<![CDATA[This community service activities are expected to provide skills for all SMES entrepreneurs to understand the business productivity, create simple financial records and reporting and conduct business management Proper financial management will be very helpful in fulfilling current and future life needs. By structuring a systematic business, entrepreneurs can view and analyze their capital turnover and take corrective steps of deviations from the original plan. Unfortunately, not all entrepreneurs have awareness about the importance of good business management. The community service activities are conducted in Matraman and Pulogadung sub-district to improve understanding and capability in business productivity, simple financial recording and reporting and business management . This community service is integrated into Student Study Service (KKN). The community service activities are conducted by providing training and mentoring/assistance to the entrepreneurs. Based on the results of the questionnaire can be concluded that participants satisfied with training and mentoring. This activity is expected to increase business productivity, financial management and business management.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Third Party Funds, Non-Performing Loans, Capital Adequacy Ratio, BOPO and Net Interest Margin on Credit Distribution. The independent variables used in this research are Third Party Funds, Non-Performing Loans, Capital Adequacy Ratio, BOPO and Net Interest Margin. The dependent variable used in this study is Credit Distribution. This study uses secondary data, namely the annual reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period (168 observations). The sampling method used in this research is the purposive sampling method. This study uses a panel data analysis method which is processed using the E-Views 12 application. The results show that Third Party Funds have a positive effect on Credit Distribution. Non-Performing Loans have no effect on Credit Distribution. Capital Adequacy Ratio has no effect on Credit Distribution. BOPO has no effect on Credit Distribution. Net Interest Margin has a positive effect on Credit Distribution.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between motivation with Organizational Commitment at Senior High School Region 1 East Jakarta Administration. The research approach was quantitative research. The research method used was survey data. With the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study were all teachers Senior High School in Region I East Jakarta Administration. The research sample using simple random sampling technique. Total sample study as many as 91 people. Data collection motivation variable (X) and organizational commitment variable (Y) using a questionnaire. The results of the study there is a relationship between motivation and commitment to the organization, this means that the higher the motivation, the higher organizational commitment of teachers at the Senior High School Region I East Jakarta Administration.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between compensation and teacher’s job performance of Middle School in Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The method used is descriptive in the form of a survey. The population in this study is a teacher in the Middle School at Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. Samples were taken by using proportional random sampling technique. Based on this technique, the sample size used in this study were 69 from 225 teachers. Data collection for compensation (Variable X) and job performance (Variable Y) using a questionnaire. From the results of hypothesis testing to test the significance of the correlation is obtained that tcount 5.421 > ttable 1.670. Thus it can be said that the hypothesis can be accepted. This means that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. The results of this study it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between compensation with teacher’s job performance of Middle School in Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The results of this study also indicate that compensation’s contribution to job performance is compensated at 30.49 %. From these values can be indicated that compensation had a positive effect on teacher’s improvement of job performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between trust and organizational commitment of Senior High School in East Jakarta Administration City Region 1. The method used is survey method with the correlational studies and quantitative approaches. Samples were as many as 91 teachers. Sampling using simple random sampling by the formula Slovin and data collection using questionnaires. From the results of hypothesis testing, obtained t count equal to 22.62, which means bigger than t table 1.99. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) are accepted positively. Of the coefficient of determination, confidence contributed 85.19% to organizational commitment of Senior High School in East Jakarta Administration City Region 1. Then, based on the results of the research, it is known that the higher the confidence, the higher the level of organizational commitment of Senior High School in East Jakarta Administration City Region 1.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh ketepatan pengalokasian, teknologi dan informasi perpajakan, dan diskriminasi terhadap penggelapan pajak (tax evasion).Populasi penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak orang pribadi yang terdaftar di KPP Pratama Jakarta Sunter.Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan metode convenience sampling, data dikumpulkan dengan pembagian kuisioner.Metode analisis data penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda.Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketepatan pengalokasian tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggelapan pajak, teknologi dan informasi perpajakan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penggelapan pajak, dan diskriminasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggelapan pajak.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of stock prices, return on equity and cost capitalization on income smoothing in the plantation sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research period is five years, namely 2014-2018. The study used secondary data in the form of financial statements from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample was companies listed in the plantation sub-sector successively in the period 2014-2018. The research used a purposive sampling method with a sample of 32. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that cost capitalization affected the income smoothing practices which was proxied using the Eckel index, while stock prices and return on equity do not affect income smoothing practices.]]>

<![CDATA[Nilai perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi berbagai faktor yaitu leverage, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas. Selain itu, profitabilitas dalam penelitian ini berperan sebagai variabel yang memediasi leverage dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening. Unit analisis yaitu perusahaan industri dasar serta kimia yang terdaftar di BEI 2016-2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode observasi non partisipan. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 60 perusahaan. Sampel berjumlah 31 perusahaan dengan total 124 data sampel dengan purposive sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Analisis data dengan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa leverage, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Leverage berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Profitabilitas mampu memediasi hubungan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan, namun profitabilitas tidak mampu memediasi hubungan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of growth opportunity, company size, asset structure of financial decisions with probability as moderating variable. This research uses secondary data in the form of financial statements of consumer goods sector companies which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2017-2019. Total of sample in this study is 102 samples from 34 companies. The analytic method used in this study is Moderated Analysis Moderation (MRA) by using SPSS 25 software application. T results show that the growth opportunity, and asset structure have a positive effect on financial decisions, while size company has no effect on financial decisions. Profitability is not able to moderate the relationship between growth opportunity with financial decision, and also, asset structure with financial decisions. However, profitability is able to moderate the relationship between size company and financial decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is one type of multivariate analysis in the social sciences. Multivariate analysis is the application of statistical methods to analyze several research variables simultaneously. This community service activity was held and aimed at the academic community (lecturers and students) from partner campuses of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, they are FEB UHAMKA, STIE Indonesia, and Tempo Polytechnic with the aim of providing knowledge about research methodologies, especially the Structural Equation Modeling method (SEM) – Partial Least Squares (PLS) which has various advantages compared to other PLS software as described above. Another goal is expected to help improve the ability of the partner academic community in making scientific articles to be published in national and international journals. In addition, in this training, partners are also trained for hands-on practice using the Warp PLS Ver Software. 5.0. The method of implementing this community service activity is in the form of a workshop that includes providing material related to the SEM-PLS method as well as direct practice in using the WarpPLS software. During the workshop, the partner academic community was also given time to discuss and ask questions directly with the instructor.]]>
