Abstract

This research is useful to develop the potential in physics education students to use virtual practicum with PhET Simulation and practicum rill. PhET Simulation is a series of interactive virtual practical simulations. In the implementation of practicum rill by using a kit set of ripple tank tools. to determine the speed value on the ripple tank see the wavelength that occurs at each frequency. To determine the speed value on the ripple tank see the wavelength that occurs at each frequency. The results of the analysis of the speed value in the ripple tank using PhET Simulation were obtained by V=(0.0832 ± 0.208384) m/s and the result of the speed value on the ripple tangka using kit practicum tool obtained by V= |0.0183 ± 0.367420 |  m/s. It is easier to practice using a virtual laboratory with the help of phet simulation application is very effective for analysis of physics experiments.

Abstract

This research develops scientific-based learning on black body radiation material, knows the feasibility of scientific-based learning modules, and sees student responses to scientific-based learning modules. Provide alternative teaching materials that can be used in physics learning. Learning can be easily done because the learning steps that are already in the module can be a solution for teachers and students learning physics does not look difficult and boring. The limited trial results obtained an average score of 3.2 or 80% in the "good" category and based on the results of the trial, it was obtained an average of 3.21 or 80% in the "good" category. These results can be ignored that the physics learning module with a scientific approach to black body radiation material is suitable for use in learning at school

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parental attention on science learning achievement. Knowing the effect of student interest in learning achievement in Science. Knowing the effect of parental attention and student interest in learning together on the science learning achievement of class VII Mts students. Nurul Falah, Areman Depok. The method used in this study is a correlational survey method. The sample in this study was 30 students whose collection was determined based on random sampling techniques. With a description of the data for each variable, the tests carried out are normality and homogeneity tests. In this study, the hypothesis will be tested through statistical methods in the form of regression and correlation tests. Based on the partial regression test, it was obtained tcount <ttable, namely 01.81 <2.052, then H0 was accepted and it was concluded that there was no significant effect of interest in learning (X2) on students' science learning achievement (Y).

Abstract

Teachers are expected to maximize their role in teaching abilities and expertise. There is a need for innovation made by teachers by utilizing technology. The use of smartphones will be far more optimal if it is used properly by the teacher as a learning medium. Appypie is a website that provides templates for making Android applications for free and paid. The learning materials that are filled in can contain text, pictures, videos, links, and interactive quizzes that can stimulate students' attention and thoughts so that they have an impact on improving student learning outcomes. In this study, there was a significant difference between the experimental group, namely those who were given physics teaching using appypie learning media with power point learning media. The results of the research conducted by the author show that learning physics using appypie learning media is better. Because appypie learning media refers to learning media where students can study anywhere and anytime making it easier for students to learn. Learning using appypie learning media in physics lessons in class XI SMK Wirabuana Bogor can influence and improve student physics learning outcomes to explore understanding and solve physics problems.

Abstract

In the 2013 curriculum, teachers required to be creative in teaching. Using many learning media to improve student interest in teaching and learning process. And the one is using printed learning media like student workship. This research aim to give  convenience for teachers to manage teaching and learning process which emphasizes on students activity or group of student. And also helping teachers to directing students to find concepts in theory. This worksheet contain practicum activities which is useful to upgrade students creativities and also can see for real subject matter that discussed. This research using R&D method which is using 4D development style, but only up to develop step. The result of this research from expert validation have average percentage 84 % and from linguist have average percentage 83 %.

Abstract

Understanding a physics concept requires supporting activities such as practicum. The existence of the Covid-19 Pandemic has caused practicum not to be carried out directly in the laboratory so it is done through virtual laboratory media, one of which is the Crocodile Physics software. However, the use of Crocodile Physics software for prism practicum has not been widely used. Therefore, in this study using Crocodile Physics 605 software which aims to determine the angle of deviation in different prisms and to see the relationship between the angle of incidence and the angle of deviation of the prism. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, it is found that the benzane medium produces the largest prism deviation angle compared to other mediums, which is 62o. The greater the value of the angle of incidence in the first plane of the prism , the greater the value of the angle of deviation . Vice versa, the smaller the value of the angle of incidence in the first plane of the prism, the smaller the value of the angle of deviation.

