<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of production cost towards Farmers Income in the Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) Palapa Village Muara Bahan District of Singingi Hilir Regency Kuantan Singingi. The research was conducted from April to june 2016. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population of this study was 397 smallholders, the sample in this study as many as 40 farmers sampling technique by using cluster sampling. The data collection technique using the method of documentation and interviews. Data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression. From hasl research obtained that simultaneous production costs affect the income of farmers in the village unit cooperatives Palapa. This is based on the results of analyzes, calculations show Fhitung> Ftabel (1034,471> 4,08). From coefficient determination calculating production costs affect the income of farmers amounted to 96.5% and the rest of its 3.5% influenced by other factors not examined.Keywords: Production Costs, Income Smallholders]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrack: The learning model of Two Stay Two Stray technique or method two only two guests. Learning is a learning models that begins with the division of the group, and provide opportunities for groups to share results and information. The purpose of this study is to Determine the Increase in student motivation on the subjects of social sciences through a learning model of Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) Class VIII at MTs Al-Kholidiyah Sedinginan Rokan Hilir. Place of research conducted at MTs Al-Kholidiyah Sedinginan Rokan Hilir class. The sample used is a class VIII student number 32, composed of 20 women and 12 men. Data Obtained using techniques obserpasi and observation for two weeks. While the data analysis techniques used are: analysis of the activity of teachers and students and the analysis of the motivation to learn. From the results of the data analysis that has been done shows. application of learning models Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) can Increase students' motivation on the subjects of Social Sciences Class VIII at MTs Al-Kholidiyah Sedinginan Rokan Hilir. From Reviews These results it is expected that the teacher suggested MTs Al-Kholidiyah Sedinginan, learning TSTS can use as an alternative model of learning to improve students' motivation. <![CDATA[Abstack: Cooperative learning model is a model of learning with an emphasis on the social aspects of learning using small groups of 4-5 students with a heterogeneous structure of the group in achieving the learning objectives. Cooperative learning model exchanging greetings technique is one of the cooperative learning techniques, which gives the opportunity to practice the knowledge and skills of students. In addition to training the knowledge and skills of students, this technique is also expected to improve student learning outcomes. In this research aims to improve the learning outcomes of students social studies classes IV in SDN 036 Sintong district Tanah Putih district Rokan Hilir with cooperative learning model. The location of this research in SD Negeri 036 Sintong district Tanah Putih district Rokan Hilir. Samples in this study is a Class IV student of State 036 Sintong district amounting to 23 people. Data were obtained by a test sheet student learning outcomes. Data analysis techniques performed by observation of the teacher's behavior and collect data to learn the results obtained from the social studies test students and analyzed with descriptive statistical techniques. From the analysis result that after the implementation of cooperative learning model technique exchanging greetings, there is increased activity of teachers, increase the activity of students and student learning outcomes also increased. From the results of research conducted suggested that primary school teachers 036 Sintong can use cooperative learning techniques exchanging greetings as an alternative learning to improve student learning outcomes..Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model Engineering exchanging greetings , Learning Outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: The background of this study was a difference between expectations and reality occurred at class XI Accounting in SMK Muhammdiyah 2 Pekanbaru. There is 34,95% students have value under minimum completeness criteria value. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how the effect of family environment to learning achievement of Accounting subject at class XI in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. The population of this study all student who have mid test value under minimum completeness criteria value as many as 43 students. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and documentation. Method of data analysis are descriptive analysis and regressions analysis. Based on the result of analysis data is concluded has positive effect and significant among family environment (X) on learning achievement (Y). Based on R square table showed 0,167 it means independent variable used in this study has effect on dependent variable as many as 16,7%. Therefore, ability independent variable for influence dependent variable is weak. <![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of human resource managers on the performance of cooperatives in the District Tapung Hilir, Kampar. The population in this study are all members of the Cooperative KUD totaling 3,186 members of village cooperatives. and using proportional random sampling technique in can be a total sample of 97 members of the village unit cooperatives. Data were collected using a questionnaire or questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and F test with significance level of 0.05%. The research showed that the quality of human resources business simultaneously positive and significant impact on Cooperative Performance. It is based on