Abstract

Maraknya berbagai jenis obat yang dikeluarkan oleh BPOM membuat rumah sakit-rumah sakit, klinik-klinik ataupun apotek harus menyediakan obat dengan berbagai versi, bisa dalam versi standar ataupun exclusive. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi baik rumah sakit ataupun apotek seperti dalam menawarkan produk obat tersebut yang khususnya vitamin untuk di cross selling dengan produk yang biasa di beli oleh klien. Penelitian yang penulis lakukan bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan beberapa algoritma yang ada pada data mining, namun penulis lebih fokuskan pada algoritma C4.5 yang berfungsi untuk memprediksi penjualan obat yang khususnya vitamin dimana obat tersebut LAKU atau TIDAK LAKU untuk dikonsumsi oleh konsumen sehingga di dapat hasil accuracy nya digunakan untuk pemberian informasi produk mana yang LAKU atau TIDAK LAKU. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pohon yang dihasilkan dari perangkat lunak yang dibuat dengan metode decision tree dengan algoritma C4.5 memiliki persentase 99.83% antara pohon kebenaran sampai 100%. Persentase besar pohon kebenaran sangat dipengaruhi oleh data training yang digunakan untuk membangun suatu model pohon keputusan.

Abstract

Pemerintah Desa di Indonesia merupakan lembaga penyelenggara pelayanan publik yang digunakan oleh pemerintahan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia dalam memenuhi kebutuhan penduduk desa. Pelayanan penduduk desa merupakan suatu kewajiban pihak desa. Pemerintahan Desa harus memiliki sistem pelayanan yang lebih optimal dalam melakukan proses administrasi agar lebih efisien yang otomatis berdampak pada penyesuaian terhadap revolusi industri ke empat. Proses pelayanan administrasi Kantor Desa Labuhan Sumbawa masih belum efektif dan efisien di karnakan masih menggunakan cara konvensional. Karenanya tujuan dari penelitian ini menerapkan Self-Service Technology pada Aplikasi Pelayanan Penduduk guna mengatasi masalah tersebut. Self-Service Technology lebih menekan efisiensi dan efektifisas dalam segi operasional dan sudah di terapkan berbagai bidang. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Aplikasi pelayanan Penduduk menggunakan Self-Service Technology yang di kembangkan dengan metode waterfall. Aplikasi ini memiliki fitur Menu Laporan untuk admin dan Menu Buat Surat yang di dalamnya sudah terdapat template jenis surat serta Cetak Surat untuk penduduk desa. Pengujian perangkat lunak dengan metode black box melibatkan auditor dan ahli IT mendapatkan kesimpulan berhasil dari berbagai jenis pengujian. Aplikasi ini diharapkan mampu mempermudah dan meningkatkan kinerja kantor desa Labuhan sumbawa menjadi lebih efisien dan efektif.

Abstract

In the era of technology 4.0, the development of science and technology is very rapid at this time, especially internet network technology. Almost all parts of the world use this technology to find and disseminate information. Likewise in Indonesia, most of its citizens use internet technology to find and disseminate information. Based on the results of the 2018 APJII survey, internet users still have the highest percentage on the islands of Java and Sumatra. We intend to create a news portal, but this news portal will inform only news about agriculture. What is meant by agriculture here is the use of biological resources by humans to produce food, industrial raw materials, or energy sources. This news portal will be devoted to informing agricultural products and products produced by villages, so that they can be widely known and it is hoped that being widely known will improve the economy of the village community. This is in line with law number 6 of 2014 "Concerning Villages", article 86 "Information Systems for Village Development and Rural Area Development". This E-News news portal application is designed to inform news related to the agricultural sector. With the news information from the E-News news portal, the general public can find out about the development of the agricultural sector, and especially farmers get additional information related to the agricultural sector.

Abstract

Customers are people who trust the management of their money in a bank or other financial service party to be used in banking business operations, thereby expecting a return in the form of money for their savings. To reach information to increase company profits, a method is needed to be able to provide knowledge in supporting the data that the company has. The model can be obtained by using predictive data processing of customer data that is categorized as potential or not potential. Data processing can be done using Machine Learning, namely classification techniques. This technique will produce a churn prediction model for determining the category of customers who fall into the Potential or Not Potential category and find out what accuracy value will be generated by applying the classification technique using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. The parameters used in this study are Gender, Age, Marital Status, Dependent, Occupation, Region, Information. The data used are 150 data from customers who have participated in the savings program to find out whether the customer is in the Potential or Non-Potential category. The accuracy results generated using this data are 86.17% of the tools used by Rapidminner.

Abstract

UTILIZATION OF MULTIMEDIA CAM APPLICATION IN PHOTO EDITING TECHNIQUES FOR MSMES IN PALMERAH KELURAHAN, DKI JAKARTA. This Community Service that we undertake together is excellent for assisting MSMEs increase their knowledge and abilities about marketing a product that uses digital technology by using a gadget called a multimedia cam to do photo editing so that the product looks appealing. Buyers want to see the goods in greater depth. So that MSMEs can rise and grow their businesses in the face of a pandemic, expanding their market, raising awareness, and increasing sales and profits. This service plan is being implemented in Palmerah Village with the goal of increasing the number of MSMEs registered in the village to 160 by 2020. MSMEs registered in Palmerah Village in 2020 are interested in a variety of business disciplines. It can be noted that 74% of respondents thought PKM activities in shooting training were very good; additionally, 36% of respondents thought future events were very good, and 35% desired the activity to be done again with current material and offline.

