Abstract

This study was aimed to test empirically the correlation between intellectual ability and need achievement with work performance. The hypothesis posed in this study were: 1) there was correlation between intellectual ability and need achievement with work performance; 2) there was correlation between intellectual ability and work performance; 3) there was correlation between need achievement and work performance. This study involved 16 subjects of parts sales service in Heavy Equipment Company of Jakarta. Data intelligence, need achievement and performance were found from personnel data in organization. Based on regression analysis concluded that 1) there was a significant correlation between intellectual ability and need achievement with work performance, 2) there was no correlation between intellectual ability and work performance, 3) there was a significant positive correlation between need achievement and work performance.

Abstract

This study was aimed to identify the con-elation between psychological climate and effort with performance. This hypothesis posed in this study were: 1) the correlation between psychological climate and performance; 2) the correlation between effort and performance. This subjects of this study were 29 officer in Minning Company in Jakarta. Data were collected based on two scales, that were psychological climate scale, and employee effort scale and performance was found from personnel data in organization. Based on regression analysis concluded that 1) there was no correlation between psychological climate with performance; 2) there was no con-elation between effort with performance.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menguji teori apakah anak yang mengalami GangguanPemusatan Perhatian dan Hiperaktivitas mengalami hambatan perkembangan motorik halusseperti menggambar dan menulis.Penelitian ini melibatkan   33 subjek, yaitu anak-anak usia 4 – 7 tahun  yang menjadiklien di Pusat Pengkajian Tumbuh Kembang Anak (PPPTKA) yang didiagnosis mengalamiGangguan Pemusatan Perhatian dan Hiperaktivitas. Perinciannya adalah 18 anak yangterdeteksi mengalami Gangguan Pemusatan Perhatian (GPP) dan 15 anak mengalamiGangguan Pemusatan Perhatian dan Hiperaktivitas (GPPH). Penegakan diagnosis dilakukanpengukuran inteligensi dengan tes WISC dan observasi pada anak yang diduga mengalamiGPP dan GPPH dengan menggunakan  guide line  yang disusun sesuai dengan kriteriadiagnostik Gangguan Pemusatan Perhatian dari DSM IV, serta diberikan tes VMI untukmengukur kemampuan visual motorik anak.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang menggunakan  perhitungan frekuensi ataumenghitung berapa banyak anak GPP dan GPPH yang mempunyai kemampuan visualmotorik yang rendah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua anak (GPP) mempunyaikemampuan visual motorik yang rendah, karena dari 19 anak  GPP hanya 6 anak yangmempunyai kemampuan visual motorik yang rendah, sedangkan 13 anak kemampuan visualmotoriknya rata-rata dan tinggi. Abstract

