Abstract

The mengkreng intersection is a very congested route because its location is near Nganjuk, Kediri and Jombang Regencies for the economic distribution of the West and East Java Provinces. Traffic engineering management is needed so that the intersection is not increasingly saturated. As a benchmark, traffic performance forecasting is carried out for 3 years from 2019 to 2022. Based on forecasting results, the Mengkreng intersection will decrease its DS value by carrying out the Kertosono - Kediri toll road development plan so that the DS value is below 1 (one). In 2019 the lowest DS was 0.79, while the highest DS was 1.61. While in 2022 the lowest DS is 0.45, while the highest DS is 2.72. The solution to deal with traffic congestion in 2045 is through traffic engineering and vehicle restrictions.

Abstract

Phase determination and traffic control systems are usually more emphasized at locations where road intersections or intersections occur. Because at the meeting of two or more roads this results in a point of conflict that ultimately results in traffic jams. The purpose of this study is to overcome the traffic congestion on Jalan Menur Pumpungan required a good traffic regulation in terms of the level of service and safety for motorists. The method used unsigned intersection performance in this study refers to the source of the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI 1997). The results of this study indicate the degree of saturation of the Menur Pumpungan Intersection in 2019 DS is 0.58. For forecasting the coming year in 2021 DS will be 0.75. While in 2031 DS 0.95. Level of service (Los) for each intersection in 2019 is DS = 0.58 and Los = C (Enough), in 2021 it is DS = 0.75 Los = C (Enough), while in 2031 it is DS = 1.211 and Los = D (Less).

Abstract

The high growth rate of vehicles gives direct effect on high road traffic. The capacity of Surabaya-Gresik Highway, which is designed with 2 lanes on each lane, is no longer able to accommodate the existing traffic load. This is proven by frequent long traffic jams on Jalan dr. Wahidin S.H. Therefore it is the right time to construct the underpass.The purpose of this research was to define the peak hours, the degree of saturation, and the level of service that occurred on the road section of Dr. Wahidin S.H to the intersection of Gresik Grand Mosque due to the construction of the underpass in GKB Gresik. The method used in this study was identification of traffic character, traffic survey, and analysis of traffic performance of signalized intersections using the Indonesia Highway Capacity Manual. The results of the study were morning and afternoon peak hours. In the existing condition in 2020 the value of Saturation Degree (DS) was 0.858 > 0.75 (LOS) E. In 2026 in which it is 5-year prediction by using management of traffic engineering the value of degree saturation (DS) was 0.744 < 0.75, level of service (LOS) C. Conditions after management of traffic engineering with adjustment of traffic light time cycle at the intersection of Jl. Dr. Wahidin S.H. – Jl. Gresik – Babat – Jl. Mayjen Sungkono, widening of intersection geometry and the operation of left and right side frontage and setting of Traffic Signaling Equipment (APILL) showed a level of service (LOS) C, stable flow, but limited speed.

Abstract

Pavement is one of the elements of highway construction which is very important in the context of smooth land transportation so as to provide security and comfort for its users, so that the pavement needs to be planned properly based on the standards and planning criteria that apply in Indonesia. However, there are still indequate road pavements in various parts of Indonesia. One of them is on the Kepatihan-Warujayeng road, Nganjuk Regency. This road is a connecting road between Nganjuk Regency and Jombang Regency. This study aims to analyze the pavement thickness planning for the Kepatihan-Warujayeng road, Nganjuk Regency. Research analysis using the method of Bina Marga 1979, AASHTO 1993. With a plan age of 10 years on the Kepatihan-Warujayeng road. Based on the results of calculations and analysis, it was found that the type of flexible pavement was to repair the damage. The first calculation of Jalan Kepatihan Warujayeng with pavement thickness of Laston AC 13cm, Base 27cm, and Sub base 21cm and the second calculation of Jalan Kepatihan Warujayeng obtained results with pavement thickness Laston AC 11cm, Base 25cm, and sub base using a minimum pavement thickness of 20 cm

