari pada eksperimen kondisi awal. Selanjutnya Penerapan 5S+1H dan fishbone diagramdiperusahaan UD. Murah Barokah dengan cara melakukan perbaikan-perbaikan maka dapat meminimalisasi pemborosan-pemborosan yang terjadi dilantai produksi untuk peningkatan kecepatan proses dari proses pembuatan produk paving blok.Kata Kunci: Pengendalian Kualitas, Taguchi, Metode 5S, Diagram Fishbone

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of Work Motivation, Leadership, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. Object of study in this research his PT. Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Semararang. Sampling technique in this study is the use “Purposive Sampling”amounted to 88 respondents in the sample with the method of data collection using questionnaire (questionnaire) by the way  propagate by spreading list statement to the respondents in order to obta in information. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Motivation, Leadership, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. The data collected were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the statement it ems, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis, to test the influence of each partial in dependent variables we retested by regression analysis. The results of the research are : (1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2) Leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (3) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Keywords: work motivation, leadership, organizational culture, and employee performance

Abstract

Research with the title work stress, transformational leadership, and motivation to work, the employees performance is a study that is used to determine and analyze whether work stress variables, transformational leadership, and motivation to work, the Department of Industry and Trade Semarang has a partial influence on employee performance. The samples used in this study were 80 respondents. Sampling technique used was simple random sampling is the selection of a random sample basis without regard to existing strata in the population. Datacollected were tested beforehand using validity and reliability in order to obtain valid and reliable results that can be used in subsequent testing. Further analysis the authors use regression testing to explain the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The result is work stress (X1), transformational leadership (X2), work motivation (X3) and a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). From the results of the regression equation that work motivation has the greatest influence and job stress has least influence. Results of test of determination obtained for 0.349 or 34,9%, indicating that the magnitude of the effect of work stress, transformational leadership andwork motivation on employee performance by 34,9%, while the remaining (100% - 34,9% = 65,1%) indicates that the variable performance of employees affected by variables other. This study has limitations that the variables used only in the work stress variables, transformational leadership, work motivation,while there are many other factors that can affect the performance of the employee. In addition, this study only examined the employee at the Department of Industry and Trade of Semarang. Therefore, further research is recommended to consider other variables that have not been found in this study and wider sampling.Keywords: Job Stress, Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation, Employee Performance
