Abstract

Duties and functions of Guidance and Counseling in the prevention and management of student violations of Junior High School is very important. However the reality of control and management of student violations in Junior High School Negeri 1 Teras is still done manually. In the digital age it is better control and management by using an integrated system by utilizing information and communication technology. This is way to facilitate stakeholders in monitoring control and management of student violations. The purpose of this study, the design of the application guidance and counseling in Junior High School Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali. This application is designed use PHP programming language and using MySQL database storage. Application Guidance Counseling is also accompanied by SMS Gateaway system for the delivery of information to the parents.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian, untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan hasil belajar TehnologiInformasi dan Komunikasi materi Microsoft Excel melalui Proyektor LCD padapeserta didik kelas VIII D Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Teras Boyolalisemester genap tahun 2015/2016. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian tindakan kelas.Subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas VIII D berjumlah 31 siswa. Data dikumpulkanmelalui observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data dengan metode alu dan kamparasi.Hasil penelitian, kemampuan dan perolehan nilai dalam pembelajaran TehnologiInformasi dan Komunikasi materi Microsoft Excel peserta didik kelas VIII DSemester genap tahun 2015/2016, selalu mengalami peningkatan dari satu sikluske siklus berikutnya. Hal itu mengindikasikan adanya peningkatan kemampuan danhasil belajar peserta didik pada materi Microsoft Excel. Sesuai keseluruhan siklusyang telah dilakukan. Penerapan pembelajaran menggunakan media proyektor LCDternyata dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Dalamsetiap siklus selalu membawa dampak yang positif kearah peningkatan kemampuan dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Selain itu penerapan pembelajaran dengan proyektorLCD membuat suasana kelas menjadi kondusif, peserta didik menjadi tertarik, aktif,kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan serta tidak ada kejenuhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis profil keterampilan siswa SMA di beberapa sekolah di Kabupaten Sleman Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X sebanyak 163 siswa dan objek penelitian adalah keterampilan proses sains siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan tes pilihan berganda, dokumentasi, lembar observasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan proses sains siswa berada pada katergori sedang yaitu sekitar 40% - 60%, sehingga membutuhkan perhatian khusus dari guru, terutama keterampilan menginterpretasi grafik dan merumuskan kesimpulan. Inovasi model pembelajaran 5E hypothetical deductive learning cycle dapat digunakan untuk meningkatan keterampilan proses siswa.The research was conduct to analyze the profile of science process skill of high school students at some school in Sleman District, Yogyakarta. This research was conducted using descriptive method with qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were 10th grade student as many as 163 students and the objects were students’ science process skill. Instruments used to collect data using multiple choice tests, documentations, observation sheets, and interviews. Data analysises were included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that students’ science process skill were in a moderate category, ie about 40% - 60%, requiring special attention from the teachers, especially the skills of interpreting the graph and formulating conclusions. Innovation learning model 5E hypothetical deductive learning cycle can be used to improve students process skills

Abstract

The objective of this research is "To know how effective and pest control service (Pest control) applied by Company and CV. Putra Jaya Mandiri Makassar, controlling pest completely through the application of integrated pest control (IPM) ". Population in this research is the object of research which become target to get and collect data.Jadi become Population in this research is CV. Putra Jaya Mandiri Makassar. The determination of this sample aims to express appropriately the general characteristics of the population and for investigation. The number of samples in this study were 105 people. The method of analysis used is multiple regression.After the authors describe the problems that exist, it can be concluded that the implementation of Pest Control through the application of integrated pest (IPM) is quite effective and able to eradicate pests completely and efficiently without polluting and causing health hazards on the use of chemicals.

Abstract

Abstrack The objective of this study was to determine how much influence the provision of credit to the development of small industries in Makassar. to prove the hypothesis will be analyzed using inferential statistics is the correlation coefficient.The study concluded that (1) The relationship between the provision of credit to small industries is very large and positive, it is seen in the results of the calculation of correlation coefficient reached 0.96. (2) according to the results of the calculation coefficient of determination is very large, reaching 0.9314 or 93.14% and 6.86% influenced by other variables that are unknown. This hypothesis author in Chapter previously proved in accordance with the calculated statistical analysis method used. Key Word : Provision Of Credit, Small Industries, Banks  AbstrakPenelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh pemberian kredit terhadap perkembangan industri kecil di Makassar. untuk membuktikan hipotesis akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik inferensial yaitu koefisien korelasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Hubungan antara pemberian kredit terhadap industri kecil sangat besar dan positif, hal ini dilihat pada hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi yang mencapai 0,96. (2) sesuai hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi sangat besar yaitu mencapai 0,9314 atau 93,14% dan 6,86% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diketahui. Hal ini hipotesis yang diajukan penulis pada Bab sebelumnya terbukti sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan metode analisis statistika yang dipergunakan. Kata Kunci : Pemberian Kredit, Industri Kecil, Bank

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze and to know the influence of organizational culture and leadership behavior toward water management performance in unit installation of PDAM Kota Makassar and to know which variable is the biggest influence to water management performance in unit installation of PDAM Kota Makassar. This study took a sample determined by the census method of the population studied is the number of Employees of Unit Installation IV PDAM Kota Makassar as many as 40 people. The data obtained from the empirical approach are analyzed quantitatively by using simple regression (multiple regression), which is calculated using software (SPSS). The results of research indicate that (1) organizational culture in high category (82,50%) (2) organizational behavior in supporting category (80.00%). The magnitude of the models predictive power is given by the coefficient of determination symbolized by R2 (R-Square) = 0.611 indicating that the model has a prediction power of 0.611 or about 61.1%. Variations in the rise and fall of employee performance can be explained by the model or influenced by organizational culture variables, and leadership behaviors, while the remaining 38.9% is influenced by other factors not included in the analytical model.

