Abstract

Pelatihan di latar belakangi untuk menyamakan kompetensi kelulusan siswa pada mata pelajaran tersebut, terkait adanya perkembangan operasional alat dan pengembangan alat dari manual ke idital. Sebagai masalah 1) Guru sebagai pendidik selalu berusaha menyiapkan lulusan SMK sebagai tenaga kerja dikonstruksi, 2) selalu menyesuaikan diri dari perkembangan teknologi pada pekerjaan lapangan, 3) pentingnya fungsi alat UT di lapangan sebagai alat sarana penetapan titik duga, cek kelurusan, ketegakan yang dikehendaki pada bangunan gedung. Tujuan PKM:1) menyamakan pemahaman kompetensi mata pelajaran tersebut bagi kelulusan SMK, 2) memberi pemahaman informasi perkembangan teknologi alat pengukuran, 3) pemahaman operasional dan pengolahan data alat pengukuran di lapangan yang hasil pengukurannya sangan berfungsi untuk pembangunan. Rumusan masalah pelatihan 1) bagaimanakah peningkatan pemahaman mengolah data hasil pengukuran waterpass, theodolit, total station 2) bagaimanakah kepuasan materi dan pemateri pada pelatihan. Metode pelatihan ceramah, mengerjakan tugas, pemberian pre tes dan post tes serta pengisian angket kepuasan. Hasil Pelatihan:1) pemahaman materi, peserta sudah mempunyai kemapuan cukup karena menjawab pertanyaan dengan benar 58 %, 2) Peningkatan pemahaman setelah pelatihan ada kenaikan sedikit sekitar 18 % 3) Pemahaman materi operasional alat total stasion sebesar 40 %, 4)Peserta 95 % menyatakan sangat puas pada materi yang diberikan. 5)Kepuasan pada pemateri pelatihan 88 %.

Abstract

Krian Bypass intersection is a very crowded route because of its location near Sidoarjo and Mojokerto Regencies for the economic distribution of Surabaya City. There needs to be phase regulation, road widening or fly over so that the intersection traffic volume is not getting saturated. As a benchmark is the forecasting of traffic performance carried out for 3 years from 2018 to 2021. Based on the results of forecasting, the Krian Bypass intersection will decrease its DS value by widening the road so that the green time cycle will be low and turn right impact the DS value below 1 (one). The lowest 2018 DS is 1.61, while the highest DS is 2.49. While the lowest year 2021 DS is 2.72, while the highest DS is 4.85. For the solution with the right turn phase for each intersection to the north DS = 1.02, U-RT = 0.82, S = 1.38, S-RT = 0.69, T = 1.24, T-RT = 0.78, B = 1.79, B-RT = 0.04 . The solution for forecasting the flow of Krian Bypass in 2021. The calculation results made with effective width engineering, turn right and green time can reduce the DS value (Degree of Saturation) still shows DS value> 0.75 - 1, then fly over is constructed with a scenario of 20% vehicles through existing and 80% of vehicles through fly over. Year 2021 The impact of fly over shows North DS = 0.4, South = 0.51, East = 0.56, and West = 0.45

Abstract

The mengkreng intersection is a very congested route because its location is near Nganjuk, Kediri and Jombang Regencies for the economic distribution of the West and East Java Provinces. Traffic engineering management is needed so that the intersection is not increasingly saturated. As a benchmark, traffic performance forecasting is carried out for 3 years from 2019 to 2022. Based on forecasting results, the Mengkreng intersection will decrease its DS value by carrying out the Kertosono - Kediri toll road development plan so that the DS value is below 1 (one). In 2019 the lowest DS was 0.79, while the highest DS was 1.61. While in 2022 the lowest DS is 0.45, while the highest DS is 2.72. The solution to deal with traffic congestion in 2045 is through traffic engineering and vehicle restrictions.

Abstract

The plan to build shophouses and warehouses located at Jalan Raya Kemengsen Sidoarjo, will cause traffic movement which will result in a decrease in road performance. For this reason, it is necessary to calculate the Traffic Impact (Andalalin) study in order to continue to provide a good level of service on the road section, as well as to provide a solution to the traffic problems that occur due to the construction of the shop and warehouse. The method used in this study is based on the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI 1997). The initial stage of the research method is the traffic survey then calculates the traffic flow and determines the andalalin classification. After that, calculate the traffic performance in the existing conditions in 2019 and calculate the year forecasting due to the construction of shophouses and warehouses in 2025. The results of this study show the performance of the existing traffic on the Kemengsen and Mayjen Bambang Yuwono Highway with a DS value reaching 0.52 service levels C. While the traffic performance in 2025 is DS = 0.84 or level of service D. An alternative offered to improve road services is the addition of road width and the provision of parking spaces.

