Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh indikator Etika Kerja Islami terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di BPRS Amanah Rabbaniah. Etos Kerja Islami di BPRS Amanah Rabbaniah disebut “ILMU PADI”, yaitu Integritas (Integrity), Loyalitas (Loyalty), Mandiri (Independent), Unggul (Superior), Profesional (Professional), Amanah (Trust), Disiplin (Discipline) dan Ikhlas (Sincere). Menurut (Robbins, 2006) terdapat enam aspek kinerja individu karyawan yaitu: kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, efektivitas, kemandirian dan komitmen kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 2. Metode Partial Least Square merupakan bagian dari Structural Equation Analysis (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah indikator-indikator yang berhubungan dengan Etika Kerja Islami mempunyai pengaruh yang berbeda terhadap indikator lain yang berkaitan dengan Kinerja karyawan. Dari semua indikator yang diteliti, terdapat empat indikator Etika Kerja Islami yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap indikator kinerja karyawan, antara lain indikator kedisiplinan terhadap ketepatan waktu, disiplin terhadap kualitas, kemandirian terhadap kualitas, dan profesional terhadap kerjasama.Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Etika Kerja Islami ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of Islamic Work Ethics indicators on Employee Performance in BPRS Amanah Rabbaniah. Of all the indicators studied, there are four indicators of Islamic Work Ethics that have a positive and significant impact on employee performance indicators, including disciplinary indicators to timeliness, discipline to quality, self-reliance to quality, and professional to cooperation.Keywords: Employee Performance, Islamic Work Ethics

Abstract

The Ministry of Manpower stated that the Covid-19 pandemic had a significant impact on labor market conditions in Indonesia. This is due to the increasing number of companies terminating their employees. With this, the unemployment rate increased by 7.35%. One of the factors that can affect the high unemployment rate is the high number of job seekers of 89% which is not matched by the number of jobs as many as 15 million that must be provided by the government. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors can determine the high rate of early productive age unemployment in Sukajadi District, Bandung City. The sample of this study were residents of early productive age located in Sukajadi District, Bandung City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The method used is an exploratory quantitative method by performing regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable level of education of early productive age and health level of early productive age have a significant effect on the unemployment rate of early productive age, while the variable of labor force participation rate of early productive age has no effect on unemployment rate of early productive age.

Abstract

The problem of unemployment in Sukagalih Village is caused by the many economic sectors that have been affected by the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic. Unemployment that occurs is caused by several factors, such as the many occurrences of layoffs (Termination of Employment), the PPKM policy (Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities) or Work From Home (WFH) rules. The purpose of this study is to determine the condition of unemployment due to COVID-19 and strategies to overcome unemployment. This research is categorized as a field research using qualitative descriptive methods and using primary data and secondary data collected using interview guidelines. In determining the strategy of reducing unemployment, this study uses triangulation techniques to test the validity of the data. There are three main reasons revealed by informants from the community that they have not or are not working, namely the COVID-19 pandemic, age constraints, and having a history of illness. The results of this study indicate that there are special strategies in overcoming the unemployment problem due to COVID-19 in Sukagalih Village, including providing job training and increasing job vacancies.

