Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the scientific approach of Economics with modules that have been developed to improve the learning results of high school students. This research is the development of research based on the model of the Borg with Gall & i.e. stage introduction, development, and testing phase. The subject in this study is the SMA Negeri Mandailing Natal. Data collection techniques are used namely observation, interview, questionnaire, documentation, and test the results of the study. Data processing is carried out using SPSS. Operational field test using the design of one group pretest posttest design. Analysis of student learning test results in analysis using t-test test (independent samples test). The results showed that: the effectiveness of the economic lesson module with scientific approach showed that the average results of experimental classes after using the learning modules developed of 85.00 from earlier amounted to 65.00, and the control classes scored an average of 78.00 from previous 66.00. These values indicate that the developed modules can improve student learning result effectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the relation between learning of craft and entrepreneurship in theory of planned behavior (Ajzen, 1991) and further influence entrepreneur interest. The population of this research is on students of marketing program of SMK Negeri Kabupaten Boyolali with Smart PLS-3.0 analysis tool. Through the sampling formula Issac and Michael obtained as many as 175 student samples. Sampling is by proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that: learning of craft and entrepreneurship have positive effect on entrepreneurship interest through mediation by attitude toward behavior (ATB), subjective norm (SN), and perceived behavior control (PBC). The research is well used in the development of economic learning innovation especially on the subjects of craft and entrepreneurship

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop scientific-based economic lesson modules for improving student learning outcomes on the material of the cooperative and its management. The methods used in developing scientific-based economic lesson module is a model of the Borg and Gall, namely research and development (R&D) modified into nine steps. The target of the research is the SMA Negeri 1 Natal. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and question form. Technique of data analysis used qualitative and quantitative deskripftif. The results of the validation indicates that the assessment of economic scientific-based module gained a very good criteria and qualifies as a reference in the learning. In addition a limited trial results got a positive response from students. Thus the economic lesson module-based scientific worth is used in the learning process in schools.Tujuan penelitian  ini adalah  untuk  mengembangkan modul pelajaran ekonomi berbasis saintifik yang layak untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi koperasi dan  pengelolaannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam  mengembangkan modul pelajaran ekonomi berbasis saintifik adalah  model Borg and Gall yaitu research and development (R&D). Yang menjadi sasaran penelitian  adalah  SMA Negeri 1 Natal. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan deskripftif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penilaian validasi menunjukan bahwa modul ekonomi berbasis saintifik memperoleh kriteria sangat baik dan memenuhi syarat sebagai referensi dalam pembelajaran. Selain itu hasil uji coba terbatas mendapat respon yang positif dari siswa. Dengan demikian modul pelajaran ekonomi berbasis saintifik layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran disekolah.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the important role of the entrepreneurship education program in the school institution. Entrepreneurial trait is needed in any fields of work regarding to the technology development today. Thus, entrepreneurial education needs to be applied in any levels of education as it has an important role for preparing skillful and creative graduates. This study focused on the interesting phenomena of the school effort in integrating entrepreneurship to other subjects and also the application of the entrepreneurship in Satya Wacana Christian Junior and Senior High Schools Salatiga. This study was done by qualitative approach through snowball sampling technique. Data were obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation of the participants who understand the information and central phenomena. Research data analyzed by the analysis of the domain from Spradley. The result of the study showed that entrepreneurship education had an important role to improve the entrepreneurial knowlegde and skills. The integrated education, either in the learning process or in the school entrepreneurship education program, increased the entrepreneurship understanding, character, and behavior. This study is significant because it gives a contribution the schools and students to understand the importance of entrepreneurship education.

Abstract

This study was a research and development type. The media developed was a lectora inspire-based interactive learning media in general administration subject. The procedure of research and development employed nine out of ten steps of Borg & Gall’s research and development (1989). Data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative and quantitative analyses with t-test. Considering the result of analysis on the effectiveness of lectora inspire-based interactive learning media with t-test formula, it could be found that t-statistic value obtained in posttest of experiment and control class was 5.747, with ttable of 2.000172; thus tstatitic > ttable meaning that the improvement of learning outcome in experiment class was better than that in control class. The learning outcome of experiment class showed the mean post-test of 84.53, while that of control class showed the mean posttest of 71.73. The conclusion of research was that Lectora Inspire-based interactive learning media was feasible and was used effectively to improve the students’ learning outcome. It was based on the result of t-test suggesting the significance value (0.000<0.05), indicating that there is a difference of learning outcome between experiment class and control class