Abstract

Pelatihan di latar belakangi untuk menyamakan kompetensi kelulusan siswa pada mata pelajaran tersebut, terkait adanya perkembangan operasional alat dan pengembangan alat dari manual ke idital. Sebagai masalah 1) Guru sebagai pendidik selalu berusaha menyiapkan lulusan SMK sebagai tenaga kerja dikonstruksi, 2) selalu menyesuaikan diri dari perkembangan teknologi pada pekerjaan lapangan, 3) pentingnya fungsi alat UT di lapangan sebagai alat sarana penetapan titik duga, cek kelurusan, ketegakan yang dikehendaki pada bangunan gedung. Tujuan PKM:1) menyamakan pemahaman kompetensi mata pelajaran tersebut bagi kelulusan SMK, 2) memberi pemahaman informasi perkembangan teknologi alat pengukuran, 3) pemahaman operasional dan pengolahan data alat pengukuran di lapangan yang hasil pengukurannya sangan berfungsi untuk pembangunan. Rumusan masalah pelatihan 1) bagaimanakah peningkatan pemahaman mengolah data hasil pengukuran waterpass, theodolit, total station 2) bagaimanakah kepuasan materi dan pemateri pada pelatihan. Metode pelatihan ceramah, mengerjakan tugas, pemberian pre tes dan post tes serta pengisian angket kepuasan. Hasil Pelatihan:1) pemahaman materi, peserta sudah mempunyai kemapuan cukup karena menjawab pertanyaan dengan benar 58 %, 2) Peningkatan pemahaman setelah pelatihan ada kenaikan sedikit sekitar 18 % 3) Pemahaman materi operasional alat total stasion sebesar 40 %, 4)Peserta 95 % menyatakan sangat puas pada materi yang diberikan. 5)Kepuasan pada pemateri pelatihan 88 %.

Abstract

Dalam sektor ekonomi Blitar dengan komoditi sayuran dan telur ayam yang membutuhkan akses transportrasi  cepat membuat pemerintah daerah merencanakan suatu infrakstruktur jalan raya yang memadai termasuk pada simpang jalan Ngembul-Mastrip. Adanya permasalahan yang membutuhan pemecahan yang segera perlu dilakukan identifikasi permasalahan dengan survei perhitungan volume kendaraan yang melewati simpang Ngembul-Mastrip. Simpang tersebut direncakan dapat mempengaruhi lalu lintas di daerah Blitar di tahun mendatang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pelayanan kinerja simpang tak bersinyal Kabupaten Blitar untuk prediksi tahun 2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis simpang tak bersinyal antara kapasitas jalan dan volume lalu lintas menggunakan Manual  Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia dibantu dengan software KAJI. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh angka derajat kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 0,480, sedangkan menggunakan software kaji sebesar 0,313 kategori tingkat pelayanan Cukup (C). Untuk prediksi tahun 2022 setelah dihitung, didapat angka derajat kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 0,475 sedangkan menggunakan software kaji sebesar 0,319 kategori tingkat pelayan Cukup (C). Perlu dipertimbangkan untuk dilakukan pelebaran jalan karena  berdasarkan hasil perhitungan didapat derajat kejenuhan pada tingkat C pada jam puncak pagi.

Abstract

AbstractThe Adipura Nganjuk Roundabout is a pathway that often gets stuck due to being crossed by a railroad crossing. The location is close to Nganjuk Regency, Kediri Regency and Jombang Regency which are distribution points for the western and southern regions in East Java Province. Need to do a management in traffic engineering which includes the construction of toll roads from Nganjuk to Kediri, this roundabout does not get saturated. The purpose of this study is as a benchmark Traffic forecast forecasting is carried out for 6 years from 2019 to 2025. The research method uses a roundabout analysis using a manual Indonesian road capacity. Based on the results of forecasting calculations, the Adipura Nganjuk roundabout will be able to reduce the value of the degree of saturation by building the Kertosono-Kediri toll road to a DS value below 1 (one). In 2019 the DS is 0.77. While in 2021 DS decreased to 0.44 through the construction of the Kertosono-Kediri toll road. In 2025 DS increased again to 0.59, in 2030 DS = 0.84, and in 2035 again increased to 1.19 as vehicle growth. The solution is to count the number of vehicles and work on further traffic.Keywords: Traffic Performance, Degree of Saturation, Roundabout Intersection, Toll PlanningAbstrakBundaran Adipura Nganjuk adalah jalur yang sering terjadi macet karena berdekatan dengan perlintasan kereta api. Lokasinya berada dekat Kabupaten Nganjuk, Kabupaten Kediri dan Kabupaten Jombang adalah tempat distribusi perekonomian untuk wilayah barat dan selatan di Provinsi jawa Timur. Perlu dilakukan suatu manajemen dalam rekayasa lalu lintas berupa pembangunan jalan tol dari Nganjuk ke Kediri supaya bundaran tersebut tidak semakin jenuh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai tolok ukur Peramalan kinerja lalu lintas dilakukan selama 6 tahun dari tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2025. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis simpang bundaran menggunakan manual kapasitas jalan Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan peramalan, bundaran Adipura Nganjuk akan dapat menurunkan nilai derajat kejenuhan dengan membangun jalan tol Kertosono-Kediri menjadi nilai DS dibawah 1 (satu). Tahun 2019 DS adalah 0,77. Sedangkan tahun 2021 DS menurun menjadi 0,44 seiring pembangunan tol Kertosono-Kediri. Tahun 2025 DS meningkat kembali menjadi 0,59, Tahun 2030 DS = 0,84, dan Tahun 2035 kembali meningkat menjadi 1,19 seiring pertumbuhan kendaraan. Solusinya adalah membatasi jumlah kendaraan dan melakukan rekayasa lalulintas lebih lanjut.Kata Kunci: Kinerja lalu-lintas, Derajat Kejenuhan, Simpang Bundaran, Perencanaan Tol