Abstract

Perumahan Bukit Bambe Gresik akan menimbulkan bangkitan perjalanan yang akan membebani jalur-jalur tertentu terutama pada Jalan Raya Mastrip yang selama ini dikenal dengan jalan rawan kemacetan karena land use, sehingga perlu diketahui model bangkitan perjalanan dari perumahan Bukit Bambe. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dua metode yaitu survei primer dan survei sekunder. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa regresi linier yang dibantu perangkat lunak komputer SPSS 17. Karakteristik pedududuk perumahan Bukit Bambe yaitu jumlah anggota keluarga 51 % berjumlah 4 orang, jumlah pendapatan 39% sebesar Rp. 6.000.000,00 - Rp. 8.000.000,00, jumlah pegawai, mahasiswa dan pelajar 39% berjumlah 3 orang, Jumlah kepemilikan sepeda motor 46% memiliki 2 unit, dan jumlah kepemilikan mobil 60% tidak memiliki mobil. Sedangkan untuk karakteristik perjalanan penduduk perumahan Bukit Bambe yaitu jumlah biaya transportasi 47 % sebesar Rp. 0. - Rp. 19.999,00, jumlah lama waktu perjalanan 41% selama 31 – 60 menit, jumlah jarak perjalanan 38% sebesar 16 – 30 km, jumlah perjalanan 38% berjumlah 6 perjalanan, moda transportasi yang digunakan 74% menggunakan sepeda motor dan tujuan perjalaan 41,8% menuju ke kecamatan Karang Pilang, Wiyung, Gayungan, Wonokromo, Dukuh Pakis, Jambangan, Wonocolo dan Sawahan. Model bangkitan perjalanan yang dihasilkan yaitu Y = 0,014+0,023X1+3,313x 10-8X2+1,934X3–0,137X4–0,122X5–1,291x10-6X6+0,004X7+0,001X8.

Abstract

Permasalahan persimpangan terjadi pada beberapa ruas jalan yang memiliki banyak persimpangan, ditambah dengan jarak antar simpang yang pendek adalah kendaraan harus berhenti pada tiap simpang karena mendapat sinyal merah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hasil rekayasa waktu siklus pada setiap lengan simpang yang menghubungkan Jl. Dr. Soetomo, Jl. RA. Kartini dan Jl. Pandegiling. Untuk mengetahui koordinasi antar simpang empat Jl. Dr. Soetomo dengan simpang Jl. RA Kartini dan  simpang Jl. Pandegiling yang selama ini mengakibatkan tundaan yang panjang di Jalan Raya Darmo. Metode analisis data menggunkan metode yaitu dengan melakukan perhitungan analisis kinerja pada simpang koordinasi baik pada kondisi eksisting ataupun setelah dilakukan rekayasa lalu lintas. Semua perhitungan  yang  dilakukan mengacu pada Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia  (MKJI)  tahun 1997. Setelah dilakukannya perencanaan ke empat maka nilai rata-rata simpang untuk DS turun menjadi 0,857,  QL turun menjadi 353 meter dan tundaan turun menjadi 75 detik. Nilai offset pada simpang 1 dan 2 ialah 24 detik, pada simpang 2 dan 3 ialah 27 detik, dan pada simpang 1 dan 3 ialah 51. Untuk bendwidth didapat 170 detik hijau pada setiap simpang.

Abstract

Phase determination and traffic control systems are usually more emphasized at locations where road intersections or intersections occur. Because at the meeting of two or more roads this results in a point of conflict that ultimately results in traffic jams. The purpose of this study is to overcome the traffic congestion on Jalan Menur Pumpungan required a good traffic regulation in terms of the level of service and safety for motorists. The method used unsigned intersection performance in this study refers to the source of the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI 1997). The results of this study indicate the degree of saturation of the Menur Pumpungan Intersection in 2019 DS is 0.58. For forecasting the coming year in 2021 DS will be 0.75. While in 2031 DS 0.95. Level of service (Los) for each intersection in 2019 is DS = 0.58 and Los = C (Enough), in 2021 it is DS = 0.75 Los = C (Enough), while in 2031 it is DS = 1.211 and Los = D (Less).

Abstract

The high growth rate of vehicles gives direct effect on high road traffic. The capacity of Surabaya-Gresik Highway, which is designed with 2 lanes on each lane, is no longer able to accommodate the existing traffic load. This is proven by frequent long traffic jams on Jalan dr. Wahidin S.H. Therefore it is the right time to construct the underpass.The purpose of this research was to define the peak hours, the degree of saturation, and the level of service that occurred on the road section of Dr. Wahidin S.H to the intersection of Gresik Grand Mosque due to the construction of the underpass in GKB Gresik. The method used in this study was identification of traffic character, traffic survey, and analysis of traffic performance of signalized intersections using the Indonesia Highway Capacity Manual. The results of the study were morning and afternoon peak hours. In the existing condition in 2020 the value of Saturation Degree (DS) was 0.858 > 0.75 (LOS) E. In 2026 in which it is 5-year prediction by using management of traffic engineering the value of degree saturation (DS) was 0.744 < 0.75, level of service (LOS) C. Conditions after management of traffic engineering with adjustment of traffic light time cycle at the intersection of Jl. Dr. Wahidin S.H. – Jl. Gresik – Babat – Jl. Mayjen Sungkono, widening of intersection geometry and the operation of left and right side frontage and setting of Traffic Signaling Equipment (APILL) showed a level of service (LOS) C, stable flow, but limited speed.
