This study aims at determining the impact of planting distance on the growth and yield of Pak Choy and determining the optimal distance that can optimize the growth and yield of Pak Choi. This study employed group random design with 6 treatments of planting distance, namelyJ1 = 20 cm x 25 cm, J2 = 20 cm x 20 cm, J3 = Planting distance 20 cm x 15 cm, J4 = Planting distance 20 cm x 10 cm, J5 = 10 cm x 15 cm, J6 = 10 cm x 10 cm.Each treatment was repeated 4 times so that there were 24 specimen garden-beds. It is found out that planting distance did not have any impact on plant height, the width of leaves, and numbers of leaves at age of 10–20 days after planting, whereas there was an impact on plant age of 25–35 days after planting on plant height of 15.59 cm, a number of leaves of 9.17 cm, the width of leaves of 52.28 cm and fresh Pak Choy weight of 148.4g per plant, fresh weight per ha 1204.43 ha.

Cadmium heavy metal is one of the heavy metals that is harmful to human health and is widely found in agricultural land with the use of phosphorus-based fertilizers such as in rice fields. The research was conducted in Lape Village, Aesesa District, which produces Inpari and Ciherang varieties of rice. Rice samples were taken directly from the farmers who cultivate the two types of plants. Analysis of cadmium from rice samples using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS) method and comparing it with the maximum limit of heavy metal contamination in rice set by the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 6989.16:2009 . The results showed that the cadmium content in rice was < 0.001 ppm – 0.001 ppm. The content of cadmium in the rice is still below the set standard, this is closely related to soil conditions such as soil pH, C-organic at the study site, where high organic matter conditions affect low cadmium content.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis report teks bahasa Inggris melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping pada mahasiswa semester II program studi PGSD, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Flores. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemmis & Taggart. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan cara observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan menulis report teks dalam bahasa Inggris melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran mind mapping mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dilihat mulai dari pra-siklus dengan rata-rata sebesar 36 dengan kategori “rendah”, siklus I meningkat menjadi 55 masih pada kategori “rendah”, dan pada siklus II rata-rata kemampuan menulis teks report bahasa Inggris meningkat menjadi 77 dengan kategori “baik”.

This activity is a community service activity that aims to increase the understanding of elementary school teachers in cluster 3 of South Ende sub-district. This activity was carried out in one of the schools in the cluster, namely SDI Bhoanawa 2 and involved 25 teachers from the three clusters. This mentoring activity is carried out using the lecture, question and answer method and drill which is carried out for one day regarding the preparation of a classroom action research proposal. After the activity was carried out, the teachers' understanding of the PTK proposal had increased between before being given assistance and after being given assistance.

This activity aims to increase the understanding of SDI Mbongawani Ende teachers regarding the implementation of the seminar on the results of classroom action research. This activity also aims to help the teachers collect documents on the implementation of the seminar so that it can be used as evidence attached to the proposed promotion file. This activity was attended by teachers and principals of SDI Mbongawani, lecturers, group heads and teachers from related clusters. This activity was carried out in two stages, namely the preparation stage and the seminar implementation stage. At each stage, teachers are guided and trained to prepare, implement and document evidence of classroom action research seminars. The results of this activity have an impact on increasing the understanding of SDI Mbongawani teachers regarding the implementation of the seminar on the results of classroom action research.

This service activity aims to increase the understanding of the principal of SDI Bhoanawa2 through school action research assistance activities. The mentoring process was carried out intensely from February 2022 to May 2022. Mentoring was carried out using a gradual discussion method and the results of this activity were increasing the principal's understanding of school action research and producing products in the form of reports on school action research results and publication of articles in one of the one national journal is not accredited.

This study aims to increase study activities in elementary school English courses through the use of the Jigsaw learning models in the third semester students of Flores University PGSD study program. This research is a class action research that uses the Kemmis & Taggart model. The subject in this study was 35 third semester students. Data collection techniques are performed by observation and documentation. Data is analyzed in a qualitative descriptive way. The results showed that learning activities in elementary school English courses through the use of Jigsaw learning models had increased. The percentage of oral activity on the first cycle increased from 48.57 with enough categories, to 77.85 with good categories on the second cycle. The listening activity on the first cycle is 52.85 with enough categories, increasing to 75.71 with good categories on the second cycle. Writing activity on the first cycle is increased from a category with a percentage of 54.28 to 90 with excellent categories on the second cycle. Percentage of mental activity increased from 57.14 by category enough to 92.85 with excellent categories on the second cycle, and emotional activity increased from 53.57 by category enough to be 85.57 with excellent categories on the second cycle. Based on the results it can be concluded that use of Jigsaw learning models can increase learning activity in elementary school English courses.