Kegiatan konseling kelompok dilakukan untuk siswa putri kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Pleret, SMP Muhammadiyah Pleret dan SMP Muhamamdiyah Imogiri,Bantul. Sebelum dilakukan konseling kelompok dilakukan seleksi dengan menggunakan Skala Kompetensi Sosial. Peserta konseling kelompok adalah siswa putri yang memiliki skor kompetensi sosial yang rendah.Konseling kelompok di SMP Muhammadiyah Imogiri dilakukan pada tanggal 25 dan 26 Maret 2018 yang melibatkan 7 orang siswa dalam 1 kelompok. Konseling kelompok di SMP Muhammadiyah Pleret dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27 dan 28 Maret 2018 yang melibatkan 7 orang siswa dalam 1 kelompok. Konseling kelompok di SMP MBS Pleret dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 dan 30 Maret 2018 yang melibatkan 20 orang siswa dalam 3 kelompok. Konseling kelompok terdiri dari sesi pembentukan kelompok, tahap involvement, tahap transisi, tahap terapi dan tahap akhir.Hasil evaluasi dengan menggunakan Skala Kompetensi Sosial menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta mengalami peningkatan dalam kompetensi sosial setelah mengikuti kegiatan konseling kelompok. Selain itu setelah mengikuti konseling kelompok para siswa merasa lega saat mengungkapkan permasalahannya, mampu mengenali dan mengekspresikan emosinya serta mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang cara mengelola emosi, cara mengenali emosi diri serta bersikap asertif.Kesimpulan dari kegiatan yang telah dilakukan adalah konseling kelompok mampu meningkatkan kompetensi sosial pada siswa putri. Kata kunci : konseling kelompok, siswa putri  GROUP COUNSELING  FOR  SEVEN GRADE FEMALE STUDENTS OFSMP MBS PLERET, SMP MUHAMMADIYAH PLERETAND SMP MUHAMMADIYAH IMOGIRI  Alfi Purnamasari, Erlina Listyanti Widuri, Siti MulyaniFakultas Psikologi Universitas Ahmad Dahlan alfi_purnamasari@yahoo.com Group counseling activities were conducted for seventh grade female students of Pleret Middle School Muhammadiyah Boarding (MBS), Muhammadiyah Pleret Middle School and Imogiri Muhamamdiyah Middle School, Bantul. Before group counseling is carried out selection by using the Social Competency Scale. Participants in group counseling were female students who had low social competency scores.Group counseling at Muhammadiyah Middle School Imogiri was conducted on March 25 and 26 in 2018 involving 7 students in 1 group. Group counseling at Muhammadiyah Middle School Pleret was held on March 27 and 28 in 2018 which involved 7 students in 1 group. Group counseling at the MBS Pleret Middle School was held on March 29 and 30 in 2018 which involved 20 students in 3 groups. Group counseling consists of group formation sessions, involvement stage, transition phase, therapy stage and final stage.The evaluation results using the Social Competence Scale showed that most participants experienced an increase in social competence after participating in group counseling activities. In addition, after following the counseling the groups of students were relieved when expressing their problems, being able to recognize and express their emotions and gain knowledge about how to manage emotions, how to recognize emotions and be assertive.The conclusion of the activities that have been carried out is group counseling capable of increasing social competence in female students. Keywords: group counseling, female students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan draf alat ukur kesantunan berbahasa Jawa dalam situasi bersemuka formal. Penelitian ini mempergunakan pendekatan research and development (R D) berupa alat ukur kesantunan berbahasa Jawa sesuai dengan jenis tindak tuturnya. Subjek penelitian di tahun pertama ini meliputi para pendidik bahasa Jawa baik di tataran SLTP maupun tataran SLTA, maupun di perguruan tinggi yang diprediksi telah mempergunakan bahasa Jawa sebagai alat komunikasi secara santun. Lokasi penelitian adalah Yogyakarta.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dilakukan dengan survey-angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis  kualitatif diperguakan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis tindak tutur berbahasa Jawa dan aspek dalam alat ukur kesantunan tindak tuturnya, kuantitatif untuk mengetahuai skala kesantunannya. Berdasarkan jenisnya  tindak tuturnya yang terdapat dalam proses komunikasi bersemuka berbahasa Jawa pada proses pembelajaran dapat dibedakan menjadi lima jenis tidak tutur, yaitu: tindak tutur asertif, ekspresif, direktif, deklaratif dan komisif. Tindak tutur komisif merupakan tindak tutur yang tidak produktif. Suatu tuturan dapat dikategorikan menjadi suatu tuturan yang sangat santun, tuturan yang santun, agak santun, kurang santun , atau tuturan yang sangat tidak santun. Tingkat kesopanan suatu tuturan ditentukan oleh berbagai faktor yaitu mengandung maksim kesantunan atau tidak, sesuai tidak dengan tingkat tutur, ada tidaknya kinesik yang sesuai, nada suara yang sesuai, siap diri, tujuan dari pembicaraan, kesesuaian denga konteks, ada tidaknya sapaan, serta ada tidaknya penanda kesantunan.Abstract This study aims to develop a draft of Javanese politeness tools in a formal situation. This research uses research and development approach (R D) in the form of measuring tools politeness of Javanese in accordance with the type of speech acts. Research subjects in this first year include the Javanese language educators both in junior high and high school level, as well as in universities that are predicted to have used the Java language as a means of polite communication. The research location is Yogyakarta. Data collection is done by survey-questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was done by qualitative and quantitative descriptive technique. Qualitative analysis is used to describe the type of speech acts in Javanese language and aspects in the measuring tool of politeness of speech acts, quantitative to know the scale of politeness. Based on the type of speech acts contained in the process of communication in the language of Javanese learning process can be divided into five types of speechless, namely: assertive speech acts, expressive, directive, declarative and commissive. Commissive speech acts are unproductive speech acts. A speech can be categorized into a very polite speech, polite, somewhat polite, or polite speech. The level of decency of a speech is determined by various factors that contain the maxim of politeness or not, in accordance with not the level of speech, the presence or absence of the appropriate kinesik, the tone of the appropriate voice, ready yourself, the purpose of the conversation, conformity with the context, whether there is a greeting, markers of politeness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan kepemimpinan dan supervisi pendidikan di SD IT Ulul Albab Tarakan dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru SD IT Ulul Albab. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang digunakan kepala sekolah SD IT Ulul Albab adalah gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. Namun, gaya kepemimpinan demokratis di sekolah tersebut terkadang sedikit lebih keras. Selain itu, adapun proses supervisi yang dilakukan dibagi menjadi dua jenis yaitu supervisi akademik dan supervisi manajerial.? Untuk supervisi akademik di sekolah tersebut terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu supervisi pembelajaran secara umum yang dilakukan oleh wakil kepala kurikulum dan supervisi pembelajaran Al-Qur?an yang dilakukan oleh wakil kepala Al-Qur?an, sedangkan supervisi manajerial dilakukan langsung oleh kepala sekolah kepada tenaga pendidik dan staf yang ada.

