Abstract

Abstract. This activity aims to return soil fertility level passes soil quality repair process with biological organic fertilizer use, so that increase result and agro product quality. watchfulness activity about biological organic fertilizer (POH) is done at village pelem, pare (kediri) with plants object doesnt use POH and use POH between 1 up to 7 year. soil sample taking appointeds at random and done several chemistries analysis, pregnancy poh both for still new (4 also that sufficiently long day)s (1 month). data is analyzed with anova and to detect difference delivers treatment is done test lsd in standard 5%. Based on research that done, got several conclusions, that is (1) biological organic fertilizer (POH) that stills new (fermentation during 4 day)s not yet give stable organic ingredient result. but such biological organic fertilizer can direct be used for organic ingredient increase in soil although the result less optimal. biological organic fertilizer best fermented during around 1 month; (2) biological organic fertilizer increasing into soil as much as 2 ton/ha to every planting will give optimal organic ingredient since gift during 7 year; (3) biological organic fertilizer use into soil will increase according to significant towards pH, P,K,Ca and Mg with KTK soil since biological organic fertilizer gift in the year first, on the contrary can demote availability SO4. Abstract

The aims of this study is to find an effective strategy in the development ofHinterland Tourism Village in Mount Bromo area, so itwill becomes selfsufficientvillages and able to provide the facilities, infrastructure for local andforeign tourism. This research is include as Descriptive explanatory researchwich to obtain field data to build a model of the grand design of rural tourismdevelopment in the Hinterland region of Bromo Mountain. The Object of thisresearch are three tourist villages around Bromo Mountain, while datacollection was done by interviews with rural principiples, SMEs and bothtourist local and international as the sample respondents. Data were analyzedwith SWOT analysis to determine the strategy gathering an the other one isAnalytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determin the ranking of ODTW. Theresults of SWOT analysis based on the weight and value scores of respondentsindicate that the development of rural tourism was scored in the first quadrantis a strategy to optimize the strengths and opportunities, while the results showthat the AHP Wonokitri village has the highest number and the second isNgadisari and ranked third village is Ngadas village. The model of strategyrural tourism could developed when supported optimally by the community, thegovernment such as the Government Center for TNBTS, Department ofTourism, PU, Cooperatives and SMEs, and the Department of SocietyEmpowerement, while also supportby private sectors, SMEs and local investorsand also education Institutions.Keywords: Model Strategy, and Rural Tourism Development

Abstract

The aim of this research was to know what factors affected to the women decision making as enterprneur in Surabaya, and to answer to the research problem which is how is the internal dan eksternal factors affected to the women decision makingas as entrepreneur.Data gathering in this research was using survey method with questionair as instrument in this research. Responden in this research come from the women small enterprenuer populations, there was 150 women small enterprenuer choose by the purposif sampling technique. To answer the research problems dan test of hypothesis data was analyzed by using deskriptif analisis, Correlation, Regression F-test dan t-test.The result of the research show to us that the internal factors (interest, empowerment, and motivation) was affected to women in decision making as enterprneur especially interest and motivation, but the empowerment was not affected significantly. Furthermore eksternal factors such as the husband support and financial resource was not all affected but only the husband support was significantly affected. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi pemasaran dan pendampingan manajemen usaha serta pemberian teknologi tepat guna bagi kelompok usaha kecil yang bergerak di bidang kerupuk di Kenjeran, Kota Surabaya. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kelompok UMKM kerupuk di kenjeran ini adalah penjualan yang macet total karena tidak tengkulak yang datang membeli kerupuk karena adanya pandemi COVID 19 yang melanda, sehingga tidak ada kegiatan penjualan di tempat wisata pantai Kenjeran, selain itu juga rendahnya kemampuan dalam mengelola usaha, tanpa ada perencanaa, pengorganisasi, pembukuan dan evaluasi. Melihat situasi tersebut maka perlu adanya transfer of knowledge dan pendampingan guna menjalankan fungsi manajemen, sehingga kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan dengan memberikan teknologi untuk berjualan online berupa alat Hand phone, Inpulse Sealer, Label produk, dan plastik kemasan, kemudian diberikan pelatihan tentang packaging, dan menjual online melalui Tokopedia dan Sophe. sehingga saat ini sudah ada pembelian melalui Tokopedia Shoppee.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Servant Leadership, Self-Awareness and Competence on Organizational Commitment and Performance of Employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Bangkalan State. Indonesia. Sample in this study was 82 Employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Bangkalan State which gather using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection methods used survey techniques with questionnaires as instruments, and data analysis methods used PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that Servant Leadership, Self Awareness, and Competence has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Further analysis shows that Servant Leadership has a significant influence on the Performance, but Self Awareness Competence has not significant effect on the Performance, eventhouth Organizational Commitment has significant impact on the Performance, its mean that servant leadership and self awareness has important role on increasing the performance of the employees.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of formulating the mapping of Human Resources in order to support the development of floral village tourism, Banyuurip Village, Gresik District, East Java. This research was conducted using a descriptive method to obtain a Human Resources map consisting of identification of gender, age, educational background, work experience and competencies possessed by the people of Kampung Bunga in Banyuurip Village, Gresik. The data was taken through a survey with a questionnaire instrument to the community to support the growth of the tourist village in Banyuurip. After the data was collected, an analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis. The results showed that most of the respondents in this study were 60% men and 40% women, aged 30-50 years, on average had a secondary education and mostly working in the field of florists and flower farming. Furthermore, the average respondent has competency in the field of business and farming florists, and they were expert, because this job has been practiced for a long time and this requires special skills. They are very enthusiast when their village is developed into a tourist village and are willing to take an active role and take part in their respective fields. They also want some training in managing tourist villages, and other training such as planting and taking care of flowers, marketing training, compost making, culinary, catering and so on.

Abstract

This research plans to discover: 1) understudy business enterprise goals studying Economic Education, 2) the impact of observations about pioneering learning, self viability, and inward locus of control on innovative expectations, 3) different elements that impact enterprising aims. Abstract