The purpose of this study is to know the understanding of pedagogical competencies of elementary school teachers cluster V Nangapanda Sub-District, Ende Regency. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study with a population of 30 teachers. Samples are taken using proposive random sampling techniques. The method used to collect data is the questionnaire and its supporting data is collected using closed interview methods and documentation. The validity used is the validity of the content and analysis of the data used in this study is a quantitative descriptive percentage. The results of this study prove that in general the pedagogical competency of elementary school teachers cluster V Nangapanda Sub-District, Ende Regency is a high category. In more detail the pedagogical competencies are as follows: the first aspect is the understanding of insight or the foundation of education with a classic average value of 10.3 or 61.17%. The second aspect is the understanding of students with an average score of 14.1or 88.12%. The third aspect is the development of curriculum and syllabus with an average classical score of 8.3 or 69.44%. The fourth aspect is the design of learning with a classic average value of 14 or 87.71%. The fifth aspect is the implementation of educational and dialogueist learning with an average value of 16.7 or 84%. The sixth aspect is the utilization of learning technology with a classic average value of 9.13 or 57.07%. The seventh aspect is the evaluation of learning with an average score of 6.3 or 52.78%. The eighth aspect is the development of students to initialize their potential with an average value of 7.9 or 65.83%. Thus the pedagogical competency of elementary school teachers in cluster V nangapanda sub-district, Ende Regency, is in a high category.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD berbantuan media gambar tarian Gawi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V yang berjumlah 25 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui tes dan observasi. Data dianalisis melalui deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian setelah diterapkan model kooperatif tipe STAD berbantuan media Gambar Tarian Gawi menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I dengan kriteria baik dan baik sekali sebesar 56% meningkat menjadi 92% pada siklus II. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar yang dicapai peserta didik kelas V pada siklus I sebesar 69,8 dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 52%. Pada siklus II, nilai rata-rata hasil belajar yang diperoleh peserta didik meningkat menjadi 84, dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 100%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD berbantuan media gambar tarian gawi dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V di SDI Ende 14 pada tema lingkungan sahabat kita.

ABSTRAKPandemic Covid-l9 di Indonesia sudah satu tahun berlalu, tetapi sampai saat ini masih hangat dii media massa dan dampaknya masih terasa di mana mana. Selain kesehatan, dampak dari Covid-I9 ini. juga mengancan perekonomian dan kehidupan sehari hari masyarakat. Kegiatan untuk mencari nafkah juga terhambat akibat adanya PPKM ini sehingga pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari hari juga menjadi terkendala. Melihat kondisi ini, beberapa dosen dan Mahasiswa/i Universitas Flores berinisiatif memberikan bantuan dan berbagi kasih Menyongsong Natal Tahun 2021 pada anak anak panti Asuhan Alma benyandang stabilitas (cacat). Di Jalan Woloare B, kelurahan Kota Ratu Kabupaten Ende Flores NTT sebagai salah satu realisasi dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Sasaran objek yang diberi bantuan adalah Panti Asuhan Rumah ALMA distabilitas, di mana jumlah anak yang mendapatkan bantuan sejumlah 97 orang. Bantuan yang diberikan berupa sembako yang dapat dipergunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari hari. Diharapkan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dapat meringankan beban kehidupan anak anak panti Asuhan Distabilitas Alma berjumlah 53 oarang selama masa covid-I9 ini masih berlangsung. Kata Kunci: berbagi kasih; pantih asuhan ALMA; menyongsong natal. ABSTRACTIt has been a year since the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has passed, but until now it is still warm in the mass media and its impact is still being felt everywhere. In addition to health, the impact of Covid-I9. It also threatens the economy and people's daily lives. Activities to earn a living are also hampered due to this PPKM so that the fulfillment of daily needs is also hampered. Seeing this condition, several lecturers and students at the University of Flores took the initiative to provide assistance and share their love for Christmas 2021 for the children of the Alma Orphanage with disabilities. On Jalan Woloare B, Kota Ratu sub-district, Ende Flores Regency, NTT as one of the realizations of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The target object that was given assistance was the ALMA Disability Orphanage, where the number of children who received assistance was 97 people. The assistance provided is in the form of basic necessities that can be used to meet daily needs. It is hoped that this Community Service activity can ease the burden on the lives of the children of the Alma Disability Orphanage, amounting to 53 people during the COVID-19 period.
