Abstract

Abstract: Indonesia is currently facing an industrial revolution 4.0. This affects the education era which is characterized by the use of digital technology in the learning process. The use of technology-based learning media is absolutely necessary in the learning process, Hago is one of them. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of how to improve student learning outcomes in Elementary Schools (SD) through online game learning media (Hago). This research took place at SDN Gogorante Kediri Regency with the research subjects were fourth grade students. In collecting data using 5 steps, namely identification of research variables, identification of research variables, research techniques and approaches, data collection techniques, question validation, and data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the trial, a minimum score of 50 and a maximum score of 90 was obtained with an average student score of 74.80 which was already above the KKM of 70.The conclusion from the trial results is that the use of learning media based on Hago online games has influence on student learning outcomes and is suitable for use as a learning medium. Keywords: hago, online game, learning media.

Abstract

Education plays a role in the development of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), namely shaping human resources. The focus of human resources here is Vocational High School (SMK) students. Entering the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, the application of IT-based learning is applied to support sustainable development and is expected to be a provision for vocational students in overcoming problems in society and having an impact on their economic, social and environmental life. Many vocational graduates are still unemployed. The causes of unemployment are the lack of opportunities, low critical thinking skills, and not having the courage to take risks at work. Solution to reduce unemployment is by teaching and developing startups within the scope of the school, namely education. Startups are expected to be able to prepare students for the world of work and the world of industry. The provision of startup-based entrepreneurship provisions can be used as provisions in the world of work for the community, especially SMK graduates.. One solution to the government's hope of increasing the number of young entrepreneurs is a startup.

Abstract

Sartika Farm merupakan salah satu kelompok kerja ibu-ibu PKK di RT 39/RW 08 Kelurahan Singonegaran Kota Kediri yang masih memproduksi sayur hidroponik. Sartifa Farm berdiri sejak inisiasi program Kawasan Rumah Pangan Lestari (KRPL)di Kota Kediri (2019). Peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas setelah pendampingan oleh TIM Hibah PKM Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri terhadap produksi sayur hidroponik perlu di perhatikan pada sisi distribusi pemasarannya. Pemasaran saat ini masih menggunakan konvensional dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat sekitar. Tim pengabdian memberikan pelatihan dalam strategi pemasaran menggunakan media digital dan internet. Starategi yang digunakan dengan Social Messaging dan Google My Business. Hasil yang akan didapatkan yaitu Produk Sartika Farm lebih dikenal di media digital dan pemasaran lebih luas..
