Abstract

Strategi kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Masjid Raya Aceh Besar. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah,  guru, dan pengawas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1) Strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru dilakukan melalui a) menetapkan kewenangan guru, b) memberikan tugas yang sesuai dengan bidangnya, c) memberikan kesempatan untuk mengikuti pelatihan dan seminar, d) mendatangkan tutor ke sekolah, e) memberikan kesempatan untuk melanjutkan pendidikan, f) menetapkan sebagai pembimbing dalam kegiatan ekstra kurikuler, 2) Strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin guru yaitu : a) menjalankan peraturan sekolah, b) menciptakan budaya organisasi, c) memberikan sanksi. 3) Strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi guru adalah: a) menciptakan situasi yang harmonis, b) menempatkan guru sesuai dengan bidangnya, c) memenuhi semua perlengkapan yang diperlukan guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, d) memberikan penghargaan dan hukuman, 4) Strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan komitmen guru adalah: a) mengadakan rapat pada setiap awal semester, b) mengawasi pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran, c) mengevaluasi hasil kinerja guru, d) memberi catatan dalam buku pembinaan. 5) Hambatan yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru adalah a) rendahnya tingkat kedisiplinan guru, b)guru kurang termotivasi dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya c) domisili guru yang jauh dari sekolah, d) fasilitas sekolah yang belum memadai, e) rendahnya partisipasi warga lingkungan sekolah.   Kata kunci: Strategi Kepala Sekolah dan Kinerja Guru Daftar Kepustakaan   Akdon, (2007), Strategic Management, for Educational Management (Manajemen Strategik untuk Manajemen Mulyasa, E, (2012), Manajemen dan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Jakarta: Bumi Aksara (2005). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar fisika siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe-NHT  dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe-TGT, hasil belajar fisika siswa yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi tinggi dengan hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi rendah, ada tidaknya interaksi antara model pembelajaran kooperatif dan motivasi berprestasi siswa terhadap hasil belajar fisika. Teknik analisis adalah Anava dua jalur pada  signifikansi a = 0,05 yang dilanjutkan dengan uji Scheffe. Hasil penelitian diperoleh; hasil belajar fisika siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe-NHT lebih tinggi daripada hasil belajar fisika siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe-TGT, hasil belajar fisika siswa dengan motivasi berprestasi tinggi lebih tinggi daripada hasil belajar fisika siswa dengan motivasi berprestasi rendah, terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran kooperatif dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar bahasa Inggris siswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match dengan hasil belajar bahasa Inggris siswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembalajaran langsung, mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar bahasa Inggris siswa yang memiliki kepribadian ekstrovert dengan hasil belajar bahasa Inggris yang memiliki kepribadian introvert, mengetahui interaksi antara model pembalajaran dan tipe kepribadian terhadap hasil belajar. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh kelas VIII MTs Nurul Islam Indonesia, berjumlah 120 siswa yang berasal dari 2 kelas. Teknik penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan cluster random sampling. Jumlah sample penelitian untuk model kooperatif tipe make a match terdiri dari 40 siswa dan 40 siswa untuk model pembelajaran langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan quasi eksperimen desain faktorial 2 x 2, taraf signifikansi α = 0,05, menggunakan Uji-F, dan pengujian uji lanjut dengan Uji Scheffe. Hasil penelitian diperoleh, siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match lebih tinggi dari pada yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung, siswa yang memiliki kepribadian ekstrovert memiliki hasil belajar yang lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang memiliki kepribadian introvert dan terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan tipe kepribadian dalam hasil belajar bahasa Inggris siswa.

