Abstract

The research objective is to learn the influence of Brand Identity (name, Logo, Color, packaging design, tagline and brand endorser, character, URL and website) against buying decision of Rabbani products in CV Rabbani Asyani at Rabbani Bunker Rawamangun. Normality test and homogeneity test applied before the main testing. Based on linear regression calculation, obtained Y= 46.32+0.575 (x) and ANAVA result shows Fcount <Ftable (0.473<1.94). Linier Shaped Fcount >Ftable ,(23,49>4,04) significan regression. Hypothesis testing done by calculating correlation Pearson Product and as result rxy=0.573, it shows that the brand identity affects Rabbani’s product buying decision in at Rabbani Bunker Rawamangun is strong, related with interpretation criteria of the correlation coefficient Interpretation table.

Abstract

The background of this paper is existence the national policies on quality assurance system of higher education. The purpose is to discuss on role of academic institution leadership, chairman of study program, and lecturers within quality assurance system of higher education. And the methods used is library studies who has the characteristic of objective, systematic, analytic, and descriptive. Now, the conclusion is that leadership of academic institution, chairman of study program, and lecturers, each is play an very important role and absolute necessary within quality assurance system of higher education.

Abstract

Abstrak:    Lembaga pendidikan tinggi, tidak hanya berperan sebagai wahana proses pendidikan semata-mata, melainkan harus pula menjadi organisasi pembelajaran. Sehingga ketika mereka yang tergabung di dalamnya berinteraksi, dapat memberi efek pada nilai tambah, yakni perubahan kemampuan kognisi, kemampuan motorik, nilai-nilai afeksi, nilai-nilai emosional, dan nilai-nilai spiritual. Oganisasi pembelajaran diperlukan oleh perguruan tinggi, karena sebagai bagian dari upaya penanganan isu-isu pokok pendidikan tinggi. Tujuan penelitiannya adalah untuk mengetahui peran organisasi pembelajaran pada perguruan tinggi, terutama sebagai bagian dari solusi atas isu-isu pokok pendidikan tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan yang bersifat obyektif, sistematis, analitis, dan deskriptif. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa organisasi pembelajaran pada perguruan tinggi sangat penting dan dapat digunakan sebagai solusi atas isu-isu pokok pendidikan tinggi. Kata kunci: organisasi pembelajaran, perguruan tinggi Abstract:  The role of the higher education institutions, not only acts as a vehicle solely educational process, but should also become a learning organization. So when they interact, can give effect on value added, i.e. change the ability of cognition, motor abilities, values affection, emotional, values and spiritual values. The learningorganization is required by academic institution, because as part of the effort of handling a staple issues of higher education. The objective of his research is to know the role of learning organization at colleges, primarily as part of the solution over the principal issues of higher education. The method used is the study of librarianship that is objective, systematic, analytical, and descriptive. The Results  show that the learning organization at higher education institutions is very important and can be used as a solution over the principal issues of higher education. Key words:  learning organization, academic institution.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Pengembangan budaya organisasi pada perguruan tinggi merupakan sebuah upaya yang sangat penting, karena sejalan dengan isu peningkatan kesehatan organisasi perguruan tinggi yang tertuang di dalam dokumen Higher Education Long Term Strategy (HELTS) 2003–2010 dari Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi. Hal ini didasari pada suatu pemikiran bahwa organisasi yang memiliki budaya yang kuat sebagai kepribadiannya berarti organisasi itu sehat. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk membahas atau mengkaji pentingnya pengembangan budaya organisasi pada perguruan tinggi agar organisasi perguruan tinggi yang sehat dapat terwujud. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan yang bersifat obyektif, sistematis, analitis, dan deskriptif. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan budaya organisasi pada perguruan tinggi sangat penting bagi terwujudnya kesehatan organisasi perguruan tinggi.Kata kunci: pengembangan, budaya, organisasi, perguruan tinggi.ABSTRACT: Developing of organizational culture of academic institution is as the efforts that very important, because parallel with the issue improvement of organizational health of academic institution that is poured on the document Higher Education Long Term Strategy 2003–2010 for the Directorat General of Higher Education. This matter based on a thinking that  the organization who has strong culture as its personality means the organization is healthy. The purpose of process of writing is to discuss importance developing of arganizational culture on the academic institution who healthy can is materialized. The methods used is library studies who has the characteristic of objective, systematis, analytic, and descriptive. Now, the conclution is that developing of organizational culture on the academic institution is very important for its materialized the organization health of the academic institution.Keywords: organization, culture, academic institution.
