Abstract: Japanese hole or Lubang Japang (Minang language designation) is one of the attractions that exist in the area of West Sumatra exactly in the middle of the park in Sianok canyon panorama below the town of Bukittinggi. Japang hole has a length of 1400 m and winding. The tunnel is located approximately two meters below the ground surface Bukittinggi. Japang tunnel or hole is a long historic tunnel for Indonesia in general because Japang hole is a foxhole or Japanese soldiers hiding place in the face of war. Japang holes built with the purpose of defense interests of the Japanese army in World War II and the Greater East Asia War. The purpose of this study was (1) To find out when the Japanese hole was made, (2) To know how chronological manufacture Japanese hole in Bukittinggi, (3) To find out who is involved in the manufacture of Japanese hole in Bukittinggi (4) For megetahui how the role of the people Indonesia in the manufacture of Japanese hole, (5) To know how to influence Japanese hole to Bukittinggi. This research method is the historical method or methods of history. The place is the town of Bukittinggi research that one historical object Japanese hole. When the study for 4 months, starting from the research proposal seminar continued with a thesis to graduate exam. Data collection techniques include five techniques namely engineering literature, technical documentation, interview techniques, observation techniques and data analysis techniques. The results of this study are Japang hole he made this Bukittinggi has two versions, the version of the Japanese officers and one version of Indonesian workers in London who is our fighters who live in Bukittinggi Agam. Japang hole is in the road near the canyon Sianok Panorama is a strategic place for the Japanese. Underground tunnel (Lubang Japang in Panorama) This is the result of the excavation of the workers who were deployed hundreds of numbers. Abstract: This thesis the existence of Balinese culture in the village of Lubuk Raya Kecamtan Kandis. As we know the people of Bali are people who have a lot of culture. Balinese culture is always closely associated with religious ceremonies or religious. The purpose of this study is going to know when the early arrival of the Balinese people in the hamlet Lubuk Raya and the other what the culture and customs of the people of Bali are still being used and how they maintain and preserve their culture by the number of people of Bali are very little compared with other communities. This research was conducted with history or historical research methods. Data collected from interviews. When the study began after the seminar proposal until the completion of the last revision of the thesis writer. The results of this study are the people of Bali are located in the hamlet of Lubuk Raya still adhere to their native culture although there are some differences and how they maintain their culture is one way to perform religious ceremonies regularly every Sunday morning.Keywords: existence of Balinese culture.

Abstrak: Disputes are a form of discord by individuals or groups because they have different attitudes, beliefs, values or needs. The process that occurs when an individual or group negatively affects another individual or group by engaging in physical violence that makes the other person's feelings and feelings disrupted. The purpose of this research is to know the cause of the dispute of society IV Koto with V Koto, to know the characters involved in the dispute between society IV Koto with V Koto, to know the resolution happened in dispute between society IV Koto with V Koto, To explain the impact of the dispute between the community of Koto IV and V Koto. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data obtained from the interviews are then analyzed in their own language. The location of the research is Padang Panjang City. This research began to be implemented after the exam proposal until this thesis is completed. Data collection techniques used are documentation techniques, interview techniques and literature study techniques. Abstract: Letda Abdul Murad Saidun is a member of the military in the physical revolution Selatpanjang in the years 1945-1950. During the Japanese occupation, the Letda Abdul Murad Saidun joined the Japanese military organization heiho. Post-reading the text of the proclamation of Ir. Soekarno and Moh. Hatta, Letda Abdul Murad Saidun resumed his military career by joining the People's Security Agency (BKR), which is a progression to the Indonesian National Army (TNI) as the base defense in maintaining state sovereignty. After Letda Abdul Murad Saidun participate BKR in Selatpanjang, he is believed to be the deputy military commander of Company II Selatpanjang by Lieutenant. Col. Hasan Basri who is head of Regiment IV Riau. The purpose of this research is to know the life story of LetdaAbdul Murad Saidun, to find out how the role and fights Letda Abdul Murad Saidun uphold the independence of Indonesia in Selatpanjang, to determine the end of the match Letda Abdul Murad Saidun. The method used in this research is the method of historical and descriptive method in which data were collected through interviews and analyzed in its own language. The research location is in Selatpanjang Meranti Islands regency in Riau province. When the study started from the exam proposal for the final exam. Data collection techniques used were interview techniques, technical documentation and technical literature. From study said that Letda Abdul Murad Saidun is one of the military leaders in Selatpanjang. Abstract: Teachers as educators responsible bequeath values and norms tosubsequent generations. Education plays a very important in the process of improvingthe quality of human resources. Improving the quality of education is a process that isintegrated with the process of improving the quality of human resources. Recognizingthe importance of the process of improving the quality of human resources, thegovernment together with the private sector together to work to make education inIndonesia more qualified among others, through the development and improvement ofcurriculum and evaluation system, improvement of educational facilities, developmentand