Abstract

Teknologi reproduksi aseksual anemon merupakan salah satu teknologi untuk memproduksi benih anemon laut secara buatan untuk kepentingan marikultur anemon laut di perairan alam. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mentrasfer teknologi tersebut kepada kelompok nelayan Sipatuo Desa Teluk Tamiang, Kecamatan Pulau Laut Tanjung Selayar, Kabupaten Kotabaru Kalimantan Selatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara aktif demonstratif dengan melibatkan secara penuh khalayak sasaran mulai dari penyuluhan kelas hingga demosntrasi di lapangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan telah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan khalayak sasaran tentang teknologi produksi benih anemon laut secara aseksual dengan teknik fragmentasi tubuh secara longitudinal. Khalayak sasaran berminat dan mau mengaplikasikan teknologi ini sebagai upaya alternatif usaha selain sebagai nelayan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to map the distribution of macroalgae at the waters of Teluk Tamiang Village, Kotabaru, South Kalimantan. The results showed that there were 8 species of macroalgae living in coral reef ecosystems. They originated from 7 order, 8 family, 8 genera, consisting of Acanthopora muscoides, Gracilaria coronopifolia, Amphiroa fragillissima Chlorodesmis sp., Halimeda macroloba, Enteromorpha sp., Turbinaria conoides, and Dictyota pinnatifida. The diversity index of two stations observed in this study was low.

Abstract

Knowledge about fish behaviour be factor important in determine success of operation catching because i this related to characteristics a target catching either through physical also the biological. Part from tool catch gill net influence behaviour fish there is six factor there are twine net, Strains distance body net, Shortening, Tall net, mesh size and Colour net. Target catching is fish pelagis  in two condition, That is of condition net passive cause fish trapp with hooking part the fish gills while when net in a condition mobile so fish inclined trapp according to belit in body net. Efforts catching can do towards kind fish demersal that is with increase gravity net so that not formed ante-room part under net under of the sea.  Limit maximum depth swimming a kind fish be matter important in determine success efforts catching. Keywords: Behaviour fish, Gill net

Abstract

AbstractThis research is conducted by the researcher's willingness to find out the form of presentation  of music structure of Raddat Koko dance in Sekuduk Village, Sejangkung District, Sambas Regency. The specific problem is how does the form of presentation of music of Raddat Koko dance in Sekuduk Village,Sejangkung District, Sambas Regency? What are the instruments presented in music accompaniments of Radat Koko dance in Sekuduk Village, Sejangkung District, Sambas Regency?. The method that used in this research is descriptive-explorative in the form of Qualitative. The data that used are from the observation result with the informants and figures who understand about the Raddat Koko dance in Sekuduk Village,Sejangkung District, Sambas Regency. The results of the research are: 1. The presentation structure of the music of Raddat Koko dance in Sekuduk Village,Sejangkung District, Sambas Regency included all the musician plays in the Raddat Koko art, the stage that used, the wardrobe and make up that used, sound system, lighting concept, composition and form of presentation structure. 2. All the instruments presented in accompaniments of the music of Raddat Koko dance in Sekuduk Village,Sejangkung District, Sambas Regency included what are the music used and how to play it. 3) The implementation design of the research results to the study activities in school.   The suggestions for the readers are the researcher hope it can give knowledge about Raddat Koko art in Sekuduk Village,Sejangkung District, Sambas Regency especially for the form of presentation structure of music accompaniments of Raddat Koko dance in Sekuduk Village,Sejangkung District, Sambas Regency.  Keywords : form of music presentation, Raddat Koko Dance, Sambas Malay

Abstract

Sea surface temperature (SST) and chlorophyll-a (chl-a) are the important oceanographic parameters determining the abundance and distribution of marine pelagic organism, include skipjack tuna. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between SST and chl-a concentration with production of skipjack tuna off eastern coast of Southeast Sulawesi. Such relationship can be used to identify potential fishing ground of skipjack tuna.SST was derived by NOAA-AVHRR 16 and the data was collected from Lembaga Antariksa dan Penerbangan Nasional (LAPAN). Chl-a was derived from TERRA-MODIS satellite and the data were obtained from Colorado Center of Astrodynamics Research (CCAR) website. Skipjack tuna production data were obtained from direct observation and pole and line fishermen reports (log book) from March to June 2004.The lowest SST occured at March, while the highest at April and May 2004. The higher SST indicated a flow of water mass from nothern area to southern area. From March to May 2004, there was no significant change in chl-a concentration. In that period, the chl-a concentration was relative low and uniformly distributed but significant spatial variation was observed in June. The optimum observed SST for skipjack fishing in the studied area ranged from 25 to 26 °C and from 31,5 to 32,5 °C ; the optimum chl-a concentration ranged from 0,38 to 0,52 mg/m3. SST did not show strong influence on the catch of skipjack tuna ; the catch of skipjack tuna more influenced by chl-a concentration. The most productive fishing ground ; i.e. the potential fishing area off estern coast of Southeast Sulawesi are between Wawonii Island and Menui Island and eastern Umbele Island/northwestern Menui Island.