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerjapegawai di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret; 2)mengetahui pengaruh pembagian kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Fakultas Keguruandan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret; dan 3) mengetahui pengaruh budayakerja dan pembagian kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai di FakultasKeguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret. Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi eksplanasi di gedung F Fakultas Keguruandan Ilmu Pendidikan dengan jumlah sampel 50 pegawai tenaga kependidikan. Sampelpenelitian diambil dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angketdan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linierberganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dibuktikandengan thitung&gt;ttabel (4,92)&gt;(2,02) dan signifikansi (0,00&lt;0,05); 2) terdapat pengaruh yangsignifikan pembagian kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dibuktikan dengan thitung&gt;ttabel(4,30)&gt;(2,02) dan signifikansi (0,00&lt;0,05); 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan budayakerja dan pembagian kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dibuktikan dengan Fhitung&gt;Ftabel(30,97)&gt;(3,20) dan signifikansi (0,00&lt;0,05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keberartianganda X1 dan X2 terhadap Y sebesar 56,90% dan sisanya 43,10% dipengaruhi variabellain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Dengan demikian, keseluruhan hasilanalisis ini mendukung hipotesis yang diajukan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are for knowing : 1) Organizational culture in Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta Region. (2) Inhibitor factor in building organizational culture in Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta Region. (3) Efforts for handling the problem in Organizational Culture in Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta Region. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive methods, case study approximation. The research strategy is single research strategy. The source of data came from informan, time and place, documents, and archive. Sampling technique that we use is Purposive Sampling and Snowball Sampling. Collecting Data are from interview, observation, and documents analysis. Data validity technique that we use are triangle data and triangle methods. Data analysis technique that we use are interactive analysis technique start from collecting data, reducing data, perform data, and conclusion. Research procedure consist of preparation step, excecution step and primary data analysis, final data analysis, conclusion, making a report, and copying reports. The conclusion of this research are: Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta  Region have culture organization that are professional, perceptive and loved by people. (1) There are many way to build organizational culture in Red Cross Surakarta Region. That are (a) The person who can be a center (b) education and training for Human resources (c) regular meeting once two weeks. (2) Inhibitor factor to build organizational culture in Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta  Region are : (a) Individual person (b) there just a few media to sosialize organization vision, mission, and main purpose (3) The efforts to build organizational culture in indonesian Red Cross Surakarta Region . Abstract

This study aims to investigate the implementation of "GEPPRAK” learning model to increase the class XII students’ interest in entrepreneurship in SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta. The design used in this study is true experimental design using pretest - posttest control group design. The experimental group and the control group were given the pretest. Then the experimental group was given the treatment. After that, a posttest was carried out on the experimental group and the control group. Data was collected by documentation, observation and questionnaire described according to the findings. Data analysis techniques in this study used an independent sample t-test. The results of this study were indicated a significant increase in students’ interest in entrepreneurship in the experimental class given treatment using the GEPPRAK learning model. This is evidenced by testing used the t-test and obtained the significance of the average difference test post-test Sig (2-tailed) 0.017 <α (= 0.05) and t arithmetic (2.426)> t table (1.980). Therefore, the decision test H0 rejected means that there are differences in the average scores post-test of students in the experimental class and the control class. The difference in the average scores post-test of students explains that treatment in the experimental class can increase students’ entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman siswa SMK dalam mengimplementasikan model “GEPPRAK” dalam pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Fokus penelitian pada bagaimana siswa menginternalisasi nilai-nilai karakter, aspek soft skills dan transferable skills dalam pembelajaran Kewirausahaan sehingga siswa berminat untuk berwirausaha, Pendekatan penelitian adalah kualitatif fenomenologis. Orientasi penelitian untuk memahami, menggali, dan menafsirkan arti dari peristiwa-peristiwa, fenomena-fenomena dan hubungan  dengan orang-orang secara alamiah dalam situasi tertentu, selama proses pembelajaran  kewirausahaan. Data  terkumpul melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi dideskripsikan apa adanya. Pendapat siswa, guru, perilaku, sikap, minat, keterampilan, kelemahan, merupakan bagian yang penting untuk memberikan masukan terhadap perbaikan pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa antusiasme siswa tinggi, ditunjukkan dengan aktivitas dalam lima tahapan, project kewirausahaan dimulai dari (1) Grup (kelompok) kecil ,(2) Eksplorasi ,(3) Pengembangan ide usaha, (4) Penyusunan dan Presentasi rencana usaha, (5)Aksi dan Kompetisi usaha, berjalan dengan lancar dan berhasil meng internalisasi 3 nilai karakter dan 5 soft skills-transferable skills dengan skor tinggi sebanyak 68% dan skor sedang 32%. Semua produk terjual habis dan  beberapa produk sudah menerima pesanan, hal ini menunjukkan indikasi tumbuhnya minat berwirausaha.Kata kunci: kewirausahaan, nilai-nilai karakter, soft skills- transferable skills “GEPPRAK” MODEL IMPLEMENTATION IN ENTREPRENEURIAL LEARNING TO INCREASE ENTREPRENEURSHIP INTENTION IN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLSAbstractThe purpose of this study to explore the experience of students SMK in implementing the model "GEPPRAK" in entrepreneurial learning. The focus of research on how students internalize the values of character, aspects of soft skills and transferable skills in entrepreneurship learning so that students interested in entrepreneurship, a qualitative research approach is phenomenological. Orientation research to understand, explore and interpret the meaning of events, phenomena and relationships with people naturally in certain situations, during the process of entrepreneurial learning. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation described what it is. Opinions of students, teachers, behavior, attitudes, interests, skills, weaknesses, an important part to provide input to the improvement of entrepreneurial learning. The findings indicate that students' enthusiasm is high, indicated by activity in five stages, starting an entrepreneurial project of (1) Groups (group) is small, (2)Exploration, (3) Development of business ideas, (4) preparation and presentation of business plans, (5) Actions and Competitions business runs smoothly and successfully upgrade internalization of three grades of character and five soft skills-transferable skills with high scores as much as 68% and the fair score was 32%. All products sold out and some products are already taking orders, this indication of the growing interest in entrepreneurship.Keywords: entrepreneurship, the values of character, soft skills - transferable skills