procurement of teaching materials, and training for teachers and other educationpersonnel. The purpose of this study was to determine the pedagogical competence ofteachers IPS in activities MGMP in SMP 16 Pekanbaru, to know the difficulties incarrying out the activities in MGMP, for mengtahui effort must be made to overcomethe difficulties in conducting in MGMP, and to determine the relationship MGMP theachievement of a good teacher pedagogical competence. The method used in this studyis a qualitative and descriptive analysis. Data obtained from questionnaires andinterviews were analyzed by using percentage calculations. The research location is inSMP 16 Pekanbaru. When the study began seminar proposal to the thesis examination.The data collection technique used is the technique of questionnaires, interviews, anddocumentation and tabulation of the data contained in the form of a frequency table. Inthis study as a benchmark efforts to improve teachers' pedagogical competence throughMGMP IPS in SMP 16 Pekanbaru is composed of 10 indicators. The data collected inthe questionnaire authors then analyzed, after being found last percentage isinterpreted by the sentences are qualitative. The 10 indicators are: 1). Abstract: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the contribution of a company focused on business activities, social investment and philanthropy programs and public obligations. In addition CSr is also a commitment of a company to account for the impact of operations in social, economic and environmental dimensions. PT. Timah is a state-owned enterprise unit engaged in mining of Timah. From 1953-2015 PT. Tin is constantly changing. PT. Tin in Prayun Village early production through land mine, with land clearing in 1970. PT. Tin (Persero) Company engaged in mining both on land and sea. The purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Tin to the community in Prayun District Kundur Utara Karimun District Riau Islands Province. The method used is historical method where data collected through observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. Data analysis using historical writing method. The time of study started from the submission of the title of the proposal until the completion of the writer's thesis. The results show that the Community Development Program (CSR) is a movement designed to improve the livelihoods of weak economic communities through the development of community support and initiatives that are supportive. In implementing the CSR program the role of government and private or other related institutions are important elements that must be considered. Abstract: Chadijah Ali is a female figure who has struggled in advancing women's education in Pekanbaru city, an active in the organization and also a mubalighat. The purpose of this research was to know how the life history Chadijah Ali, to know the role of Chadijah Ali in advancing women's education, to know encouragement and obstacles faced by Chadijah Ali in an effort to promote women's education, to know the achievements Chadijah Ali in an attempt advancing education. The method used in this study is qualitative. Data were obtained from interviews and then analyzed by the language itself. The research location is Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. The research was started since the beginning of the title of this research essay submitted until this is completed. Data collection techniques used documentation techniques, interview techniques and engineering literature. The results showed that Chadijah Ali has a role in advancing the women's education in the city of Pekanbaru. Chadijah Ali is a female figure who actively organize and participate in setting up special school girls and also a school for boys and girls, such as establishing a Foundation for Women Unity of Islam, the Islamic Education Foundation, and the Foundation Diniyah Pekanbaru. Abstract:. School is an institution that is both complex and unique. School as an institution of education providers that are trusted by the community as a tool to shape the personality of the individual in society, educating citizens for the better and will be expected to be useful to the nation. Schools National Standard is a manifestation of the PP 19/2005 on the National Education Standards (SNP). SMPN 2 Siak Hulu as one SSN to the quality of education in the form of aspects of input, process and output. The purpose of this study is 1) to find out what lies behind the establishment of SMPN 2 Siak Hulu in 1986, 2) to determine the role of local communities in the establishment of SMPN 2 Siak Hulu, 3) to determine the development of SMPN 2 Siak Hulu in 1986-2011, 4) to determine the efforts that have been made by principals from the beginning of the establishment to become SSN, and 5) to determine the state of SMPN 2 Siak Hulu after becoming SSN in 2011 until now. The method used is the historical method in which data were collected through library study, interview and documentation. Analysis of data using qualitative approach. When the study began filing title until the completion of a revised proposal last essay writer. The results showed that, the background of the establishment of SMPN 2 Siak Hulu because there is no school in the village of Pangkalanbaru, so that the community leaders suggested that established Junior High School in the area. The role of society in the establishment of SMPN 2 Siak Hulu is great to donate the land for the location of the establishment until reinforcements during pembangunannnya. In the development of many changes that occur in SMPN 2 Siak Hulu. The developments include the development of teachers, students, infrastructure to achievement and school accreditation. Further, each principal has their own way to promote education in SMPN 2 Siak Hulu. After SSN is set to be the year 2011, SMPN 2 Siak Hulu continue to make improvements to improve the quality of education that includes aspects of input, process and output. Based on these results it can be concluded that the developments happening in SMPN 2 Siak Hulu to promote education from its inception in 1986 until set to SSN in 2011, and until now.Key Words: Development of SMPN 2 Siak Hulu, National Standard School (SSN)