Abstract

Abstract. Sharia Banking as an economic sub-system certainly will directly or indirectly have an impact on the development and economic growth of a country. Sharia Commercial Bank (BUS) is a bank that conducts business activities based on sharia principles and in its activities provides services in payment traffic as referred to in Act Number 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking. The health of a bank is very important for all parties involved both the owner, manager (management) of the bank, the banking service user community, monetary authorities, and other parties.This study was conducted to examine the effect of CAR, BOPO, and NOM on Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2016-2018. This type of research uses quantitative research with a verification approach. The data used are secondary data taken from the FSA using time series data. Data processing uses Eviews version 7.0 with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method.The results showed that the CAR variable partially had a negative effect and the BOPO and NOM variables had a positive and significant effect on FDR at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. From the estimation results obtained R-square of 0.733707, which means 73.37 percent variation of changes in Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) of Sharia Commercial Banks is explained by variations in changes in CAR, BOPO, and NOM. While the remaining 26.63 percent explained by other variables not included in the equation model. Abstrak. Perbankan Syariah sebagai suatu sub sistem ekonomi tentunya baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung akan memberikan dampak terhadap perkembangan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara. Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) adalah bank yang menjalankan kegiatan usahanya berdasarkan prinsip syariah dan dalam kegiatannya memberikan jasa dalam lalu lintas pembayaran sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2008 tentang Perbankan Syariah. Kesehatan suatu bank merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi seluruh pihak yang terkait baik pemilik, pengelola (manajemen) bank, masyarakat pengguna jasa bank, otoritas moneter, serta pihak lainnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh CAR, BOPO, dan NOM terhadap Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia Tahun 2016-2018. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan verifikatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari OJK menggunakan data runtut waktu (time series). Pengolahan data menggunakan program Eviews versi 7.0 dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel CAR secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan variabel BOPO dan NOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap FDR pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia. Dari hasil estimasi diperoleh R-square sebesar 0.733707, yang berarti 73.37 persen variasi perubahan pada Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) Bank Umum Syariah dijelaskan oleh variasi perubahan pada CAR, BOPO, dan NOM. Sementara sisanya 26.63 persen diterangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak masuk ke dalam model persamaan.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to: Knowing the effect of the minimum wage, economic growth and investment on employment in the province of West Sumatra in 2010-2020, Knowing how much influence the Minimum Wage, Economic Growth and Investment have on employment in the province of West Sumatra in 2010-2020. The method that will be used in this research is a quantitative approach. Quantitative or statistical methods are used with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. Research analysis tools use multiple linear regression analysis tools. The partial estimation results obtained that the minimum wage (X1) has a significant and positive effect on employment (Y) in West Sumatra Province at a significance level of 5%. The second variable, economic growth (X2) has a significant and negative effect on employment (Y) in West Sumatra Province at a significance level of 5%. The third variable, investment (X3) in West Sumatra Province has no significant effect and is negatively related to employment (Y) in West Sumatra Province at a significance level of 5%. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test show that the three independent variables (minimum wage, economic growth, and investment) simultaneously have a significant effect on employment in West Sumatra Province at the 95% confidence level. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Mengetahui pengaruh Upah Minimum, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Investasi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di provinsi Sumatera Barat pada tahun 2010-2020, Mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh Upah Minimum, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Investasi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di provinsi Sumatera Barat pada tahun 2010-2020. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode kuantitatif atau statistik digunakan dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Alat analisis penelitian menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil estimasi secara parsial diperoleh upah minimum (X1) berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan positif terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja (Y) di Provinsi Sumatera Barat pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Variabel kedua, pertumbuhan ekonomi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan negatif terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja (Y) di Provinsi Sumatera Barat pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Variabel ketiga, investasi (X3) di Provinsi Sumatera Barat tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan negatif terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja (Y) di Provinsi Sumatera Barat pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Sedangkan, hasil penelitian uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen (upah minimum, pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan investasi) secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Sumatera Barat pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Islamic business ethics and dimensions based on four traits of the Apostle (Shiddiq, Amanah, fathonah, and Tabligh) to Jam'iyyah Persis Banjaran business actors. The research method is a descriptive qualitative analysis method carried out on independent variables without making comparisons or connecting with other variables to obtain an overview of the research variables. The results showed that the four qualities of the Apostle had been applied very well, especially in Shiddiq and Amanah. The results of processed data showed that the highest average score in Islamic business ethics was 4.58. Judging from the four qualities of the Apostle applied by business actors in Persis Banjaran, the Shiddiq dimension value is the highest, 4.68. Meanwhile, the value of the Amanah dimension is 4.59.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the many problems that occur in Indonesian Islamic Banks related to the decline in banking performance caused by the many cases of embezzlement of customer funds and the provision of fictitious financing so that it indicates the low effectiveness of implementing the core value of AKHLAK which results in poor banking performance which is nothing but a reflection of poor performance. employee. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the effectiveness of the core value of AKHLAK on employee performance. The research was conducted at the Indonesian Sharia Bank (BSI) in the city of Bandung, with the method used was a verification method with a quantitative approach. The distribution of questionnaires was carried out as a data collection technique with respondents from all BSI employees in the city of Bandung.

Abstract

There has been an increase in consumer demand for halal products in recent year that does not only come from Muslim consumers but also from non-Muslim consumers. They view halal products as safe and healthy. This triggers consumer awareness of halal products and is followed by the wishes of producers to fulfill their rights to halal products. This research examines factors that drive purchasing decisions for halal products in Indonesia through a literature review. The findings of this research show there are several factors that determine someone’s decision to purchase halal products, i.e., religiosity, halal label, halal lifestyle, product knowledge, and Islamic branding/advertising. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana Intellectual Capital Profile yang dibentuk dari  dari Human, Struktur Physical dan financial capital Di bank syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu suatu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan karakteristik variabel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan telah memenuhi syarat pengujian asumsi klasik. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 11 bank syariah selama tahun 2016-2018 sebelum munculnya peristiwa 3 bank pemerintah merger. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan Perbankan Syariah yang diakses melalui Bursa Efek Indonesia serta website perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara rata-rata Produktivitas dari Human Capital (HCE) telah Efisien karena memperoleh nilai positif 1,76, sedangkan Structure Capital (STE) yang dibangun dikategorikan efisien dengan hasil positif 0,51  dan Phisical ,Financial capital (CEE) secara rata-rata diperoleh hasil sebesar  menunjukkan kondisi efisiensi.sebesar 0,84. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis regresi berganda bahwa Human capital (HCE), Structure Capital (STE) serta Phisical dan Financial Capital (CEE) memiliki kontribusi terhadap nilai Bank Syariah sebesar 98 %. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0,02 % dipengaruhi faktor lain. F  98 % menunjukan bahwa antara unsur-unsur VAIC memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat terhadap Nilai 11 Bank Syariah. Nilai rata-rata VAIC 11 bank Syariah berada di angka 2 yang memiliki arti Common Performers.