Abstract

The purpose this research is to research influenc of internal audit performance measures, professional expertise and auditor work experience  towards state universities in Banten. The population in this study were auditors of the Internal Audit Unit (SPI) at State Universities in Indonesia. The research sample is the SPI auditor and the former State University SPI auditor in Banten. Data collection is done by coming directly to the SPI auditor and former auditor of State University SPI in Banten. This research was conducted by survey method through a questionnaire to SPI auditors and former SPI auditor of State University in Banten. Total of State Universities in Serang is 4 universities. From the survey result, the number of SPI auditors at State University in Banten is 117, consisting of 73 former SPI auditors and 44 SPI auditors. So, the number of distributed questionnaires same as proportion of total samples or respondents is 117 questionnaires. Data processing until hypothesis testing in this study uses SPSS. The results of this study are (1) size of internal audit performance has a significant positive effect on university performance, (2) professional expertise has no significant positive effect on university performance and (3) work experience of internal auditors has a significant effect on university performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the marketing strategies of vegetables in Alebo Village, find out the revenue from the sale of vegetables and the number of contributions from vegetable farming to the total income of farmer households. This research was conducted in Alebo Village, Konda District, South Konawe Regency. The population in this study were all vegetable farmers in Alebo Village with a total of 150 people. Determination of the sample is done by simple random sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula in Rianse (2009) which is as many as 60 people. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis using descriptive method is a method that aims to analyze marketing strategies based on marketing mix strategies, namely product, price, place, and promotion, the results of vegetable sales at the Farmer level in Alebo Village Konda Sub-District, South Konawe District and to find out contributions income from vegetable farming to farmers' total income is used percentage formula. The results showed that the marketing strategy of vegetables produced by farmers in Alebo Village was to use a mixed marketing strategy such as the first strategy of product mix was the farmers' strategy on four vegetable products such as kale, spinach, long beans and chili having a product. quality and quantity are determinants and influence competitive advantage in the vegetable industry. Farmers must pay more attention to the characteristics of marketable vegetables. The second strategy of price mix, namely pricing at the level of vegetable farmers in Alebo Village is determined based on market mechanisms. Given the collectors commonly called papalele to have the capital to do marketing and are most able to access the market. the third mixed distribution strategy is the vegetable marketing channel that this farmer has one channel in which producer farmers do vegetable marketing through papalele. And four promotional mix strategies are a form of promotion carried out by vegetable farmers in their products by means of personal sales promotions. Receipt of sales results are often faced with price fluctuations sometimes high even low if low but farmers do not lose. Based on the results of the study, vegetable prices at the time of the study were categorized as normal prices. And vegetables are sold out. The contribution from vegetable farming to the total household income in Alebo village is 88%. This shows that vegetable farming is a source of income that contributes greatly to respondent farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the proportion of food and non-food household expenditures of poor and non-poor farmers in Raimuna Village, Maligano Subdistrict, Muna Regency and the factors that influence food and non-food expenditure, both poor and not poor. farmers either simultaneously or partially. The population in the study of all farm households in Raimuna Village, Maligano District, Muna Regency was 226 families. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula is Stratified Random Sampling. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the income factor, the number of family members has a significant/significant effect on food expenditure. while the education of the family head and dummy did not significantly influence food expenditure. For non-food income factors, the number of family members and dummy farmer groups has a significant effect on non-food expenditure. while the education of the head of the family does not significantly influence the variable non-food expenditure.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze: (1) The pattern of food consumption of households of fishermen Bajo in the village of Banu-Banua Jaya subdistrict Kulisusu North Buton, (2) The type of food consumed by households fishermen Bajo in the village of Banu-BANUA Jaya subdistrict Kulisusu District North Buton as a source of carbohydrates, protein and vitamins and (3) the relationship between the level of income by the number of types of food sources of carbohydrates, protein and vitamins that are consumed by households in the village of Bajo fishermen Banu-BANUA Jaya subdistrict Kulisusu North Buton. This research was conducted in November and December 2016. The samples were done by simple random method by taking a sample of 15% of the total population of 207 families, as many as 31 people. The data was processed using descriptive analysis and Pearson correlation analysis. The results showed that: (1) Household Bajo fishermen in the village of Banu-BANUA Jaya have food consumption patterns that vary at the time of breakfast, lunch, supper, dinner and midnight. Foodstuffs consumed include: rice, fish, vegetables, eggs, instant noodle, and pastries, (2) Type of food sources of carbohydrates are consumed fisherman Bajo is rice, instant noodle, cake, cassava and kansoami then sources of protein are fish and eggs , while the source of the vitamin only from vegetables and banana, (3) revenues have a strong enough relationship and significant with the number of types of food sources of carbohydrates and protein, high and low income means followed by a great variety of food sources of carbohydrates and protein consumed. While the types of food sources of vitamin ties are weak and insignificant and minerals have no relation to income, meaning that high and low income is not followed by a great variety of food sources of vitamins and minerals are consumed.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat of the ripe mete product marketing at UD. Mete Mubaroq Lombe and investigate the strategy of ripe mete product marketing at UD. Mete Mubaroq Lombe. Technique of data analysis that used is descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. Base on the research finding at UD. Mete Mubaroq Lombe can be known that became the strength is the quality of the product which has delicious taste and more bigger also it has more high price because its quality serves delicious taste, the strategic location means it is reachable. The weakness is the finance note still simple because less of computer technology, less of promotion activity the industry only uses a notice in the street and billboard in front of the industry, and in a certain month the price of the basic material is increasing because the harvest is not maximal caused unpredictable rain. The opportunity with the rise of innovation and creation this business has big opportunity to dominate the market, there are many consumers in other location because cashew is a kind of good which is traded nationally and internationally, and the request is increasing in the certain season for example in the Eid Mubaroq and in certain events. The threat is harvest fail that make limitation of the supply of material means the rain is too rise so the harvest is less or nothing, and the rise of the same business because cashew is one of Kendari gift so people have willing to open its business. The marketing strategy used at UD. Mete Mubaroq Lombe is aggression business strategies means the industry is in prima condition and constant so it is very probably to do business improvement and gain advance maximally.

