Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the perceptions of learners on learning in English language course institutions MRJ English House Binakrida street Kelurahan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether the perception of the learning community on the learning of English language course institution of MRJ English House has been considered good. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach that aims to describe the results of research with numbers. Number of population as many as 50 people then the researcher use saturated samples then all the population sampled as many as 50 people studying in English language course institution MRJ English House Jalan Bina Krida Kelurahan Tampan Pekanbaru City. And 20 people tested in Institute ICC course Pekanbaru City. Technique of collecting data in this research is questionnaire which amounts to 55 item statement conducted 5 questionnaire erdapat experiments that are not valid then peneli throw it into 50 statement for research. The result of data analysis shows that the perception of the students learn tehadap learning in English language course institution MRJ English House Binakrida street Kelurahan Tampan Pekanbaru city is very good with the percentage of overall 88.9% means the perception of learning to learn very good. Can be concluded among the 7 indicators are very dominant facilities and infrastructure with sub-indicators of learning facilities that have covered the place of learning, teaching materials, internet and other learning facilities with a percentage of 97.33.Keywords: Perception of studying residents, Learning, course institutions.

Abstract

Abstract: Problem formulation in this research is. Where are the places for conformity in the Aisyiyah orphanage girls' dormitory in the Kampar area? How is the process of adolescent conformity at the boarding school of the daughter of aisyiyah orphanage Kampar? What are the teenagers doing activity or activities of adolescent conformity at the boarding school for orphanage daughter Aisyiyah Kampar area? how is the conformity of adolescents in the daughter of aisyiyah orphanage boarding school Kampar area? This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive type. Informants in this study are people who are involved and have the information needed in the study, because the informants are people who are more knowledgeable about the issues to be studied. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation, and triangulation of adolescent conformity at the boarding school for girls in the Aisyiyah orphanage Kampar. This study consists of one variable, namely indicators (1) cohesiveness with sub-indicators (a) self-adjustment (b) attention to groups, (2) trust with sub-indicators (a) trust (b) equality of opinion (c) deviation from groups (3) obedience (a) pressure due to rewards, threats or punishment (b) expectations of others ,. The subjects of this study were 5 people consisting of 4 core informants and 1 control informant. Adolescent orphanages in hafsah room carry out joint and compact pickets carry out pickets, Adolescent orphans are able to adjust to the environment around the orphanage, Adolescent orphans adhere to the rules or orders set by the caregiver, Adolescent orphans scramble to queue buckets to take a shower and they meet each other's eyes with little frowning. Abstract

This research is motivated by factors that influence entrepreneurial interest, so researchers want to examine which factors are the most dominant influencing factors that influence entrepreneurial interest in running a beverage business in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. So that the researcher formulates the problem under study, which is the most dominant factor influencing entrepreneurial interest in running a beverage business in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City?. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were beverage entrepreneurs in the Tampan District of Pekanbaru City as many as 70 people. The technique used is Simple Random Sampling. Based on the test results, for data from the variable factors that influence entrepreneurial interest in running a beverage business, the number of valid data is 41 and invalid data is 3. All invalid items are discarded meaning they are not used in the study, because all valid items represent indicators and sub-indicators. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the first indicator is that external factors are higher than internal indicators with an average mean of 0.99 and an SD of 0.77 which is in a high interpretation. Internal factor indicators with a mean value of 3.97 and an SD of 0.76 which are also in a high interpretation. The average number of all indicators means 3.98 and SD 0.76 which are in the high interpretation. This means that entrepreneurs who run a beverage business in the Tampan District of Pekanbaru City are due to external factors, namely the feeling of satisfaction in running a beverage entrepreneur because of the income they get when opening a business.Key Words: Factors Entrepreneurial Interest.

Abstract

Abstract: the aimed of this study to determine the variation of the skills taught kindergarten teachers in Kerumutan sub district Pelalawan regency. Population and samples in this study are amounted to 35 kindergarten teachers in Kerumutan sub district Pelalawan regency. The data collection techniques that use test works by means of observation sheets. The data analysis using the percentage formula. The results were obtained variations skills teaching kindergarten teacher in Kerumutan sub district Pelalawan regency obtain an overall percentage of 65.54% which is in good criteria. Based on the analysis of the level teacher education, it doesn’t affect the level of educational variation skills kindergarten teachers in Kerumutan sub district Pelalawan regency. It can be seen from the data analysis is based on the calculation of chi square turns a that numbers of 5.53 obtained. That numbers compared with the chi-square value in the table with dk 6 as 5% significance level that is equal to 12.592, the calculation result is smaller than the chi square chi square results in the table (5.53 <12.592). Based on an analysis of training, it doesn’t affect variation skill training kindergarten teachers in Kerumutan sub district Pelalawan regency. It can be seen from the data analysis is based on the calculation of chi square turns that numbers 7.73 was obtained. That numbers compared with the chi-square value in the table with dk 12 as 5% significance level that is equal to 21.026, the calculation result is smaller than the chi square chi square results in the table (7.73 <21.026).Keywords: Teaching basic skills, Variations skills

