Abstract

Corporate Governance is a system that regulates and controls the company that is expected toprovide and enhance the company’s value to its shareholders. This study aims to determine the effect of theimplementation of good corporate governance (GCG) to the value of state-owned banks companies listings inIndonesia stock exchange (IDX) with the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) as a moderatingvariable. This research is a quantitative, analytical models using classical assumption test consists of a testheterokedastisitas, non-autocorrelation test and normality test, followed by analysis using regression analysismoderation. The results showed that, application of good corporate governance is proxied by ManagerialOwnership (X1), Proportion of Independent Commissioner (X2), Audit Committee (X3), Independence of theAudit Committee (X4), Frequency of Audit Committee Meetings (X5) and the frequency of Board Meeting(X5) simultaneously significant effect on firm value (Tobin’s Q). With the results of R Square of 61.1% meansthat the variable Tobin’s Q (Y) in the six variables explained by the moderating variable of Corporate SocialResponsibility (Z). While the remaining 38.9% is explained by other variables or independent variables outsidethe regression equation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the concept of dlaman (the responsibility) in the field of Syariah Banking. The concept refers to business investment based on the principle of   profit share. In this sense, joint venture is a running business in which the risk account will be mutually responsible. Furthermore, related to financial loss, the capital loss is not the responsibility for such a manager, this is in the case if the manager is not careless or improper on his/her duty. This research applies the library approach concerning the classical and modern books to construct the concept of dlaman in the field of syariah banking. The result of research indicates that the role of Syariah Banking is not same with the role of mudlarib (investor manager) as the case of conventional mudlarabah (mudlarabah tsunaiyyah). In the classical books, the system of conventional mudlarabah regulates simply for the concept of profit share between two people namely: investor (shohibul mal) and mudlarib. Meanwhile, in fact the syariah banking can be act as mudllarib for saving customer as well as shohibul mal for financing customer. While, the role of Syariah bank to carry out the financial saving for society can be seen as mudlarib intermediary.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berdasarkan anak tunagrahita di SLB Siti Hajar Sidoarjo mengalami hambatan pada motorik kasar yaitu gerakan tangan, jongkok dan melompat. Senam merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan anak dengan cara menggerakkan anggota badan menirukan gerakan seperti meniru gerak hewan, gerakan pohon tertiup angin dan benda disekitar yang dapat membantu anak dalam mengatasi hambatan pada motorik kasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh penggunaan metode direct instruction berbasis pemodelan senam fantasi terhadap motorik kasar anak tunagrahita ringan di SLB Siti Hajar Sidoarjo Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pre eksperimen dan jenis rancangan penelitian one group pre-test post-test design. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan tes. Teknik anailsis data yang digunakan dalam analisis data penelitian ini yaitu wilcoxon matched pair test. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pre-test dan post-test. Hasil pre-test 37,49 dan hasil post-test 74,99. Sehingga diperoleh Zh=2,20 lebih besar dibanding nilai krisis 5% Zt=1,96 yang dapat diartikan bahwa ada pengaruh penerapan senam fantasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar pada siswa tunagrahita ringan. Kata kunci: Direct instruction, motorik kasar, senam fantasi, tunagrahita ringan.

Abstract

Islamic financial services unit is designed for the creation of togetherness in bearing the risks and share the results of operations between the owner of the funds that keep their money in banks, with banks and fund managers as well as communities in need of funds to the status of the borrower or fund manager. In this study using qualitative analysis methods, qualitative analysis is a data analysis technique used in describing how the objects of research as well as outlines in the form of sentences or statements based on data collected with the aim to obtain a conclusion from the formulation of the problem. The results of this research show that mudharabah role for business customers looking from business activities managed by the customer. From an initial shortage of capital to the business generate more profits. In addition, mudharabah also have a role to the Indonesian economy. Among them are mudharabah not solely motivated by economic but also social motive that is earmarked for small communities. With mudharabah motives will alienate the public from loan sharks, but it required a very easy terms, and also mudharabah will save the Muslims from the practice of usury which is clearly unlawful. Abstract

Surabaya community faces serious water problems, such as drinking water, wastewater and rain water. Surabaya River has been polluted by domestic wastewater and does not meet the requirement as raw water of water treatment facility (PDAM). Otherwise, Surabaya does not have rain water utilization management system. This study is to determine a concept of Surabaya Underground Aqua Project that is a city-scale innovation of water management and technology. It is to create an idea of water recycle concept to obtain environmental sustainability. The concept includes networks planning and installation. Installation section is divided into two areas, namely area of wastewater treatment and rainwater and area of raw water treatment for drinking water. Furthermore, the piping networks are divided into two, namely drinking water supply systems and sewerage systems and rainwater collections system. The entire installations and networks are constructed underground building. From this idea, it obtains the concepts to improve the quality and quantity of drinking water supply in Surabaya. It also can overcome floods, preventing water crisis and can improve environmental health.Keywords: drinking water, rainwater, wastewater, water recycle