Abstract

Abstrack The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of land, labor and capital affects the increase proxies onion and the extent of the relationship of land, labor and capital in improving onion production in Bonto Lojong district. Ulu Ere District. Bantaeng.Analisis data using linear regression method in addition to conducting descriptive analysis. The study concluded that the relationship 2.Korelasi or four variables considered (acreage, use of fertilizers, medicines and frequency extension) on the production of onion in Bonto Lojong Bantaeng very strong. 3. Together the four variables considered (acreage, use of fertilizers, medicines and frequency extension) have real and significant influence on the production of onion in Bonto Lojong Bantaeng at 99% confidence level. Keywords: Production Levels, Farming, Red Onion Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh luas lahan, tenaga kerja dan modal mempengaruhi peningkatan proksi bawang merah serta sejauhmana hubungan luas lahan, tenaga kerja dan modal dalam meningkatkan produksi bawang merah di Desa Bonto Lojong Kec. Ulu Ere Kab. Bantaeng.Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier disamping melakukan analisa deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa 2.Korelasi atau hubungan keempat variabel yang diperhatikan (luas areal, penggunaan pupuk, obat-obatan dan frekuensi penyuluhan) terhadap produksi bawang merah di Desa Bonto Lojong Kabupaten Bantaeng sangat kuat. 3.                Secara bersama-sama keempat variabel yang diperhatikan (luas areal, penggunaan pupuk, obat-obatan dan frekuensi penyuluhan) mempunyai pengaruh secara nyata dan signifikan terhadap produksi bawang merah di Desa Bonto Lojong Kabupaten Bantaeng pada tingkat kepercayaan 99 %. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Produksi, Usaha Tani, Bawang Merah,

Abstract

Industry Tofu "Vivi" is an industry engaged in growing small businesses in the city of Palu. Industry Tofu "Vivi" is engaged in agro-industry, that process agricultural commodities such as soybeans into tofu. Industry Tofu "Vivi" is located at Jln. Buah Pala No. 12 Bayoge Village Tatanga Sub District of the City of Palu, Central Sulawesi. This study aims to determine the level of acceptance and the costs incurred by the Industry Tofu s"Vivi" so that the business carried on to reach break-even point. The results of the analysis of break-even point Industry Tofu "Vivi" in January reached when sales volume reached 8.972 kg with admission of Rp. 37.233.800 million, - and for a February break-even point is reached when the sales volume reached 9.258 kg with admission of Rp. 38.420.700.-. Keywords: Break even point, Industry Tofu "Vivi", Soybeans

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam memahami kosep-konsep, geometri bidang dianggap mata kuliah salah satu mata kuliah yang sukar. Hal ini di sebabkan karena geometri bidang dianggap mempunyai tingkat kesukaran yang tinggi dan sulitnya penyesuaian mahasiswa dengan pembelajaran yang ada di dunia barunya yaitu universitas. Selain itu, penilaian dosen juga dianggap lebih menitikberatkan pada aspek kognitif saja. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya penilaian yang dapat mengembangkan kesuluruhan aspek (kognitif, afektif, psikomotorik, dan emosional) yaitu authentic assessment dengan portofolio.Target khusus dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) dapat menghasilkan instrumen Portopolio Asessment pada Pembelajaran Giometri Bidang yang dilengkapi dengan kontrak perkuliahan (SAP); (2) Buku Panduan Mahasiswa; (3) Lembar Kerja Mahasiswa; (4) Buku Pegangan Guru SD dalam pembelajaran Giometri Bidang SD; (5) Jurnal Internasional; (6) Jurnal Nasional; (7) Workshop Guru SD Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sampelnya yaitu mahasiswa PGSD di Universitas Serambi Mekkah, karena diharapkan nantinya mereka dapat mempraktekannya langsung untuk siswa-siswa di SD yang merupakan level awal khususnya dalam mempelajari geometri (Tujuan Jangka Panjang). Pengembangan penelitian ini dilakukan mengikuti 5 (lima) tahapan pengembangan Plomp yang dimodifikasi dengan memandu tahapan pengembangan material (produk) oleh Nieveen dengan memperhatikan 3 aspek kualitas, yakni aspek kevalidan, aspek kepraktisan, dan aspek keefektifan (Metode). Sehingga diharapkan mendapat suatu penilaian geometri yang menilai keseluruhan aspek. Untuk menyadarkan mahasiswa semakin mengetahui dan menyadari pentingnya selalu meningkatkan Kualitas Kemampuan Berfikir Kritis dalam Melaksanakan Pembelajaran Giometri di SD. Bertujuan agar mahasiswa PGSD semakin mengetahui dan menyadari bahwa aspek penilaian tidak hanya unsur kognitif, melainkan juga aspek psikomotorik dan afektif untuk dapat meningkatkan kreativitas mahasiswa PGSD dalam pembelajaran Giometri Bidang. Bagi Mahasiswa PGSD, dapat dijadikan sebagai tahap awal pelatihan dalam mengaplikasikan kurikulum 2013 pada mata kuliah Pembelajaran Giometri Bidang Keyword: assessment, portofolio, geometri bidang, PGSD, Pembelajaran Matematika