Abstract

The plan to build shophouses and warehouses located at Jalan Raya Kemengsen Sidoarjo, will cause traffic movement which will result in a decrease in road performance. For this reason, it is necessary to calculate the Traffic Impact (Andalalin) study in order to continue to provide a good level of service on the road section, as well as to provide a solution to the traffic problems that occur due to the construction of the shop and warehouse. The method used in this study is based on the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI 1997). The initial stage of the research method is the traffic survey then calculates the traffic flow and determines the andalalin classification. After that, calculate the traffic performance in the existing conditions in 2019 and calculate the year forecasting due to the construction of shophouses and warehouses in 2025. The results of this study show the performance of the existing traffic on the Kemengsen and Mayjen Bambang Yuwono Highway with a DS value reaching 0.52 service levels C. While the traffic performance in 2025 is DS = 0.84 or level of service D. An alternative offered to improve road services is the addition of road width and the provision of parking spaces.

Abstract

Surabaya City experiences inundation with heights ranging from 10-70 cm with the longest inundation time of about 6 hours. Surabaya City, for Jalan Petemon gg IV, Petemon Subdistrict, Sawahan District, with an inundation area of ​​0.413ha, inundation height 12.407cm, inundation length of 54.667 minutes. These problems are caused by drainage channels caused by man or nature itself. The purpose of this research is to find out the flood and inundation discharge for the next 2 years on Petemon 4, Petemon, Sawahan, Surabaya, to analyze the condition of the existing drainage channels on Petemon 4, Petemon 4, Petemon, Sawahan, Surabaya , to find alternatives for flood and inundation countermeasures for these channels. able to drain the rain discharge well. The research method of calculating the rain discharge design uses the Nakayasu method. So that the results of the 100 year return flood discharge in the Petemon channel are 340,739 m3 / s while for the capacity with dimensions of length 495 m, width of 4.95 m and depth of 2 m.

Abstract

Di Kecamatan Kedungpring, Kabupaten Lamongan terdapat Waduk Kalen didekat Jalan Raya Babat. Saat ini sedang dilaksanakan pembangunan Saluran Primer Prijetan, dan Saluran Sekunder Kandangrejo di sepanjang Jalan Balongsari (Kalen – Pasar Kedungpring), serta pembangunan Saluran Sekunder Kandangrejo di sepanjang sisi Jalan Olahraga (ruas Jalan Kedungpring – Jalan Majenang). Adanya operasional pembangunan saluran di sisi jalan tersebut akan memberi pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja lalu-lintas disekitar Simpang Raya Babat, Simpang Pasar Kedungpring, dan Simpang Majenang. Karena kendaraan yang melintas sudah tentu didominasi oleh kendaraan berat/ barang. Pengerjaan pembangunan saluran irigasi sekunder disepanjang sisi Jalan Kalen – Jalan Majenang dioperasikan tahun 2019. Hasil perhitungan kinerja lalu-lintas Simpang A pasca konstruksi (2019) angka Derajat Kejenuhan (DK) = 0,626, dengan Tingkat Pelayanan (TP) C (cukup). Simpang B pasca konstruksi (2019) angka Derajat Kejenuhan (DK) = 0,646, denganTingkat Pelayanan (TP) C (cukup). Simpang C pasca konstruksi (2019) angka Derajat Kejenuhan (DK) = 0,390, dengan Tingkat Pelayanan (TP) B (baik) dimana menurut MKJI arus stabil pergerakan dibatasi, tingginya volume lalu-lintas.