Abstract

Selama wabah pandemi Covid-19, para pendidik diharuskan untuk melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Selama pembelajaran jarak jauh dilakukan terdapat beberapa kendala, salah satunya adalah kegiatan praktikum yang seharusnya dilakukan di laboratorium. Kegiatan praktikum dapat dilakukan secara daring melalui laboratorium virtual sehingga siswa tetap dapat melakukan praktikum melalui pembelajaran jarak jauh. Adapun laboratorium virtual yang digunakan harus yang mudah dipahami dan digunakan oleh pendidik dan siswa, salah satunya adalah Crocodile Physics 605. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pelatihan penggunaan laboratorium virtual Crocodile Physics 605 untuk para pendidik. Adapun tujuan dari pelatihan ini untuk mensosialisasikan laboratorium virtual dengan menggunakan Crocodile Physics 605, dan mengukur tingkat pemahaman peserta dalam menggunakan Laboratorium Virtual Crocodile Physics 605 dalam pembelajaran. Sasaran dari pelatihan ini merupakan guru- guru tim MGMP fisika SMA Kabupaten Karawang. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan metode diskusi dan tanya jawab yang dilakukan daring. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi di tiap akhir pelatihan. Hasil akhir pada pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa guru MGMP fisika SMA Kabupaten Karawang dapat melakukan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Laboratorium Virtual Crocodile Physics 605, hal tersebut dibuktikan melalui simulasi praktikum yang dibuat oleh para peserta. Selain itu, para peserta dapat memahami laboratorium virtual Crocodile Physics 605 dengan tingkat pemahaman mencapai 89,3%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop learning media for physics comics on the subject matter of measurement for class X students, to know the quality of physics comics in the developed measurement material for class X students at SMAN 1 Compreng, and to know the students responses to physics comics on the developed measurement material. This research is development research by conducting product analysis to be developed, developing initial products, expert validation and revisions, small-scale field trials and product revisions, and large-scale field trials and final products. The result of the research is the product developed in the form of Comic Physics Media, the Main Material of Measurement. The quality of the physics comic media developed according to media experts is Good (B) with a value of 3.14, according to the material experts is Very Good (SB) with a value of 3.61, according to the physics teacher is Very Good (SB) with a value of 3, 67. 3). Student responses to physics comics in limited trials obtained a percentage of 93% while in large-scale field trials obtained a percentage of 95%.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan permasalahan mitra yang diidentifikasi meliputi (1) memberikan informasi dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran terutama untuk penunjang praktikum fisika, (2) pergeseran perubahan proses pembelajaran secara daring di era new normal tahun 2020 memaksakan guru dan siswa untuk belajar secara online dirumah, belajar mandiri, dan kreatif, (3) Guru SMA fisika membutuhkan media pembelajaran yang bisa digunakan untuk menunjang kegiatan praktikum mata pelajaran fisika, memfasilitasi dan memotivasi kreativitas guru dan siswa. Hasil angket respon peserta workshop setelah melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan mendapatkan persentase 84,5%. Guru MGMP Fisika SMA Serang sangat baik merasa terbantu menambah pengetahuan, pengalaman, dan kreatifitas dalam memahami Media Crocodile Physics. Hasil Pengabdian ini mampu memberikan kontribusi yang sangat bermanfaat dan, guru merasa terbantu, menambah pengetahuan baru, serta pengalaman dan kreatifitas mereka dalam memberikan materi ke siswa yang berkaitan dengan praktikum yang tidak bisa dilakukan di era pandemi saat ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the differences in the effect of students' ability to solve physics problems between those taught with the Scientific learning approach and the conventional learning approach. Knowing the difference in the ability to solve physics problems between students who have high creativity and students who have low creativity. Then find out the effect of the interaction between the learning approach and learning creativity on the ability to solve physics problems.The research method used is experiment. The sample size was 80 students consisting of 40 students in the experimental group and 40 students in the control group selected by cluster sampling. Data collection was carried out with the technique of giving 10 items of test description and 30 items of learning creativity questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive statistical methods and data requirements analysis. Test the hypothesis of this study using two-way ANAVA. The results showed that: (1) There is a difference in the ability to solve the physics problems of students who are taught with a scientific learning approach and those taught with a conventional learning approach.(2) There is a difference in the ability to solve physics problems of students who have high creativity and students who have low creativity.(3) There is no influence of the interaction of learning approaches with learning creativity.In this study shows that the approach to scientific learning is better than conventional learning approaches. This means that by applying a scientific learning approach and paying attention to student learning creativity well, it will produce the ability to solve good physics problems