the analysis results, which show the calculation results F count (10.606)> F table (7.709) What this means is that the SDM manager of a significant effect on the growth of business turnover. F arithmetic (0.322) <F table (7.709) What this means is that the SDM manager has no significant effect on the development of members. and F arithmetic (0.182) <F table (7.709) What this means is that the SDM manager no significant effect on the development of SHU. and the amount of contributions or donations to the quality of human resources business performance with a great show of determination of Influence business positive effect on the growth of business turnover amounted to 72.6%, while 27.4% are influenced by other factors such as the number of members, SHU, and participation member. Effect of SDM Managers will not affect the development of members is 7.5%, while 92.5% are influenced by other factors and the influence of SDM manager is not berpngaruh to the development of SHU is 4.3%, while 95.7% is influenced by factors other Factors.Key Words: Quality Of Human Resources Management, Performance Cooperation]]>

<![CDATA[Abstack: Selection is a process to produce students college who are required in accordance with the prescribed criteria and categories for each University/College concerned. College selection is itself a national selection for new students at each College of both public and private. Due to some of the students accepted out of the selection that has been set is not able to achieve maximum learning outcomes, resulting in generalization to outcomes learning. In this study aims to compare student results based selection College on Economic Education Study Program in forces 2012 and 2013 University of Riau. This research is located in the program studies economic education Faculty of Teaching and Education University of Riau. Data obtained from Riau University Computer Center in the form of IP (Index Ratings) student college from 2012 and 2013. The technique used is purposive sampling so that the sample amounted to 170 people. The analysis used was ANOVA (Analysis Of Variance) to see the difference in student college learning outcomes by the selection. From the results of the analysis, there is a significant difference between the results of study by that is the path Sign SNMPTN Invitation, SNMPTN Written/SBMPTN, PBUD, and Independent. From the above results need to be taken into consideration to the team selectors nationally and team selectors local (University) in determining the selection tools are qualified and screening prospective students who will be admitted to the University is able to compete, ready to learn, achieve maximum learning results and master their fields respective.Keywords: Entrance in Higher Education and Learning Outcomes]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract : This research was motivated by the difficulty of traditional traders in accessing and managing capital resources, so it is necessary to study how traditional merchants meet the need for capital in the provision of goods traded and how traders maximize the use of existing capital resources for the improvement and development of their businesses. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how much influence the provision of credit to the improvement of business members in the cooperative market traders (Koppas) Integrated Pekanbaru. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study is a member of the Market Traders Cooperative (Koppas) Integrated Pekanbaru receive credit, particularly in 2013 with the grand total is 204 people with a sample of 51 people. Based on the analysis concluded that the known value of significance at the table coeffisients 0,000 less than the critical value of 0.1. Then obtained 0.000 <0.1, and the results suggest that the effect on the Lending Business Improvement Cooperative Market Traders (Koppas) Integrated Pekanbaru. Judging from R Square of 0.177, indicating that the independent variables used in this study can affect the dependent variable was 17.7%. Thus it can be said that the ability of independent variables in influencing the dependent variable is strong. Based on the regression coefficient if Lending increased by 1%, the Business Improvement will also be increased by 0.379 or 37.9%. The coefficient is positive, it means there is a positive relationship between the Business Improvement Lending, the rise Lending then getting up anyway Business Improvement.Key Words : Giving Credit, Increased Business]]>

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the production cost budget serves as good planning and control. In this research the research method used is descriptive method, and data collection is done by direct interview with head of budget department and each part company about company activity and budget implementation at company. The problems encountered in the study are limited to problems in the process of budget preparation as a planning and control of production costs. After doing research, it can be concluded that PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Pagar Kampar District has used the budget as a planning and controlling production costs in running its business. This research place is executed in Co-Operation environment Woman Pesona Marta (KOPWAPETA) Pekanbaru City. This Research is started from February up to November month 2016. As for research type quantitatif and qualytatif descriptitive research that is explaining result of research which in the form of coresponding financial statement file to monetary performance of co-operation. Source of data of this research is obtained file of responbility reporting official member of Co-Operation Woman Pesona Marta (KOPWAPETA) Pekanbaru City of year 2010 until year 2014. As for used file collecting technique that is with study method of documentation. Result of research indicate that monetary performance of Co-Operation Woman Pesona Marta (KOPWAPETA) of year 2010 until year 2014 have goodness.
