Abstract

Kaos Photography adalah salah satu bisnis fashion yang berkembang di Bandung, Jawa Barat. Permintaan untuk produk ini semakin meningkat tetapi tidak dapat terpenuhi oleh pesaing serjenis karena investasi mesin untuk produksi. Analisis kelayakan usaha yang dilakukan adalah analisis aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek sumber daya manusia, aspek legal dan lingkungan, serta aspek finansial. Hasil analisis kelayakan menggambarkan bahwa penelitian ini layak untuk dijalankan dengan hasil payback period 2 tahun 10 bulan, Net Present Value sebesar Rp.341.304.729, -, dan Internal Rate of Return adalah 24,93%. Kata Kunci: Kaos Photography, Analisis Kelayakan, Investasi AbstracT T-shirt photography is one of a growing fashion business in Bandung, West Java. The demand for these products more increase but can't be met by similar competitors because to production machinery investment. Conducted feasibility analysis is market aspects, technical aspects, human aspects resources, legal and environmental aspects and as financial aspects. The results of the feasibility analysis illustrates that this study deserves to be run with the results of the payback period of 2 years 10 months, the net present value of rp. 341 304 729, -, and internal rate of return of 24.93%.