Abstract

Naskah Jawa mengandung nilai-nilai luhur yang beraneka ragam dan bila kita kaji, hal itu akan memberikan sumbangan yang bermanfaat bagi kebudayaan nasional. Untuk mengkaji naskah itu tidaklah mudahkarena naskah tersbut biasanya ditulis dengan menggunakan aksara Jawa dan bahasa Jawa. Demikian juga dalam mengkaji naskah Saptastha akan ditemui beberapa faktor penghambat.

Abstract

Background of Study: Toddlers are included in the nutritionally vulnerable society groups. An example of growth disorders is stunting. Stunting is a growth disorder in toddlers due to chronic malnutrition with TB/U index. If the z-score <-2 SD, then it is categorized as stunted and severely stunted if the z-score <-3 SD. Data from Riskesdas 2018 showed that the incidence of toddler stunting was 30.8%. Objective: Analyze the relationship between birth weight and giving complementary feeding with the incidence of toddler stunting.Method: This research used descriptive analytical study with cross sectional design. Thepopulation consists of mothers with stunted toddler and the sample obtained consisted of 122 respondents. This research was done on August 2019 at Cibungbulang Public Health Center. The bivariate analysis used chi-square test, whereas the multivariate analysis used double logistic regression test. Result : The results from the bivariate analysis indicated there was a significant relationship between birth weight (p=0.002) with the incidence of stunting and an insignificant relationship was deduced between giving complementary feeding (p=0.11) with the incidence of toddler stunting. The results of multivariate analysis showed that birth weight was the dominant risk factor of toddler stunting. Toddlers with normal birth weight had a risk rate of 3.79 times of stunting with stunted category, while giving complementary feeding was a confounding variable, thus it must be controlled.Conclusion: This research showed that there was a significant relationship between birthweight with the incidence of toddler stunting, whereas there was an insignificant relationship between giving complementary feeding with the incidence of toddler stunting. Suggestion: This research is expected to be a feedback for Cibungbulang Public Health Center as a means for prevention and early detection of toddler stunting.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Indonesia ranks 2nd largest in the world after India. Resistance to anti-tuberculosis drugs is one of the difficulties in treating tuberculosis. This research aim to determine the effectiveness of legundi (Vitex trifolia) leaf extract nanoherbal in killing Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This study was conducted with an experimental design using M. tuberculosis colonies taken from 25 samples of aspirate of tuberculosis patients with lymph nodes and then given the ethanol extract of legundi leaves (70% and 90%) with the process of making nanoparticle extracts. The evaluation of the observations was in the form of measuring the inhibition zone for bacterial growth which were categorized as weak ( 5mm), moderate (6-10mm), strong (11-20 mm) and very strong ( 21mm). The results of the study from 6 repetitions found that the inhibition zone category was 0% weak, 39% moderate, strong 52.3%, and very strong 8.7%. Comparison of the concentration of legundi leaf extract to the diameter of the bacterial growth inhibitory zone was analyzed using the Kruskal Wallis test, which found a significant relationship with p value = 0.000 ( 0.05). Legundi's leaf extract can be used as an antibacterial agent for M. tuberculosis.Â