Abstract

ABSTRAKEvaluasi deformasi dan stabilitas struktur pile slab diterapkan dalam studi kasus yang dilakukan pada ruas jalan Tol Pematang Panggang - Kayu Agung, Sumatera Selatan. Analisis kapasitas daya dukung aksial dan penurunan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Mayerhof, metode Poulos, dan program PLAXIS 2D 2017. Analisis mengunakan metode Meyerhof diperoleh kapasitas daya dukung tiang tunggal sebesar 617,591 ton, kelompok tiang sebesar 6.1759,1 ton, sedangkan untuk Penurunan menggunakan metode Poulos diperoleh interaksi ujung sebesar 0,0232 m, interaksi gesek sebesar 0,0567 m, dari PLAXIS 2D diperoleh daya dukung sebesar 7.078,83 ton dengan penurunan sebesar 0 m. Akhirnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa besarnya nilai daya dukung dan penurunan kelompok tiang, baik hasil perhitungan metode empirik maupun numerik menunjukan bahwa struktur pile slab dalam penelitian ini aman terhadap deformasi dan gangguan stabilitas.Kata kunci: penurunan, kapasitas daya dukung, PLAXIS 2D ABSTRACTA case study to evaluate the deformation and stability of pile slab structure was conducted on Pematang Panggang - Kayu Agung Highway Project in South Sumatera. Using Mayerhof method, Poulos method, and  PLAXIS 2D 2017 program to analyze the axial bearing capacity and settlement of the structure. Resulted a single pile bearing capacity value of 617.591 tons, group pile bearing capacity value of 6,175.91 tons, with settlement interaction value of 0.0232 m, settlement frictional interaction value of 0.0567 m using the Poulos method, and bearing capacity value of 7,213.3 tons with settlement value of 0 m using PLAXIS 2D software. As a result bearing capacity and settlement pile grup, the use of both numerical and empirical method show that pile slab structure in this research is safe from instability and deformation.Keywords:  settlement, bearing capacity, PLAXIS 2D

Abstract

This article aims to reveal the values of local wisdom explored from the teachings of the Siddîqîyah order which drives the emergence of high spirit of entrepreneur-ship. The article demonstrates that the spirit of entrepreneur-ship within the Siddîqîyah order is strongly related to its teachings, doctrines and culture, such as that of the unity between faith and humanity, the eight points of readiness for the Siddîqîyah membership, and the doctrine of ‘santri’ (disciple). In attempts to earn living, they run business enterprise through promoting the principle of hard-work and good business management, in addition to implementing spiritual and social capital in achieving success in business. They believe in and feel the strength of prayer (du‘â’), certain rituals, and the importance of belief and harmony to achieve success in business. The teachings, doctrines and culture of the Siddîqîyah order influence the understanding towards the meaning of wealth or property, and occupy an important position in the life of the Siddîqîyah followers. For them, property or wealth has double meaning; it is not only meant in economic context, but also understood in other meanings, i.e., social, spiritual, cultural, and philosophical.

Abstract

Pleurotus ostreatus is well known as an oyster mushroom that is very popular because of its high nutritional value and pharmaceutical component. The aim of this research was to study the antioxidant and antibacterial activity of exopolysaccharides from P. ostreatus grown on liquid medium.The P. ostreatus was grown on Mushroom Complete Medium (MCM) containing various types of Carbon (C) and Nitrogen (N) sources, i.e glucose, lactose, amylose and sucrose as a Carbon sources and yeast extract, polypeptone, NH4Cl, and NH4NO3 as a Nitrogen sources. The results showed that sucrose and yeast extract were the best source of Carbon and Nitrogen that produced 208 and 100 mg/L of exopolysaccharides.  The exopolysaccharide exhibited antimicrobial activity against Bacillus subtilis and Escherichiacoli. However, it did not have antimicrobial activity against Saccharomyces cerevisiae.  In addition, the exopolysaccharide indicated to have an antioxidant activity.

Abstract

Internalization of religious values in accordance with the circumstances and conditions that are educational environment. In environmental and historical roots, madrasah system can not be separated from the symbol ofIslam as a public education forum distinctively Islamic religious. Incorporating Islamic values in teaching materials tematic in madrassas have a very important role in giving directions the life of mankind. Abstract

This research is to know how communication strategy in program of Mutiara Hikmah at Radio Rasika Fm. The research used is qualitative research, taking place in Radio Rasika Fm which is located in Ungaran city of Semarang regency. Data collection techniques used are using observation methods, interview methods and documentation methods. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis method. This analysis is useful for researchers to find out how the communication strategy used in the program Mutiara Hikmah.       The result of this research is that the strategy used by Rasika Fm radio in Mutiara Hikmah program is to develop communication strategy and program strategy. In formulating the communication strategy can be seen from the analysis of the audience is through membership surveys, the preparation of messages through the AIDDA method, the determination of methods through redundancy and canalizing methods, and the selection of media communication by using various media to support the program Mutiara Hikmah to be better known by audience listeners. In terms of program strategy is through broadcast program planning process, production process and program purchase, program execution process, and supervision process and program evaluation, all of which are very important and needed in the process of preparing one of the program that is Mutiara Hikmah program,Keywords: strategy, communication, radio------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi dalam program Mutiara Hikmah di Radio Rasika Fm. Penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan mengambil tempat di Radio Rasika Fm yang berada di kota Ungaran kabupaten Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode observasi, metode wawancara dan metode dokumentasi. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Analisis ini berguna bagi peneliti untuk menemukan bagaimana strategi komunikasi yang digunakan dalam program Mutiara Hikmah.Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa secara umum strategi yang digunakan oleh radio Rasika Fm dalam program Mutiara Hikmah adalah menyusun strategi komunikasi dan strategi program. Dalam menyusun strategi komunikasi dapat terlihat dari analisis khalayak yaitu dengan melalui survey membership, penyusunan pesan melalui metode AIDDA, penetapan metode melalui metode redundancy dan canalizing,  dan pemilihan media komunikasi dengan menggunakan berbagai macam media untuk menunjang program Mutiara Hikmah agar lebih dikenal oleh khalayak pendengar. Dari segi strategi program yaitu melalui proses perencanaan program siaran, proses produksi dan pembelian program, proses eksekusi program, dan proses pengawasan serta evaluasi program, yang semua itu sangat penting dan dibutuhkan dalam proses penyusunan salah satu programnya yaitu program Mutiara Hikmah, Kata kunci: strategi, komunikasi, radio
