Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to improve student learning outcomes in teaching and learning in SMPI Al-Hasanah Pandau Jaya to implement cooperative learning model numbered heads together in math. This study uses classroom research. This is done in two cycles. Activities and student learning outcomes data were obtained by collecting activity data using observation sheets and daily test. Data collected were analyzed statistically werescore descriptive. The results in cycle I. found that the percentage of students who achieve the KKM is 63.15% and the award is based on the first cycle of the four teams are given 3 great team and one team is given a super, while in the second cycle of the 4 teams are given a great team. The conclusian research shows that the application of cooperative learning model to jointly head numbered approach can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes..Key words: numbered heads together, learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract The location of the road in Senali Village, North Bengkulu Regency is a shortcut that does not pass through the city center, if high rainfall results in water flowing through the road, as well as puddles of water around people's homes, this is due to the absence of adequate drainage channels to drain runoff. rain on roads and community sewers. The purpose of this research is to design the dimensions of road drainage in Senali Village by calculating the annual rainfall data. The results of the study showed that the condition of inundation on the Senali Village road and community houses as a result of the absence of good drainage on the road body and due to high rainfall, a drainage design was planned by calculating the intensity of rainfall for the last 15 years (data from the Statistics Agency). the amount of rainfall X1 = 4577 mm, the arithmetic mean of cumulative rain (X) = 305.13 and the standard deviation (Sx) = 77.55 and the value of the amount of rainfall for the return period T years (mm)/24 hours XT is obtained = 370.11 mm. The dimension selection is a trapezoidal model with a size of Q=0, 38 m3/second h = 0,52 m W=0,36 m B=0,53 m and A= 1,05 m.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the dynamics in the process of deteni handling (refugees and asylum seekers) to the protection of human rights in immigration detention. The case study is taken from Surabaya immigration detention (Rudenim). The researcher uses 7 (seven) indicators to notice the handling of the deteni seen from the aspect of human rights protection for deteni in Rudenim, namely the fulfillment of the right to life (for food), the fulfillment of the right to get clothing (clothes), fulfillment of the right to religious practice, fulfillment of the right to access health services, fulfillment of the right to education, the fulfillment of the right to the activity and recreation as well as the fulfillment of the right for deteni with special needs. Meanwhile, the researcher also looks at supporting and inhibiting factors from internal and external sides in the fulfillment of human rights in Rudenim. However, despite Rudenim Surabaya has some inhibiting factors in the fulfillment of human rights for deteni, Rudenim Surabaya can provide protection of human rights for deteni pretty well.

Abstract

The high number of child violence in Sumbawa regency in the last four years (2016-2019) shouldencourage the local government, the community and the educational institution to give special attention. Thedata issued byKPAIin 2018 showed that the child violence in school area increased significantly, particularlythe case of physical and sexual violence. The cases reached 51.20 %. Meanwhile, the regulation regardingthe prevention and tackling the violence in education unit has been determined through the regulation of theminister of education and culture of Indonesia Republic in 2015. The aim of this study is to understand therole of educational institutions in preventing and tackling the violence in educational environmentwith a casestudy in junior high school and senior high school across Sumbawa regency. The study used a qualitativedescriptive approach. This method focused on depth research in order to look at the role of educationalinstitution in preventing and tackling the violence in educational environment. The results of the study showedthat the educational institutions are less active to do a prevention and tackling the violence in the schoolenvironment. One of a routine active conducted by each school is ‘IMTAQ’(religious improvement). Besidesthat the kids’ friendly school and the fulfilment of the children’s right to create the kids’ friendly school hasnot fully understood by educational institutions in Sumbawa regency. Therefore, the kids’ friendly schoolcould not be implemented.

Abstract

Di era digital sekarang ini, pertumbuhan internet semakin meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Dimanapun dan kapanpun, pengguna dapat terhubung ke jaringan melalui Internet. Penggunaan media sosial terbilang cukup mudah dan dapat dipelajari dengan cepat oleh orang awam sekalipun. Tentunya hal tersebut menjadi peluang positif bagi “vendor” dan “pelanggan” serta semua pihak yang terlibat dalam dunia bisnis. Adanya pemberitaan tentang potensi wisata kawasan Sidowayah dalam media digital dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu sumber utama tumbuhnya kegiatan pariwisata berbasis keindahan alam dan kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan media digital sebagai media pemasaran Desa Wisata Sidowayah. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan terhadap media komunikasi pemasaran pariwisata Desa Wisata Sidowayah serta studi literatur sebagai pendukung teori. Hasil diperoleh bahwa pemanfaatan media sosial Desa Wisata Sidowayah terbukti dapat menarik banyak minat pengunjung. Penggunaan media sosial sebagai komunikasi pemasaran oleh pengelola Desa Wisata Sidowayah dan juga pengguna umum berjalan dengan efektif dan sangat praktis dalam membangun interaksi positif diantara keduanya. Pengunjung yang merasa puas dapat memberi saran kepada teman, kerabat, saudara sebagai calon pengunjung baru destinasi wisata Desa Sidowayah.
