Abstract

The end of the Cold War marked the shift of world threats from traditional military threats to asymmetric non-traditional threats of terrorism. Terrorist groups emerge with various backgrounds. Domestic political instability in the form of conflict and separatism to revenge motivation or being affected by the threat of terrorism in other countries. This research aims to analyze the strategy and approach of peace to resolve the terrorism conflict. The method used in this research is a literature review. The data sources in this study were taken from the Scopus database and several other databases such as Connected papers, Openknowledge maps, and Google Scholar to support this research. Then some data were taken from the news. The findings in this study emphasize that apart from the complex approach and the soft approach as an approach in resolving the conflict of terrorism, other approaches can be used as an alternative approach, namely the conflict triangle, where this approach has not been widely adopted in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the complexity of policy making in the pandemic crisis in the current situation. How do the all countries make “trial and error” policy model in dealing with the dynamic changing environment. The administrative state's exclusive ability to guide and manage public policy and administration is increasingly being challenged in both developing and developed countries. The research approach is content review of official documents and online news from each continent, which is defined by a few nations, in order to get a broad image of how complicated policymaking is. This call identifies a slew of regional and global governance actors with sway over state administrative and policy decisions. The findings are there has been a proliferation of institutional procedures and policy-making mechanisms and beyond but frequently conflicting with conventional state policy processes of the government policy delivery. Upcoming Events Formal and informal institutions and actors, often in conjunction with national public administrations, but more often on their own, are at the heart of these policy processes. Multi-stakeholder ventures, global public-private partnerships, and global commissions are all examples of this.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the E-Channel strategy in Bank NTB Syariah. The primary focus is elaboration, performance, and impact of E-Channel strategy in Bank NTB Syariah in improving service productivity during the COVID-19 pandemic. The basis of primary data is obtained from Bank NTB Syariah's main office, including Directors, General Managers of related divisions, and expert staff. The results showed that the E-Channel strategy implemented by Bank NTB Syariah in improving service productivity during the COVID-19 pandemic was a catalyst for implementing its E-Channel systems, such as adding office networks and building Main Offices, machines, features, booths, and ATM stickers based on the corporate branding. In terms of digital services, Bank NTB Syariah increased Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines, Laku Pandai services, perfecting m-banking, and partnerships with other digital payments and the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). The implementation of this E-Channel strategy has a significant impact on the productivity of Bank NTB Syariah services, particularly in terms of efficiency and bank income from fee-based income, strengthening company branding, encouraging sustainable business growth, and providing Bank NTB Syariah with a competitive advantage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to forecast the political parties and candidates running for president of Indonesia in 2024. Nvivo 12 software is used in this study's quantitative methodology for descriptive content analysis. Twitter users are the study's research subjects. The information was collected via Twitter Search, which targeted the term "Pilpres 2024." According to this analysis, Anies Baswedan, Prabowo, and Ganjar Pranowo will be the winning candidates. Political parties' geographic distribution reveals that the 2024 presidential election would see political tensions between parties with nationalist and religious ideologies.