Abstract

Flooding is one factor that can cause an economic slowdown in the affected area. Bandung is known as the "City of Flowers" and "City of Fashion," since the term refers to the city's many different modes that sprout up in various locations to facilitate the purchasing and selling process. Bandung not only gave rise to fashion trends that would become popular year after year, but it also had a plethora of traditional cuisine dishes that were both unique and exciting. Because of this, Bandung Regency is now one of the flood-prone areas in the country. It will be easier to deliver information to communities in the Bandung Regency that are included in Flood-Prone Areas or Non-Flood-Prone Areas if a model of flood-prone areas is created. The SVM method is a technique that may be used in classification and regression and has recently become quite popular. In terms of functions and conditions of problems that can be solved, SVM is similar to Artificial Neural Network (ANN), and to improve its accuracy, it uses what can be optimized with PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization), where the test data used is BNPB official website data, BPS Bandung District, and BMKG that has been processed. Data included in the classification criteria for Flood Prone Areas are Rainfall Intensity, Water Discharge, Area, Length of Rain, and Population Density. The accuracy rate generated by using the SVM algorithm is 85.71% and the AUC generated is 0.841 while the accuracy rate generated by using the PSM-based SVM algorithm is 97.62%. and AUC produced at 1,000

Abstract

Islamic-based education in Indonesia is an educational institution that focuses on forming the character and knowledge of Islamic religious values. Islamic Elementary School Education Institute Plus Baitul Maal in carrying out educational administration procedures still uses the conventional system. The procedure that took place has not been efficient because prospective students are required to complete the registration form sheet by manual means and still stored in the folder. The implementation of information system technology in the education sector is able to provide convenience, especially in terms of efficientness, accuracy and novelty of information. Therefore, the design and creation of a website-based new student admission information system is expected to be able to solve the problem. This research resulted in a website-based new student admission information system with the main Page having Home, About Us, How to Apply, and Contact functionality. The student dashboard page has Home, Student Profile, Document functionality. The admin dashboard page has the functionality of Home, Website Content, Management, Document Completeness, and Settings as an admin user management serves to set up admin accounts (Create, Record, Update and Delete (CRUD) for admin accounts), development methods using waterfalls, research methods using qualitative and information system testing using black box testing that gets conclusions according to various functionality tests. This system is expected to ease the work of new student admission administrators as well as adjustments to education in the Industrial 4.0 era.

Enterprise  Arsitekture Planning (EAP) merupakan salah satu metodologi  melihat unsur secara keseluruhan  dalam perusahaan,  di mana EAP akan menentukan  arsitektur  untuk penggunaan  informasi  dalam mendukung  bisnis  dan rencana  implementasi  arsitektur  di sebuah  perusahaan  / organisasi. Disinilah dibutuhkan peranan dari arsitektur enterprise yang mendukung dari aktivitas bisnis utama serta bisnis pendukung yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Terdapat banyak framework yang dapat dipergunakan dalam perancangan sebuah enterprise untuk mendukung jalannya sistem disebuah enterprise tersebut. Pada kasus penelitian ini mencoba mengambil Framework TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) dengan metode ADM (Architecture Development Methode). Pada penelitian ini komponen architecture yang difokuskan terdiri dari Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, dan Information System Architecture. Pada penelitian kali ini, perencanaan arsitektur enterprise dibuat menggunakan TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) dengan metode ADM (Architecture Develoment Method). Perencanaan arsitektur enterprise ini akan menghasilkan blueprint arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur aplikasi, arsitektur data, dan arsitektur teknologi pada setiap arsitektur, serta roadmap implementasi aplikasi untuk CV Kahuripan Teknologi Nusantara.

Abstract

Websocket merupakan standar baru untuk komunikasi full-duplex. Websocket yang diimplementasikan perlu untuk dilakukan testing guna melihat kesesuaian fungsi yang dibuat. Testing menggunakan metode regression test membutuhkan waktu yang lama jika dilakukan manual. Websocket yang terintegrasi automation regression test diduga mampu menyelesaikan masalah yang ada saat ini. penelitian ini akan melakukan implementasi dashboard reporting websocket event regression test berbasis web menggunakan algoritma FIFO (First In First Out). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi dashboard reporting yang mampu memudahkan admin dalam melakukan pengawasan dan penarikan data serta disajikan dalam bentuk visualisasi dan grafik yang dapat dianalisis. Automation regression test mempermudah proses testing. Algoritma FIFO mampu memproses antrian data yang di testing. Dashboard reporting memiliki fitur test case dan penjadwalan testing. Hasil percobaan pertama websocket testing hanya membuka koneksi saja dan tidak melakukan penutupan koneksi ke websocket eksternal, akan tetapi setelah pengujian kedua semuanya berjalan sesuai yang diinginkan. Dashboard reporting websocket yang dibuat diharapkan mampu mempermuda pihak PT. Tokopedia dalam melihat hasil testing secara cepat dan akurat.

Abstract
