Most college celebrities may not be very familiar with blockchain, except maybe for a few people who follow the financial cycle of a cryptocurrency called Bitcoin. Blockchain is a security technology that can replace traditional academic transcripts and provide a new model for sharing scientific information. This makes blockchain a useful learning tool or even as a medium for channeling or storing academic data. Apart from that, Blockchain can also be used to determine the ownership of a person's intellectual property. The proliferation of false credentials micro-credentials encourages academics to be able to strengthen the data security system implemented. Therefore, to strengthen and make it easier to validate the validity of these micro-credentials, this blockchain technology is considered very suitable to be used as a solution. Therefore, in this study the author uses the literature review method with the aim of finding out whether blockchain technology can update the Indonesian education system to a better domain or not.

FTP LAPAN Bandung is a web-based FTP that houses observational data from different workshops and the LAPAN Aerospace Observer Center, which are located around Indonesia. The Data Center at LAPAN Bandung has a very high storage media capacity for observational data. As a result, software must be designed to be able to exploit and handle huge data sets. The database management process, which uses MySQL software for user management, data request, management, admin administration, and tool and data management, is used to handle huge amounts of data.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh ROE, DER, Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai perusahaan dengan Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sebagai variabel intervening. ROE, DER, ukuran perusahaan menjadi variabel independen, nilai perusahaan sebagai variabel dependen sedangkan Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian hipotesis dengan jumlah observasi yang digunakan adalah 670 observasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh populasi. Jenis data adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis jalur dengan alat bantu statistik Software SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ROE berpengaruh negatif terhadap Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) , DER berpengaruh positif terhadap Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), ROE berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, DER berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan

This study used a sample of 30 employees of Raharja College, Cikokol, Tangerang which were taken randomly to test the effect of the quality of human resources, job evaluation, incentives on employee productivity. The survey method with path analysis technique was used to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables with the aim of knowing the direct or indirect effect of a set of independent variables (exogenous) on the dependent variable (endogenous) with data analysis using the smart PLS 3.0 version software. The results show that the quality of human resources has a positive effect on employee productivity with a path coefficient value of 0.145, the quality of human resources has a positive effect on incentives with a path coefficient value of 0.121, incentives have a positive effect on productivity with a path coefficient value of 0.784, while performance evaluation has no positive effect on employee productivity with a path coefficient value of -0.103. It can be said that all the hypotheses in this study only one that does not have a positive effect while the rest have a positive effect. From the results of the data analysis, it can be seen that the quality of human resources directly affects employee productivity at Raharja College. Thus, the hypothesis which states that the quality of HR has a direct effect on employee productivity is accepted.

Suicidal tendency among youngsters is one of emerging issue in society.This not only results in loss of life but also has disruptive psychosocial and adverse socio-economic effects. It accounts for 1.4% of all deaths. It is also reported that men die more than women. If we look at male to female ratio regarding suicide death, then it is 1.5 to 1 and is highest in richest countries. Each year, approximately 800,000 people die by suicide worldwide. Fast life style, academic pressure, relationships, drug addiction etc, are major causes of this. This is exacerbated by the presence of new factors that arise as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, which puts new pressures on society, which of course worsens the mental condition of today's society.Governments and NGOs are highly concerned about it. In this paper, we are concerned about the role of technology to prevent it. We will discuss how artificial intelligence can help in keeping the wellbeing of the mental state of human beings. Our focus would be on use of artificial intelligence in predicting and preventing suicide attempt. We will share our perspective on how other techniques excluding AI can help to alleviate this menace.AI based applications are playing a vital role to assist mental health. Our purpose is to study the role of AI in mental health.

Dashboard adalah satu aplikasi yang secara real time akan memonitoring berbagai informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh suatu organisasi atau perusahaan dengan berbagai macam format. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi informasi yang canggih, saat ini Widuri yang merupakan salah satu website yang ada di Perguruan Tinggi Raharja ternyata belum menerapkan dashboard pada website tersebut sehingga menyulitkan para admin widuri dalam merekap laporan performa widuri wayang. Maka diperlukannya penerapan dashboard pelaporan penulisan Widuri pada Website Widuri dengan menggunakan mediawiki yang bisa menampung dan mengolah data untuk dijadikan sebuah informasi yang dibutuhkan. Kata kunci : Dashboard, Widuri, Informasi Dashboard is an application that in real time will monitor various information needed by an organization or company with various formats. With the development of sophisticated information technology, this time Widuri is one of the websites in the College Raharja was not yet apply the dashboard on the website so difficult for the administrators of widuri in recording performance reports puppet widuri. So the need for the application of dashboard reporting Widuri writing on Widuri Website by using mediawiki that can accommodate and process data to be a needed information. The correspondence system is one of the factors that influence the management of letters in the SKK Migas Supply Chain Management Division, so it is very necessary to manage the letter better, faster, and easily. This Information System can reduce so much use of time in archiving letters and dispositions, reduce paper use, reduce the possibility of errors in recording, speed up the search process of the letter, facilitate the control of disposition of letters, and easy to use. This system also eases the process of data communication between sections and makes reports that are always updated and can be seen in the monthly and annually reports. The Incoming Mail Information System is created using tools such as PHPMyAdmin, MySQL as a database and Xampp as the server.

Teknologi kini melahirkan kecerdasan-kecerdasan buatan yang baru telah membawa transformasi bisnis ritel terhadap preferensi konsumen menjadi lebih mudah dalam menentukan pilihan untuk mengkonsumsi barang dan jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh retail intelligence dan retail innovation terhadap customer preference dengan variabel antara customer experience. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan model structural equation modeling (SEM). Teknik pengambilan sampel secara probability sampling dengan simple random sampling, dengan metode survei menggunakan google forms kepada sejumlah 100 orang responden di kota Tangerang. Berdasarkan hasil uji t-value pada model struktural terhadap kelima hipotesis yang diuji menunjukkan bahwa hanya satu hipotesis yang diterima atau signifikan yakni pengaruh retail innovation terhadap customer experience, sedangkan sisanya tidak signifkan.