Abstract

Abstarck: There are some phenomena that is happening in supervision of field activities focused on the administration, the headmaster doing supervision about performance of teacher to promotion, supervision doing in six months, headmaster rarely visit and monitor the performance of teachers in learning activities in the classroom , as well as the headmaster rare to guide the teacher in the learning performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of kindergarten headmaster in the areas of supervision In Tampan sub-Districk Pekanbaru. The population and sample of this research is all kindergarten headmaster of 48 people. The technique of data analysis using the percentage formula. The results were obtained kindergarten headmaster’s performance in the areas of supervision In Tampan sub-Districk Pekanbaru overall percentage of 71.70% was obtained sufficient criteria. Where as when viewed from each indicator, the indicator planning supervision program obtained a percentage of 69.49% which is the sufficient criteria, indicators carry out supervision obtained percentage of 73.22% which is the sufficient criteria and indicators to follow up the results obtained percentage supervision about to 71.47% at the sufficient criteria.Key Words: performance, supervisionWISUDA OKTOBER

Abstract

Abstract: How high is the interpersonal intelligence of extracurricular students at the University of Riau Education and Teaching Faculty in the academic year 2019, how are the aspects of the interpersonal intelligence of the external teaching faculty of the teacher school and the teaching of the University of Riau in the academic year 2019. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 144 people. Sampling in this study using simple samples. The instrument used is a questionnaire with 66 item statements. Interpersonal intelligence Extracurricular education Students Education and training Faculty Riau University Academic year 2019 is measured by indicators (1) Social insight, (2) social sensitivity, (3) social communication. The results of the study reveal that (1) Interpersonal levels of intelligence of extracurricular students of the University of Riau Teacher Training and Education of the Academic Year 2019 have a moderate interpretation. (2) The aspect that makes the greatest contribution to interpersonal intelligence is the number 1 aspect, namely social insight with a comparison with the score (88.70%) that is classified as high of the other aspects.Key Words: Interpersonal Intelligence, Students

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines community empowerment through the manufacture of paving blocks from plastic waste in the flower garden impian okura Pekanbaru. This research use descipitive qualitative approach. Research subjects will be determined based on purposive sampling, there are 5 (five) informants in this study. Data collection is done by data reducation; data display; and also conclusion drawing/verifying. The results of the study show that 1) The preparatory stage in conduction the empowerment activities is good, 2) The Plainning stage in conduction the empowerment activities is good, 3) The implementation phase stage in conduction the empowerment activities is good, 4) Evalution stage in conduction the empowerment activities is good.Key Words: Community Empowerment, Paving Block, Plastic Waste

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of the Package B Equality Education program works in Pekanbaru's PKBM Tampan Insan Cendekia. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research subjects in this study were 4 people: the technique of collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Triangulation. The results of this study show that the planning in the acceptance system of citizens studying at PKBM Insan Cendekia is open, this institution has fulfilled the identity in PKBM which is seen as a notarial deed, the recruitment of teachers is concluded by making good friends. let know that this PKBM is looking for teachers, determining the place of learning seen from the building where the learning is still renting a store, the source of money from the education office of the city of Pekanbaru, the manager of socialization programs in PKBM by distribute and via social media. The implementation in PKBM comes from the learning population that registered 31 people, but only involves 15 people in the learning process who come more when they want to take the exam, while teachers at this institution have obtained educational qualifications that undergraduate education and teaching according to the subjects are not all teachers are based on teacher training, learning is done face-to-face once a week and teachers follow adult education. Evaluation The subjects given by teachers are tested in UNPK according to graduation standards. Teachers know the results of learning by performing daily tests, if the value of the learning community does not reach the maximum, the tutor tries to motivate the students to learn materials that they do not understand.Key Words: Management, Equality Package Education Program B

Abstract

Abstract : This research is motivated by problems that occur in the field, namely (1) Parents of children drop out in PKBM Fatma Visi Sukses has different backgrounds, so it has different forms of attention as well. (2) There are still many parents who do not care about their children while studying at PKBM Fatma Visi Sukses. (3) Parents help children activities in learning. (4) Economic background of poor families of school dropouts in PKBM Fatma Visi Sukses. The research method used is descriptive research with quantitative approach. It is planned to be implemented since February 2018 at PKBM Fatma Visi Sukses. The results showed that the indicators help children's learning activities are the most dominant applied by parents. the indicators give rewards and punishments are very high because parents have motivated children in learning by giving awards in the form of praise and rewards. And the lowest percentage is an indicator of child learning facility providers. Where parents are less concerned about the learning facilities of children. And not able to complete the learning facilities of children due to low economic conditions and life of papah.Keywords: Attention, parent, drop out child

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out how the implementation of independent learning at the Dahlia Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM). The formulation of the problem in this research is how the implementation of independent learning in PKBM Dahlia, whether it has been implemented well. This research is a type of Naturalistic Descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This study consists of one variable, namely independent learning consisting of 5 indicators, namely (1) the Pyramid Objectives, (2) Learning Resources and Media, (3) Learning Place and Time, (4) Learning Methods, (5) Evaluation and Assessment . The subjects in the study were 3 people consisting of 1 core informant, 1 control informant and 1 observer informant. Data collection techniques are carried out with field observations, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of interviews with informants, it can be concluded that the implementation of self-learning program C package in PKBM Dahlia, Sukajadi District, Pekanbaru City on 2 destination indicators that the pyramid and sources and learning media have reached and can be categorized as feasible to use. And for the other 3 indicators namely place and time of learning, ways of learning, evaluation and assessment are categorized as not in accordance with the theory and procedures that should be and the implementation of activities is not on target.Key Words: Implementation, Independent Learning