Abstract

Perairan Karimunjawa merupakan bagian dari perairan Laut Jawa dengan potensi kekayaan hayati maupun non hayati yang cukup tinggi. Informasi terkini tentang karakteristik kimia perairan di perairan Kepulauan Karimum masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji kembali tentang karakteristik dan pola sebaran zat hara (Nitrat dan Fosfat), dan Oksigen Terlarut di Perairan Kepulauan Karimunjawa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan april 2009 dengan menggunakan KR. Baruna Jaya VIII meliputi 13 stasiun pengamatan. Pengambilan sampel air dengan menggunakan Rossete sampler yang dilengkapi dengan botol Niskin pada lapisan permukaan dan dekat lapisan dasar. Kandungan nitrat dan fosfat dianalisis dengan menggunakan metoda Spektrofotometri pada panjang gelombang masingmasing 543 nm dan 885 nm. Kandungan oksigen terlarut diukur dengan menggunakan metode titrasi Winkler. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kandungan nitrat, fosfat dan oksigen terlarut Perairan Karimunjawa masih tergolong normal dan baik untuk kehidupan biota laut. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa kandungan nitrat di lapisan permukaan dengan dasar adalah berbeda sangat nyata. Kandungan fosfat, pH dan oksigen terlarut tidak berbeda nyata antara lapisan permukaan dengan lapisan dasar. Tinggi rendahnya kandungan nitrat, fosfat, dan oksigen terlarut di perairan ini dipengaruhi oleh masukan dari daratan, aktifitas plankton dan biota laut, serta pergerakan massa air.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengembangan usaha produk inteketal kampus ini (PPUPIK) bertujuan untuk mengembangkan usaha budidaya anemon laut yang dapat memberikan kesempatan dan pengalaman kerja kepada mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Kelautan, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat dan mendorong berkembangnya budaya pemanfaatan hasil riset staf dosen untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat dan industri. Tujuan lainnya adalah mentransfer teknologi budidaya anemon laut ornamen pada kawasan terumbu karang non produktif menggunakan benih hasil reproduksi aseksual dengan teknologi fragmentasi tubuh kepada masyarakat nelayan Desa Teluk Tamiang. Khalayak sasaran adalah mahasiswa Ilmu Kelautan dan kelompok nelayan dan eks pembudidaya rumput laut Desa Teluk Tamiang. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah berkembangnya usaha budidaya anemon laut ornamen sebagai mata pencaharian prospektif dan memiliki asas legalitas sebagai pengganti budidaya rumput laut dan penangkapan ikan di laut.Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di perairan Desa Teluk Tamiang, Kabupaten Kotabaru, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan dan di kampus Ilmu Kelautan Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Khalayak sasaran adalah mahasiswa dan masyarakat nelayan. Luaran kegiatan adalah produk anemon laut ornamen hasil budidaya dari benih produksi sendiri menggunakan teknologi reproduksi aseksual dengan teknik fragmentasi tubuh secara longitudinal. Produk anemon ornamen dipasarkan ke eksportir di Makassar. Ruang lingkup kegiatan meliputi persiapan, penadaan induk anemon ornament, produksi benih dengan teknologi reproduksi aseksual, budidaya anemon, pembangunan kantor PPUPIK, dan pemasaran produk anemon. Hasil kegiatan sampai 25 Oktober 2017 menunjukkan seluruh kegiatan yang direncanakan mencapia 100%, meliputi pembangunan sarana prasarana budidaya, pencarian induk anemon, produksi benih anemon, budidaya anemon, pembentukan unit usaha, pembangunan kantor pemasaran PPUPIK anemon laut ornament di kampus, pembentukan unit usaha mahasiswa ilmu kalautan di banjarbaru, dan pemasaran anemon laut. Produksi dan pemasaran produk anemon telah dilakukan mulai bulan September – Oktober 2017.

Abstract

Monitoring of mangrove vegetation in the long-time vulnerable is needed to determine its conversion as the first step of mangrove management. The purpose of this study mapped the spatial distribution of mangrove vegetation and discribed the change of mangrove vegetation area in the coastal area of Tanah Laut Regency for 12 years. The method was used remote sensing and method field obeservation. The mangrove density of 2003 is dominated by medium density and by 2015 is dominated by dense density. The area of mangrove density rarely increased by 375.87 ha. The area of density is decreasing the area of 1.454,16 ha. Density of density increased by 1,639.77 ha.