Abstract

Local knowledge refers to knowledge, belief, understanding or insight, as well as customs demanding human behavior in group life passed down from one generation to the next. Community fishing village of Pasir Putih has a deeply held beliefs relating to the manufacture of floating chart starting from the provision of construction tools, assembly charts, chart operation, until the process of harvesting and post-harvest. The purpose of this study was to describe the local wisdom that is in the fishing village of Pasir Putih communities on fishing effort by using technology and a floating chart to know the benefits of local wisdom fishing village of Pasir Putih subdistrict Lembo North Konawe.The research is a qualitative research, while the key informant in this study consists of 3 members, namely Mr. Puto Basirang as traditional leaders, Mr Asrul D, as village officials, and Mr. Abbas as fishermen. The location of this research is in the hamlet III, Pasir Putih subdistrict Lembo North Konawe. This research uses a model proposed by Miles and Huberman saying that activity in qualitative data analysis carried out intensively and continues through to the end so that the data is already saturated. The benefits that can be felt in preserving local wisdom passed down for generations, namely with the conservation of marine resources, the growing attitude of togetherness and mutual cooperation between the fishing community, the preservation of the balance of the marine ecosystem by not exploiting excessive and to keep the sea is not polluted.

Abstract

Tracer Study adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan oleh beberapa universitas, terutama di Indonesia untuk mendapatkan umpan balik dari alumni. Seiiring dengan pengembangan e-Tracer Study AMIK Indonesia, perlu di evaluasi penggunaan kepada mahasiswa maupun alumni. Evaluasi Tracer Study dari aspek usability dapat dilakukan untuk mengetahui suatu sistem dapat digunakan oleh pengguna secara efektivitas, efisiensi dan kepuasan, Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan observasi dan evaluasi adalah HOT (Human-Organization-Technology) Fit Model. Metode dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu; 1) tinjauan literatur, 2) membahas teori tentang model evaluasi sistem informasi dan fit, dan 3) analisis dan identifikasi model, dan alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah SPSS dan SmartPLS. Dari hasil pencapaian penelitian saat ini, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara teori, penelitian ini telah menambahkan referensi penggunaan model HOT-FIT bagi peneliti selanjutnya atau pihak lainnya dalam memahami pengukuran keberhasilan penerapan system, dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi pihak bidang kemahasiswaan selaku pengelola system e-Tracer Studi. Terdapat penghapusan 1 indikator yang dihapus yaitu indikator LO3. Dari 12 hipotesis terdapat 3 hipotesis yang ditolak, yaitu IQ?STR, IQ?SU dan LO?NB. hubungan antar variabel IQ?STR, IQ?SU dan LO?NB tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, berdasarkan data yang dianalisis dari 124 responden, sebanyak 79% menyatakan penggunaan e-Tracer Studi merasa sangat baik, 11% merasa cukup baik, dan 10% merasa kurang baik.Kata Kunci:Evaluasi, e-Tracer Study, HOT (Human-Organization-Technology) Fit Model.
